1 Safety Warnngs
•This product is designed for
domestic use.
•Operating voltage of your product
is 220 to 240 volts 50 Hz.
•Power cord of your hood is
supplied withan ungroundedplug.
Have the electrical installation
made by a qualified electrician.
•Install a bipolar switch with a
contact distance of at least 3 mm
to the electrical circuit.
•US>We advise you to operate the
unit a few minutes before starting
to cook in order to increase the
suction power. Thus, you shall
have a continuous and stable
suction power when the vapors
occur.
•For refreshing the kitchen's air
from cooking smells and steams,
please turn on your hood for 15
minutes more after cooking or
frying has ended.
•When the power cable is
damaged, have it replaced by the
nearest service agent.
•Never connect power cable near
to the hobs. If melted down, cable
may lead to fire.
•Never plug the hood before
installation is completed.
•The height between the lower
surface of the hood and upper
surface of the stove/oven should
be minimum 65 cm.
•Never touch the hood's lamp after
they operated for a long time. Hot
lamps may burn your hand.
•Never operate the product
without oil filter. Never remove
filters when the product is in use.
•Avoid big flames beneath the
product. Otherwise, particles on
oil filter may ignite and lead to a
fire.
•Turn on the hobs after placing
pans or pots on. Otherwise, rising
temperature may deform certain
parts of your product.
•Turn off the hobs before taking
away pans or pots.
•Avoid inflammable materials
under the hood.
•Oil may ignite while frying foods.
Thus, be careful about cloths and
curtains.
•Never leave the cooker
unattended when frying foods,
boiled oil may cause fire.
•There is a risk of fire if your hood
is not cleaned in the specified
periods.

•Do not use steam cleaners to
clean surfaces of your hood.
•When thehood is inuse, especially
together with gas cookers, please
make sure that environment is
ventilated with clean air.
•In the environment where the
hood is being used, the exhaust
of fuel oil or gas devices such as
room heater must be absolutely
insulated or device must be
hermetical type.
•If there is a fuel oil or gas device in
the environment, the room must
be ventilated sufficiently.
•Do not operate the hood without
aluminum filter. Never remove
filters when the hood is in use.
•Disconnect the appliance before
any intervention (i.e. for cleaning
etc.) to the internal parts of the
appliance.
•We advise you to be very careful
and use gloves while cleaning the
internal parts of the hood.
•This appliance can be used by the
children who are at the age of 8 or
over and by the people who have
limited physical, sensory or mental
capacity or who do not have
knowledge and experience, as
long as they are supervised with
regard to safe use of the product
or they are instructed accordingly
or understand the risks of using
the product. Children should not
play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance procedures
should not be performed by
children unless they are controlled
by their elders.
•Appliance may not operate in case
of an electrostatic failure (such
as a lightning). This is not a fault
or damage. Turn off the power
supply to the hood and reconnect
after one minute. Your appliance
shall resume normal operation.
•When a non-electrically operated
device is concurrently used in the
environment together with the
hood, the negative pressure in
the room must be maximum 0.4
mbar to avoid the hood's returning
other device's exhaust into the
room.
