15mm Terrace - B15-WW2-100
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due
care and remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold
pieces in place while you allow glue to dry.
When gluing pieces to the base sections (G and L)
ensure you do not get glue into the corner holes (see
picture) as these are used to hold the levels together.

Ground Floor
Remove the following sections
from the sprue: Base (G)(x1)
long inner walls (I)(x2) short
inner walls (J)(x2).
Apply glue to lower edges and to
the back of the end lugs of all the
wall sections. Stick to the base so
the lugs on the bottom of the
walls sit within the spaces
provided on the base with the
etched detail on the walls facing
outwards.
Remove two partition wall
sections (N) from the sprue
apply glue to both ends and the
bottom then attach to the points
as shown.
Remove long outer walls (A)(x2)
from the sprue. Apply glue to
unpainted side and stick to long
inner walls.
Remove short outer walls (D)(x2)
from sprue and apply glue to
unpainted side. Stick to short
inner walls.
Put the lower floor to one side
and allow glue to dry.
Upper Floor
Remove the following sections
from the sprue: Base (G)(x1)
long inner walls (H) (x2) short
inner walls (J)(x2) and partition
walls (N)(x2).
Attach these together in the
same way as the ground floor.
Take long outer walls (B)(x2) and
short outer walls (C)(x2) and glue
to upper floor shell. Leave to dry.

Top Floor / Attic Space
Remove the following sections
from the sprue: Base (L)(x1)
partitions (O)(x4).
Glue two partitions back to back
and attach to the holes in the
base. Repeat with the other pair
of partitions.
Take the inner ends (M)(x2) and
outer ends (F)(x2). Glue one
inner end to the unpainted side
of one outer end. The bottom of
the lugs on the inner should
touch the bottom of the outer.
Repeat for the other inner/outer
pieces.
Glue the ends to the roof base.
Roof Sections
Take H(x2) and R(x2). Glue together as shown. Also pop
a bit of glue along the inside of
the lugs on the ridge line to
provide a bit of extra grip.
Repeat this process for the
remaining (H) and (R) sections so
you end up with three roof
pieces

Take three chimney sections E.
Glue together as shown.
Repeat for the other chimney
pieces so you get 3 chimneys.
Glue each chimney to the apex of
a roof section.
Embellishments
Carefully remove the all the
window sills (Q) and arches (P)
from the sprue.
Glue into position as shown.
Once all the glue on all sections is completely dry they can be stacked together and will stay in position
due to the lugs in the corners of the lower and upper floors. Initially these connections will be quite
tight but once you have assembled and parted these sections a few times it will become much easier.
