When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the
following:
• Only use 12V plug in car cigarette socket or similar 12V output socket. Not suitable for trucks 24V sockets.
• Do not block the air vents on top of the lid.
• Do not switch between heating and cooling without turning off the cooler for at least 30 minutes. Open the
lid and vent before switching.
• The cooler must not be exposed to moisture or rain.
• Do not pour liquid or place ice directly in the cooler.
• Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
• Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance should not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

This electric cool box is to be used solely for cooling pre-cooled food and drinks or keeping hot
food warm. Not suitable for heating up cold food. The appliance is intended for private domestic or
camping use. The appliance is not intended for commercial use.
PROPER USE
WHEN CAR POWER IS USED (DC 12V)
1. First make sure the switch at the back of the unit is in the OFF position.
2. Turn on the car engine/electrics.
3. Insert the DC power cord connector into the back of the cooler unit.
4. Plug in the cigarette lighter adaptor of the DC cord into the cigarette lighter socket in the car.
5. Adjust the control switch at the back of unit to choose cold or warm mode.
NOTE: When using in the car, ensure to turn the car on before plugging in the cool box to avoid a
power surge that could result in overheating.
If you turn off the engine while this unit is working it may drain your battery.
WHEN MAINS ELECTRICITY IS USED (AC 220V-240V)
1. First make sure the switch at the back of the unit is in the OFF position.
2. Connect the AC power cord into the AC socket on the back of the unit.
3. Insert the plug end of the cable into your wall or adapter socket and turn on.
4. Move the switch on the back of the box to choose cold or warm mode.
Cooling: When power switch is set to the COLD position the green light will be on, indicating the
unit is in cooling mode.
Warming: When power switch is set to the WARM position the red light will be on indicating the
unit is in warming mode.

Never open the power adapter, you risk getting an electric shock. Only use the power adapter that
is supplied with your product. You must always connect the power adapter to the product before
connecting to the mains power supply. The power adapter must be used indoors only, and must
not be subjected to damp conditions. The power adapter does not have any user serviceable parts.

Before cleaning, switch off the cool box, unplug from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely if
it has been set to WARM function.
• Clean the cool box with a damp cloth with a mild detergent and then polish with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not use steel wool pads or harsh/abrasive cleaners.
