1 Safety Warnngs
•This product is designed for
domestic use.
•Operating voltage of your product
is 220 to 240 volts 50 Hz.
•Power cord of your hood is
supplied withan ungroundedplug.
Have the electrical installation
made by a qualified electrician.
•Install a bipolar switch with a
contact distance of at least 3 mm
to the electrical circuit.
•US>We advise you to operate the
unit a few minutes before starting
to cook in order to increase the
suction power. Thus, you shall
have a continuous and stable
suction power when the vapors
occur.
•For refreshing the kitchen's air
from cooking smells and steams,
please turn on your hood for 15
minutes more after cooking or
frying has ended.
•When the power cable is
damaged, have it replaced by the
nearest service agent.
•Never connect power cable near
to the hobs. If melted down, cable
may lead to fire.
•Never plug the hood before
installation is completed.
•The height between the lower
surface of the hood and upper
surface of the stove/oven should
be minimum 65 cm.
•Never touch the hood's lamp after
they operated for a long time. Hot
lamps may burn your hand.
•Never operate the product
without oil filter. Never remove
filters when the product is in use.
•Avoid big flames beneath the
product. Otherwise, particles on
oil filter may ignite and lead to a
fire.
•Turn on the hobs after placing
pans or pots on. Otherwise, rising
temperature may deform certain
parts of your product.
•Turn off the hobs before taking
away pans or pots.
•Avoid inflammable materials
under the hood.
•Oil may ignite while frying foods.
Thus, be careful about cloths and
curtains.
•Never leave the cooker
unattended when frying foods,
boiled oil may cause fire.
•There is a risk of fire if your hood
is not cleaned in the specified
periods.

1 Safety Warnngs
•Do not use steam cleaners to
clean surfaces of your hood.
•When thehood is inuse, especially
together with gas cookers, please
make sure that environment is
ventilated with clean air.
•In the environment where the
hood is being used, the exhaust
of fuel oil or gas devices such as
room heater must be absolutely
insulated or device must be
hermetical type.
•If there is a fuel oil or gas device in
the environment, the room must
be ventilated sufficiently.
•Do not operate the hood without
aluminum filter. Never remove
filters when the hood is in use.
•Disconnect the appliance before
any intervention (i.e. for cleaning
etc.) to the internal parts of the
appliance.
•We advise you to be very careful
and use gloves while cleaning the
internal parts of the hood.
•This appliance can be used by the
children who are at the age of 8 or
over and by the people who have
limited physical, sensory or mental
capacity or who do not have
knowledge and experience, as
long as they are supervised with
regard to safe use of the product
or they are instructed accordingly
or understand the risks of using
the product. Children should not
play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance procedures
should not be performed by
children unless they are controlled
by their elders.
•Appliance may not operate in case
of an electrostatic failure (such
as a lightning). This is not a fault
or damage. Turn off the power
supply to the hood and reconnect
after one minute. Your appliance
shall resume normal operation.
•When a non-electrically operated
device is concurrently used in the
environment together with the
hood, the negative pressure in
the room must be maximum 0.4
mbar to avoid the hood's returning
other device's exhaust into the
room.

•Do not make connections to the
flues connected with stoves,
exhaust shafts or flues with
rising flames. Observe authorities'
regulations on the draining of
output air.
•When connecting to the chimney,
use pipes with a diameter of 120
to 150 mm. Pipe connection must
be as short as possible with fewer
bends.
•Keep the packaging materials
away from the children since they
may pose a danger to the children.
•Operate your appliance for a while
more after the end of cooking
or frying in order to remove
unpleasant smells in the kitchen.
•To get your product ready for use,
firstly you must have installation
place and electric wiring prepared.
Then, call the Authorized Service
nearest to you.
•Our company will not be
responsible for any problems
that arise from not observing the
above warnings.
•Please consult the nearest
Beko Authorized Service for the
installation of your hood.
Recyclng and dsposal of the
product
Environmental protection
Electrical products shall not be disposed with
household waste. Send these products to the
appropriate facilities for recycling. You may
contact your dealer or Local Authorities for
recycling recommendations.
The symbol on the product or its
package indicate that this appliance
cannotbehandledasnormalhousehold
waste. This product shall be delivered
to an electrical and electronic device
collection point for recycling.
Ensure that this product is disposed of correctly.
Thus, you shall prevent risks against environment
and public health. Contact your local authorities,
local waste disposal services or the dealership
you have purchased this product for more detailed
information on the recycling of this product.

•*Preparation of the installation place and elec-
tric wiring is the responsibility of the customer.
Attention! Remove the protective film (if any)
on the hood and flue surface after the installation.
The height between the lower
surface of the hood and upper
surface of the stove/oven should not
be less than 65 cm.
Electrcal Connecton
Manufactured with 2-track power cable, this
device must be connected to the mains by an
electrical switch with at least 3mm clearance
between bipolar contact leads. Have a qualified
electrician to install electric wiring.
Install your product to ensure easy access to
electricity connection (plug, wall outlet) after
installation.
Dimensions are given in mm.

3 Installaton of Your Applance
You can use your hood n two
ways:
1. Chmney-connected use
The steam is thrown out via chimney pipe which
is secured to the connection ring on the hood.
Diameter of the flue pipe should be equal to
the diameter of connection ring. Pipe should be
installed slightly inclined (about 10 °) in horizontal
layouts to allow the air to go out of the room easily.
Attention!
Carbon filter should be removed if it is installed in
the hood.
Install a flexible or rigid pipe of 120-150 mm when
flue connection shall be used. Selection of the
pipe is left to the installer. (Install flue connection
adaptor (9) for 120 mm air outlet pipe connection
adaptor).
- Fix the air outlet pipe.
- Remove carbon filters, if any.
2. Use wth no chmney
connecton
Air is filtered by the carbon filter and returned to
the room. Carbon filter is used when there is no
chimney in the house or when it is impossible to
install a chimney pipe.
- Remove aluminum filters (Figure 2).
- In order to install the carbon filter, engage the
tabs behind the carbon filter to their positions
and raise the filter to place the front side on its
seat (Figure 3).
- Re-install aluminum filters.
Installaton of carbon flter:
2 X active carbon filters (not included).
Mark the hole positions on the wall as shown in
the figure.
Important: Plugs supplied are for hard walls
only. Select proper fittings if the installation shall
be performed on another type of wall.

•Drill the holes, install plugs on 8 holes, and install screws (3.9X32 mm) on the “Y” holes.
•The distance between X1 and X2 holes shall not exceed 530 mm as per the height of the roof.

Install bracket no. 04 to holes X1, and bracket no.
03 to holes X2.
Remove the aluminum filters.

•Suspend the hood on “Y” screws, fix the body to
the “Z” holes from the holes inside the product.
Tighten “Y” screws fully in order to fix the hood
to the wall.
•Check that the product is level with a water gage
before fixing.
Install aluminum filters.

•Screw the 150 mm flue adaptor to the appli-
ance. The return damper shall be installed to
the 150 mm flue adaptor. (Do not use a damper
if carbon filter shall be used without flue.
•120 mm flue adaptor may be used if required.
•Flue and pipe connections shall ensure that
they will not be displaced when the product
operates.
Tape used for flue connection areas shall be of the
non-flammable, aluminum type.
•Place the flue plates as shown in the figure.
•Plug the appliance properly. Close the fuse sup-
plying the plug.
Screw and fix the flue plates to the brackets on
the wall.
Remove protective films, if any.

Operatng your hood
- Hood is equipped with a motor having various
speed settings. For a better performance,
we advise you to use low speeds in normal
conditions, and high speeds when smell and
vapors are intensified.
1. Filter cleaning alarm indicator: This is activated
when you need to clean the filters after about
50 hours of operation in total.
2. Auto stop button: When this area is touched,
appliance automatically switches to a lower
speed according to the current operating speed
after 5 minutes, and then stops operating with
5 minute intervals. Motor shall stop operating if
the appliance is in first speed level.
•This function stops the fan motor only. Illumi-
nation lamps shall not be turned off automat-
ically if they are turned on.
3. Lamp on/off button: You can illuminate the
cooking area by touching this area.
•We do not recommend using hood lamps for
illuminating the room.
4. On/off button: Your appliance shall start to
operate in the first speed level when you touch
this area. You can just touch this area again to
stop (turn off) the fan motor of your appliance.
5. Speed 1 / Speed 2 / Speed 3 buttons: You may
set the speed of your hood by touching any
speed button after your have operated your
appliance with the on/off button.
•To obtain best performance from your hood,
we advise you to operate it 15 minutes after
the end of cooking.

Prior to maintenance, unplug the appliance or
turn the main switch off or loosen the fuse that
supplies the hood to turn it off. Clean your hood,
which is made of stainless steel, with cleaning
agents designed specially for this material.
•Do not use metal rubbing materials (wire wool)
and abrasive materials (brushes, hard side of
the scouring pad etc.).
•Dry off your hood with a lint-free cloth.
•When sterilizers, products made with carbon
steel and other materials containing chloride
contact with stainless steel this may cause
black shadows, corrosion and permanent stains.
Alumnum flter
This filter is intended to retain the oil particles in
the air. You are recommended to clean your filter
every month under normal usage conditions.
First remove the aluminum filters for this process.
Wash the filters with liquid detergent and rinse
them with water and install them back after they
get dry. Aluminum filters may get discolored as
they are washed; this is normal and you don't need
to change your filter.
Note: You can wash your aluminum filter in
dishwasher also.
Carbon flter (Use wthout
chmney)
This filter removes the cooking odors.
Warning
Before starting maintenance operations, always
turn off the power supply. Contact Customer
Services in case of a fault.
Mantenance of the alumnum
flter:
Use non-abrasive liquid detergent or stainless
steel cleaners.

Aluminum filters: To avoid the risk of fire,
perform a full cleaning every month or whenever
indicated by the indicator light (if available). To
do this, remove the filters and keep them in hot
water and mild detergent mixture for an hour.
Place the filters vertically for better cleaning if a
dishwasher is used.
Indoor usage (Usage with Carbon
filter)
Carbon filters shall never be washed. It should be
replaced every 3 months under normal usage. You
may obtain carbon filters from Beko Authorized
Services.
Important: If the hood is used for more than
2 hours a day, perform filter cleaning/replacement
operations more frequently. Always use the
recommended filters.
Warning: Always turn off the power supply
before any maintenance operation on your hood.
Contact Customer Services in case of a fault.
Lamp replacement

Lamp may be hot; wait for 10 minutes to allow it to
cool before removing.
Use a max. 50 W lamp with GU10 socket.

1 Предупреждения по технике безопасности
•Данное изделие предназначено
для использования в быту.
•Рабочее напряжение изделия
от 220 до 240 В 50 Гц.
•Шнур питания воздухоочисти-
теля имеет незаземленную
вилку. Установка электропри-
боров должна выполняться
квалифицированным электри-
ком.
•Установите двухполюсный пе-
реключатель с межполюсным
расстоянием не менее 3 мм.
•US>Перед началом готовки мы
рекомендуем включить прибор
на несколько минут, чтобы уве-
личить мощность всасывания.
Таким образом, при появлении
пара всасывание будет посто-
янным и устойчивым.
•Чтобы очистить воздух в кухне
от запахов и паров от приготов-
ления продуктов, оставьте воз-
духоочиститель включенным
еще на 15 минут после оконча-

лампе воздухоочистителя после
работы в течение длительного
времени. Нагрев лампы может
вызвать ожоги рук.
•Ни в коем случае не пользуй-
тесь изделием без масляного
фильтра. Никогда не снимайте
фильтры во время работы из-
делия.
•Не допускайте высокого пла-
мени под воздухоочистителем.
В противном случае частицы на
масляном фильтре могут вос-
пламениться и вызвать пожар.
•Включайте конфорки после
того, как установите на них
сковороды или кастрюли.

пламениться. Поэтому будьте
осторожны со скатертями и за-
навесками.
•При жарке никогда не остав-
ляйте плиту без присмотра –
кипящее масло может вызвать
пожар.
•Если воздухоочиститель не
очищать через указанные про-
межутки времени, возникает
опасность пожара.
•Запрещается использовать па-
роочистители для очистки по-
верхности устройства.
•Когда воздухоочиститель рабо-
тает (особенно в случае одно-
временной работы с газовыми
плитами), обеспечьте приток
свежего воздуха в помещение.
•В помещениях, где использу-
ется воздухоочиститель, вы-
хлопные газы от устройств,
работающих на жидком то-
пливе или газе (например,
комнатных обогревателей),
должны быть полностью изо-
лированы, либо устройства
должны быть герметичны.
•Если в помещении имеются
устройства, работающие на
жидком топливе или газе, в по-
мещении должна быть обеспе-
чена достаточная вентиляция.
•Запрещается пользоваться
воздухоочистителем без алю-
миниевого фильтра. Никогда
не снимайте фильтры при ра-
боте воздухоочистителя.
•Перед тем, как проводить об-
служивание внутренних эле-
ментов прибора (например, для
чистки), его необходимо отсо-
единить от источника питания.
•Мы рекомендуем соблюдать
осторожность и надевать
перчатки перед чисткой вну-
тренних элементом воздухоо-
чистителя.
