1GENERALITY
1.3. Warranty conditions
The installation and training of personnel must be carried out by the distributor or
by the agent (see the retailer's label on the left side of the grater)
Read the instructions carefully before starting the grater.
These instructions are intended to ensure proper installation, use and maintenance
of the grater, as well as its correct functioning.
The warranty is not valid in the event of incorrect electrical connection or installation by
non-specialized personnel, of improper use, unauthorized construction changes,
disassembly of safety devices, for use other than that for which it is intended,
and for assembly of non-original spare parts and accessories

2.1. Packing
The graters are delivered in a cardboard box

2.2. Machine positioning
Make sure that the space for placing the machine is large enough to
allow correct use and facilitate cleaning. Place the machine in a non-area
dusty and not exposed to direct sunlight.
CAUTION !!!!
Upon receipt of the machine, make sure that it has not been damaged during transport or that the packaging has been
damaged with the results of removal of parts from the inside.
Damage to the cardboard of the packaging does not mean safe damage to the grater.
2.3. Lifting and transport
The grater can be lifted manually by an operator (in compliance with the maximum load that can be lifted by each
operator).
Keep the load as low as possible during travel for both better load stability and greater visibility. The manufacturer
declines liability due to breakage during transport and after delivery.

2.4. Electrical connection
Check that the line voltage corresponds to that indicated on the machine plate.
The connection of the three-phase grater must be carried out exclusively by a specialized electrician, since the machine
is supplied complete with a power cable and a 16A CEE plug.
The earth connection must be carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation.
Switch on the machine only after checking that it is ready for operation.
Connect the machine to the power supply only for grating, otherwise keep the appliance unplugged.
2.5. Control of the direction of rotation
When connecting check the correct direction of rotation of the roller.
This operation must be performed with the presser lowered to have the conditions
electrical devices that allow it to function. The roller in front must rotate counterclockwise.
2.6. Use of commands
To operate the machine press the WHITE button at this point it is possible to start the grinding operation. Pressing the
BLACK button stops the appliance.
2.7. Design tricks

wear clothes with dangling parts such as ties, scarves, unbuttoned jackets or torn, unfastened or open zipped dresses.
Don't wear rings, bracelets, chains. etc. • Prohibition of tampering with safety devices • Prohibition of production

2.9 Safety prescriptions for maintenance

2INSTALLATION
3.1. Environmental conditions
The grater must operate in a closed environment, in the absence of dust, at a temperature regulated by
limited presence of moisture. Environmental conditions other than those indicated below may cause unexpected
anomalies or breakages.

LIGHTING: The lighting system in the work area must ensure that the operator has perfect visibility to ensure the

4MACHINE USE
4.1. Starting up

4.3. Presser adjustement

4.5. Assembly and disassembly group
To disassemble the unit, check before the grater is turned off and presser closed.

4.6. Cleaning
Given that the machine described here is intended for the treatment of food products, the operator

WARRANTY
The grater is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from delivery.
The guarantee consists of replacing or crediting the defective parts and eliminating them
any operational defects as long as they are reported within 8 days of discovery and before
once the year has elapsed from delivery, without any charge being made against the seller
for damages or expenses of any kind or cause.
Warranty replacements assume that all contractual obligations have been met
including the agreed payment terms.
Defective parts must not be sent to the seller, but retained by the buyer
and made available for viewing on request.
The buyer must follow the instructions that will be communicated by the seller:
• if the goods will be checked on the spot
• if and where the defective goods should be shipped
• if the goods can be eliminated.
The seller does not accept the return of the goods without prior authorization: the goods that arrive to the seller without
authorization or carriage forward will not be withdrawn.
The return of the goods is at the expense of the buyer who must make it carriage paid at the seller's premises.
The defective goods must be accompanied by a complaint report from the buyer and the original warranty certificate
