This section contains safety instructions that will
help protect from risk of personal injury or property
damage.
Failure to follow these instructions invalidates the
granted warranty.
1.1 General safety
•This appliance complies with the international
safety standards.
•This appliance can be used by people who have
limited physical, sensory or mental capacity or who
do not have knowledge and experience, provided
that they are supervised or they understand the
instructions with regard to safe use of the product
and potential dangers.
•Do not use it if the power cable, blades or the
appliance itself is damaged. Contact an authorised
service.
•Only use the original parts or parts recommended
by the manufacturer.
•Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.

•Do not operate or place any part of this appliance or
its parts on or near hot surfaces.
•Do not use the device for hot food.
•Your mains power supply should comply with the
information supplied on the rating plate of the
appliance.
•Do not use the appliance with an extension cord.
•Do not touch the plug of the appliance with damp
or wet hands.
•Do not pull the power cable when unplugging the
appliance.
•Unplug the appliance before cleaning, disassembly,
accessory replacement and wait for it to stop
completely.
•When emptying the container, during cleaning and
grabbing chopping blades with bare hands serious
injuries could result due to incorrect use. Use the
plastic section trying to hold the chopping blade.
•Never touch blades while using the appliance.
There is the possibility of injury due to incorrect
usage.

•After cleaning, dry the appliance and all parts
before connecting it to mains supply and before
attaching the parts.
•Do not immerse the appliance, power cable, or
power plug in water or any other liquids.
•If you keep the packaging materials, store them out
of the reach of children.
• Children shall not use the appliance. Keep the appliance out
of the reach of children.
1.2 Complance wth the WEEE Drectve and
Dsposng of the Waste Product:
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). This prod-
uct bears a classification symbol for waste electrical and electronic equip-
ment (WEEE).
This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed
with other household wastes at the end of its service life. Used
device must be returned to offical collection point for recycling
of electrical and electronic devices. To find these collection
systems please contact to your local authorities or retailer
where the product was puchased. Each household performs important
role in recovering and recycling of old appliance. Appropriate disposal of
used appliance helps prevent potential negative consequences for the en-
vironment and human health.

1.3 Complance wth RoHS Drectve
The product you have purchased complies with EU RoHS Directive
(2011/65/EU). It does not contain harmful and prohibited materials speci-
fied in the Directive.
1.4 Package nformaton
Packaging materials of the product are manufactured from re-
cyclable materials in accordance with our National Environment
Regulations. Do not dispose of the packaging materials togeth-
er with the domestic or other wastes. Take them to the packag-
ing material collection points designated by the local authorities.
1.5 Thngs to do for energy savng
Cut the solid food into small pieces before placing them in the appliance as
stated in the user manual. Follow the other instructions and times speci-
fied in the manual. Select low speed levels if suitable for the food to be
prepared. Switch off and unplug the appliance after using it.
1.6 Plug Wrng
The moulded plug on this appliance incorporates a 13 A fuse. Should the
fuse need to be replaced an ASTA approved BS1362 fuse of the same rat-
ing must be used. Do not forget to refit the fuse cover. In the event of los-
ing the fuse cover, the plug must not to be used until a replacement fuse
cover has been fitted. Colour of the replacement fuse cover must be the
same colour as that visible on the pin face of the plug Fuse covers are avai-
labe from any good electrical store.

•As the colours of the wres n the mans lead of ths applance may not
correspond wth the coloured markngs dentfyng the termnals on
your plug, proceed as follows:
•Brown cable = L (Lve)
•Blue cable = N (Neutral)
•Green/yellow cable must be connected to ground (E) lne
•Wth the alternatve plugs a 13 A fuse must be ftted ether n the plug
or adaptore or n the man fuse box. If n doubt contact a qualfed
electrcan.

3Operaton
3.1 Intended use
This appliance is intended only for
household use; it is not suitable for
professional use. It is designed to
chop small amounts of solid foods
(onions, potatoes, carrots, etc.) and
fruit (strawberries, bananas, etc.).
3.2 Intal use
Clean the appliance parts before
initial use (see 4.1).

Otherwise, overflowing
or leaks may occur
during the process.

3.6 Crushng ce
1. Attach choppng blade (4) n
glass contaner (3) (see. 3.4).
2. Put ce nto the glass contaner
(3).
3. Operate speed adjustment but-
ton (7) n poston "P" for crus-
hng ce (see. 3.8).
4. Open measurng cap (1) to put
more ce n glass contaner (3)
durng the process. Drop ce cu-
bes n the glass contaner thro-
ugh ths openng one by one.
3.7 Poston "P"
Operating the appliance with the
speed adjustment button in (7) po-
sition "P" for 1-2 seconds is called
“PULSE”.
Hold speed adjustment button (7)
in position "P" for mixing with high
speed short pulses. When you re-
lease the button, speed adjust-
ment button (7) returns to “OFF”
position automatically and the ap-
pliance starts stopping.

4Cleanng and care
4.1 Cleanng
1. Unplug the applance before cle-
anng.
2. Wat for the accessores used to
stop completely.
3. Remove the accessory from the
contaner after removng the
glass contaner (3) from the app-
lance (see. 3.3).
4. Clean the resdual food n the
glass contaner (3) under run-
nng tap water.
5. After nstallng choppng acces-
sory nto the glass contaner (3),
replace the glass contaner on
the (3.4) body (4).
6. Completely fll or fll half of the
glass contaner (3) wth warm
water and some drops of dsh-
washng lqud and operate the
applance n hghest speed for a
couple of seconds.
7. Then remove and rnse the glass
contaner.

washed in the dish-
washer.

WARNING: Do not
immerse the body
(4) in water. You can
wipe it with a damp
cloth.

WARNING: Chopping
blade (9) is sharp. Do
not hold the sharp
edge or immerse in
water while cleaning.
4.2 Storage
•If you do not ntend to use the
applance for a long tme, store
t carefully.
•Unplug the applance before
lftng t.
•Store the applance n a cool and
dry place.
•Keep the applance and cable out
of the reach of chldren.
