Basic Components:

Unloading/Assembly:
Carefully remove packing material and unload machine from pallet
Open any one of the doors. In the bottom you will find the
Marquee pieces to be assembled. There should be:
4x Marquee Assemblies
4x Marquee Mounts
1x Top LED Assembly
16x 10-32 x 78

4x 10-18 x ½ PPMS
4X 6-24 X 38
⁄PPMS
1x Bag with manual/power cord
Assemble the top marquee into two assemblies, by taking 2 of the
Marquee mounts with legs and two without legs and 8 of the 10-32
Screws. Assemble as shown in picture to the right.
Once assembled place the half without legs at the top of the
Ticket Station cabinet, then the set with the legs over those be
sure to align them with the brackets on the inside roof.
Using the 10-18 x ½ screws secure
the Top Marquee into place.

Once the Top Marquee is properly secured.
Install the Top LED Assembly. Using the four
6-24 x 3/8 screws fasten the Top LED
Assembly into place.
Now you are ready to plug in the Top LEDs to the RGB light
board. The male plug coming out of the Top LED assembly
with the Yellow, Black and Pink wires need to be plugged
into J3 of the RGB Light Board.
There will be a hanging three-pin male connector with Yellow,
Black, and white wires, this needs to connect to the female
connector on the Top RGB assembly.

Follow the instructions to aid in changing out the front acrylic for Ticket Station.
1. Open the door of which you want to change the front
acrylic. If the door is a full door, go to step 2. If the door
is a blank door, skip to step 3.
2. Please disconnect the seven-segment display (under
ticket taker motor) and a VFD (Vacuum florescent
display, which is under the printer).
3. Remove the six carriage bolts circled red in the picture.
When the six bolts are removed the acrylic and the king
board front will be free. Please remove with caution as
they will fall off if unsupported.
4. Once the acrylic layer and the king board layer are
removed. If there is a receipt cover, please remove by
removing the four screws and nuts. And remove the
button by unscrewing the nut on the back side.
5. The acrylic front should be free at this point. Place the
new Ticket Station art in between the new acrylic part
and the existing king board front. Align the new acrylic
and ticket station art with the king board front by
aligning the shapes correctly.
6. Place the three layers back on the door, securing them with the six bolts removed in step 3.
7. Reconnect the seven-segment display and the VFD.
8. Once door is closed. If Ticket station is on the door will turn on.

If Installing a card swipe:
Locate the Ticket Station Main Controller Board on the door.
1. Speaker
2. Programming buttons
3. SD Card Holder
4. Inputs/Power(P5)
5. Output/Signals(p11)
6. RS485
Find your Card Swipe Conversion harness as shown on the right.
This will connect you card swipe system into our board.

Start by disconnecting the P5 and P11 connectors from your Main board. Find the corresponding Connections on the
Conversion harness. There will be both a male and female end on the conversion harness. Plug the Female end into the
plug that you pulled from the main board, and the Mail end of the conversion harness should plug into the main board.
See example below.

The last two plugs left are for your Card swipe system. The small Plug being Power(A) and the larger one your signals(B).

Adjusting the Barcode Sensor:
First you will need to get to the Barcode sensor. One is on the top Assembly, the other is in the lower Belt Assembly.
To get to the barcode sensor on the lower assembly, follow the next
few steps.
Remove the two screws from the side plate with the barcode attached
to it.
Then Remove the screw spacer and nut from the other side that holds
the receiver optic in place.
Once these are removed, we can separate the two side.

Just remove one side from the bearing and rotate it so that it is easier to
work with. Now you can rotate the adjustment pot located on the top left of
the board.
Rotate the pot clockwise. It starts set to 12o’clock rotate until top arm is to about 2-3 o’clock.

Editing Option with a Computer
We’ll start by downloading any changes you have
already made to this machine. This way you are not
starting from scratch.
Enter the programming options and scroll though
the menu until you reach the option for “Save to
SD Card”. This will save any setting you may have
already changed to the SD Card on the main
control board.
Once done turn off Ticket Station. Once completely
powered off take out the Micro SD Card located next to
the programming buttons.
Now that the micro SD card is out you are ready to plug
it into your computer. If you do not have a micro SD
slot you may need to have a memory card reader to
plug into a USB port.
When SD card is plugged if you use Windows to find it open “File Explorer”from the task bar.
Find the External Memory Card plugged in and open it. Once in look for a Notepad file titled “tsconfig”,
this is the file you will be editing.
(Note: DO NOT CHANGE FILE NAME!)

When you open the “tsconfig”file note a few things. Any entry that starts with the # symbol should not be
modified/edited.

You can modify setting by changing the values (marked in green below) to the parameters provided after the # symbol.
Example:
Machine number –You can choose any number between 0 through 100. So, this is machine number 5 that section will
look like this.
MACHINE_NUMBER –5 #0-100
Machine number will display
on printed receipt.

Edit Display
To edit the front display type in what you want it to say. This should be 20 characters (this includes spaces and symbols)
or less and must be written with in the “quotation”marks.
To center your phrases spaces must be added to front and back of each phrase, these spaces do count for your overall
character total.
Example:
My front Display: I want my company name and a welcoming message
DISPLAY_PROMPT_LINE1 = "GRAZZYS CRAZY WORLD "
DISPLAY_PROMPT_LINE2 = " WELCOME "

Edit Receipt:
To edit the lines that are printed on the receipt type in what you want it to say. This should be 20 characters (this
includes spaces and symbols) or less and must be written with in the “quotation”marks.
To center your phrases spaces must be added to front and back of each phrase, these spaces do count for your overall
character total.
Example:
All Footer Lines will be in this
area of the printed receipt.
All Header Lines will be in this
area of the printed receipt.

Once you have changed all settings you wish to change save the file.
(CAUTION! DO NOT CHANGE THE FILE NAME!)
If you have multiple machines you can save this same file to each of the micro SD cards for faster editing.
Re insert the micro SD card(s) to all
doors/machines, then turn on the machine.
Enter programing and scroll through the menu for
the option “Load from SD Card”
This should replace any settings you have changed
and activate them on the machine. Exit the menu
and you are ready to start using your set machine.

Add Logo:
To add your very own logo there are a few requirements the logo must meet.
Requirements
Size –128 x 128 –320 x 320 (Pixels)
Name –Logo
File Type - .bmp
The logo we are using for this demonstration is 128 x 128.
Its name is “logo”and its file type is .bmp.
Open the SD Card to find that an image file named “logo”may already exist. Replace the image with the one you want.
(Note: Only one logo can be active at any given time.)
Now we are ready to install the SD card back into machine.
Enter programing menu and scroll until the screen
reads “Load Recpt Logo”, if all criteria is met it will
send the file to be stored in the printers memory
bank.
Now all that is left to do if enable the logo to be
displayed on the receipt. Scroll through the menu
option until “Enable Recpt Logo”is displayed.
Select to turn it on.

When done your receipt should look like the image below. The logo will always appear at the top of the printed receipt.
Locate power cord shipped in bag. Connect cord to power input on the game. Plug cord into the wall. Toggle power
switch to power game on.
- Run through the ‘Programming Mode’ options and define your desired settings, like credits settings, sound Volumes,
etc. (See Programming Options Section for defaults and further instructions).
