1.1 General safety

1.2 Complance wth the WEEE
Drectve and Dsposng of the
Waste Product:
Ths product comples wth EU WEEE Drectve
(2012/19/EU). Ths product bears a classfcaton
symbol for waste electrcal and electronc
equpment (WEEE).
Ths product has been manufactured
wth hgh qualty parts and materals
whch can be reused and are sutable for
recyclng. Do not dspose of the waste
product wth normal domestc and other
wastes at the end of ts servce lfe. Take t to the
collecton center for the recyclng of electrcal and
electronc equpment. Please consult your local
authortes to learn about these collecton centers.
1.3 Complance wth RoHS
Drectve
The product you have purchased comples wth EU
RoHS Drectve (2011/65/EU). It does not contan
harmful and prohbted materals specfed n the
Drectve.
1.4 Package nformaton
Packagng materals of the product are
manufactured from recyclable materals
n accordance wth our Natonal
Envronment Regulatons. Do not dspose
of the packagng materals together wth the
domestc or other wastes. Take them to the
packagng materal collecton ponts desgnated by
the local authortes.
1.5 Thngs to do for energy
savng
Cut the sold food nto small peces before placng
them n the applance as stated n the user manual.
Follow the other nstructons and tmes specfed n
the manual. Select low speed levels f sutable for
the food to be prepared. Swtch off and unplug the
applance after usng t.

3Operaton
3.1 Preparaton
1. Remove all packagng and stckers materals and
dspose of them accordng to the applcable legal
regulatons.
2. Take the entre unt of the motor housng (7)
and place t on a level surface, e.g. on the ktchen
counter.
3. Now set the glass jug (3) wth the openng facng
down on a level surface.
4. Remove the blade unt (5) carefully by turnng the
sealng rng (6) clockwse and lftng t by holdng
t from the centre of the unt.
AWARNING:
Do not remove the
blade unt by lftng t from the blades.
AWARNING:
The blade unt s
very sharp! Handle the blade unt
wth utmost care, especally durng
cleanng, n order to avod njures.
5. Clean all parts, wth the excepton of the motor
housng as descrbed n “Cleanng and Care”.
6. Then re-assemble the jug blender n the reverse
order.
7. Put the glass jug (3) on the motor housng (7) and
turn t clockwse.
8. Cut the food nto small peces before usng the
applance.
3.2 Blendng
1. Place the devce on an even and dry surface.
The non-slp feet (9) ensure the stablty of the
applance.
2. Make sure that the power cord s dsconnected
from the power supply and the control dal (8) s
on “0” before puttng food nto the glass jug (3).
3. Take the glass jug (3) from the motor housng (7)
by lftng the glass jug (3) upwards and open the
ld.
4. Now put the ngredents to be blended n the
glass jug (3). The ngredents should only be
about 2-5 cm long.

Add water to ensure the jug blender
functons smoothly.

Mx 3 unts of hard food and 2 unts of
water n order to have a smooth jug
blender experence. (.e: 60 gr hard
food 40 ml water).
A
WARNING: Do not put or blend
hot foods or lquds n the glass jug. If
you process soup, make sure that the
lqud temperature does not exceed
40°C.
AWARNING:
To process crushed ce,
we suggest you to start wth three
quarters of ce n the jug and add 15
ml of cold potable water.
AWARNING:
Don´t try to crush ce
wthout addng water to the jug.
AWARNING:
Never let the jug blen-
der operate whle empty (wthout
food).
AWARNING:
Never let the jug
blender operate wthout the glass jug
on the motor housng.
5. Close the ld (1). Make sure that the cap/
measurng cup (2) s nsde the ld openng and s
secured.
6. Place the glass jug (3) uprght onto the motor
housng (7).
AWARNING:
Never move or turn the
glass jug after t s properly seated n
the place.
7. Connect the power plug to a sutable power
outlet.
8. The cuttng speed can be varably adjusted wth
the control dal (8).

To operate the blender at the low
speed, turn the control dal (8) to “1”.

If you want to blend wth a hgher
speed, turn the control dal (8) to the
desred speed level (2-3).

For short pulses of blendng wth a
hgh speed, turn the control dal (8) to
“P”. When you release the control dal
(8), the blender wll stop and return to
“0” automatcally.

If ngredents are to be added durng
the blendng process, then add them
through the openng n the ld (1). To
do ths, take out the cap/measurng
cup (2).
9. After the desred consstency of the blended food
has been reached, turn the control dal (8) to 0 to
swtch off the blender.
AWARNING:
Never run the blender
for longer than 2 mnutes, otherwse
t would overheat.
AWARNING:
After runnng the
applance for 2 mnutes, let t cool
down before usng t agan.
AWARNING:
Be sure the motor has
complete stopped before removng
glass jug (3) from the motor housng
(7).
AWARNING:
Do not place any
utensl (scraper, fork, etc.) n the glass
jug whle blender s operatng.
10. Pull the power plug out of the power outlet.
11. Take the glass jug (3)offfromthemotorhousng
(7) by turnng t counterclockwse and lftng the
glass jug upwards (3).
12. Take off the ld and pour the mxture nto glasses
or other contaners.

4.1 Tps for blendng
•To add ce cubes to mxtures whle the blender
s operatng, add one cube at a tme through cap
(1). Wat a few seconds before addng the next ce
cube so that the blender can properly blend the
ce.
•To add food whle the blender s operatng,
remove the cap (1) and drop the ngredents
through the openng. Be sure to cut the food nto
about 2-5 cm peces to ft through the openng.
Replace the cap (1) when you have fnshed
addng ngredents.
•When blendng sold foods, such as raw
vegetables, cooked or uncooked meats and fruts
always cut them nto no larger than 2-5 cm peces
before placng them nto the glass jug. Blend no
more than 2 cups of these foods at a tme. Ths
wll speed the blendng process and reduce wear
on the blendng blades.
•Always place lqud ngredents n the glass jug
frst, unless a recpe specfcally states otherwse.
•To blend beverages, place all ngredents n the
glass jug at the same tme.
•Avod overblendng. Usually, you wll need to
blend for a few seconds.
•Overblendng may cause food to become mushy.
5.1 Cleanng and care
AWARNING:
Never use petrol,
solvents, abrasve cleaners, or metal
objects and hard brushes to clean the
applance.
AWARNING:
The blades of cutter
unt are very sharp! Handle the blades
wth utmost care n order to avod
njures.
AWARNING:
Never clean the
applance wth your bare hands.

WARNING: Clean the jug blender
after each use. Do not let any food
remnants harden on and nsde the
jug blender. Ths wll make t more
dffcult to clean t later.

WARNING: Do not use bolng
water. The blade assembly bearngs
have been desgned wth a lfetme
lubrcant; exposure to bolng water
may damage these bearngs and
shorten the lfe of the blender.
1. Turn the applance off and dsconnect t from the
wall socket.
2. Allow the applance to cool down.
3. Remove the glass jug (4) from the motor housng
(8). Rnse wth water to remove any large food
partcles that may have accumulated n the glass
jug.
4. Replace the glass jug (4) on motor housng (8).
5. Place 1 to 1 ½ cups warm water wth some drops
of mld cleanser nto the glass jug (4) and swtch
to speed “3” for a few seconds. Remove the glass
jug from motor housng and rnse wth water.
Repeat as necessary.

Do not mmerse the motorzed base
or blade unt n lqud, or place them n
the dshwasher. Only the ld and the
glass jug may be mmersed and placed
n the dshwasher.
6. Use a damp soft cloth and some mld cleanser to
clean the exteror of the applance.
7. Wpe the blender base, cutter unt (6) and ld wth
a lnt free cloth before the next usage.
5Cleanng and care
5.2 Storage
•If you do not plan to use the applance for a long
perod of tme, please store t carefully.
•Make sure the applance s unplugged and
completely dry.
•Store the applance n a cool, dry place.
•Make sure the applance s kept out of the reach
of chldren.
