INTENDED USE
This tool set is required when replacing truck single and double clutch discs and allows a professional
centering of clutch discs.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•Read carefully the instructions before working with this tool set.
•Do not use this tool set for other purpose for which it is designed.
•Observe the general safety instructions for garages.
•Keep your work area tidy and clean. Areas or corridors which are untidy increase the risk of injury.
•Lifting of vehicles only allowed on the special lifting points.
•Before starting the work under a vehicle always ensure that it is adequately supported by axle
stands or ramps. Chock wheels and ensure that the hand brake is firmly applied.
•Always use approved eye protection, especially when working under vehicles.
•Ensure a secure and well-gripped stance during fitting.
•Check the condition of the tool regularly and do not use it if it is damaged.
•Make sure the tool is properly mounted.
•This manual serves as a brief guide and does not replace a workshop manual. Always refer to the
vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and
instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc..
•Keep children and other unauthorized persons away from the work area.
•Do not let children play with the tool or its packaging and keep this tool out of the reach of
children.

USE
Choose a suitable centring sleeve (3 - 6), it must fit in the
crankshaft bore / pilot bearing.
Choose a suitable centring mandrel (1 / 2) and install the
centring sleeve (3 - 6) onto the thread of the centring mandrel.
Insert the clutch centring mandrel into the clutch hub and fix
the centring mandrel in the clutch hub by turning the knurled
screw clockwise.
Centre the clutch disc with centring sleeve in the crankshaft
bore (pilot bearing) and install the clutch pressure plate.
Attention: Make sure that the clutch disc is mounted in the
proper position.
Loosen the centring mandrel by turning the knurled screw anti-
clockwise and remove it from the clutch hub.
