40 • ⅝” Panhead Screws

Step #1
Lay the “Front Panel” face down on a car-
pet, or blanket. Attach the rst “Side Pan-
el using 1¼” Pandeck Screws. (Be sure to
match the legs on the Side Panel with the ones
on the Front Panel.) Make sure to keep the
legs ush at bottom.(See Picture Step#1)

Repeating Step #1, fasten the second “Side
Panel” with 1¼” Pandeck Screws. Make
sure to keep the legs ush at bottom.(See
Picture Step#1)

Slide the “Counter Top” in to place
(See Step #3)

Fasten these three sides
with ⅝” Panhead Screws.

Set the “Top Center Partition Shelf Board”
above the center aluminum brace. (the Cen-
ter has the black braces on both sides). Next
slide the Partition Boards in please and
repeat with the bottom section.

2 People are needed for Step
#4 and Step #8-9.

While one person is holding the Partition
Boards, etc. as the other sets the Back Panel
on top. Fasten this using 1¼” Pandeck
Screws on the Le, & Right Side Panels,
and use ⅝” Pan Head Screws to fasten the
Back Panel to the Counter Top.

Fasten the “Counter Top” on the three sides
of the Panels (See Step #3),
using ⅝” Pan Head Screws. Push inward on
the Counter Top against the Panels while fas-
tening. (Be sure to have the Hole for the Ice
Bowl on the Right side!!!!!!!!)

Set the Corner Block (e long ones) in
Corner Upright being sure it sits on the
Counter Top. Fasten using 1½” Screws. Corner

Please align Base, and Island Top (as
shown as in the picture.)With 2 people
turn the Base upside down, & set it in the
frame of the Island Top with the Upright
Corners in place as marked.
Step #7
Repeat Step #6 on the bottom side, fasten-
ing those corner blocks (e short ones)
with 1½” Screws.
Step #9
Set the Top Brace in Position. Insert bolts,
and hand tighten only. en fasten using
(1) 3”, & (1) 2½” Screws into the base part
of the Island.
