• Slide the ends of the roof into the grooves in the top of the house.
• Push near each tab to “snap” the tabs into the slots in the house.
• Fit the top of the stairs onto the tab on the side of the house.

DecorationBreak-Away Design
The doggie door, front door, toy dolhouse, wall and tabletop are designed
to break-away. Follow these instructions to reassemble!
At an angle, fit one
side of the tabletop
onto the bump on the
table base. Push to
snap the other side
onto the table base.
Fit the top peg up into the
hinge and then push to fit
the bottom peg into the floor.
Fit the top peg up
into the hole in the
front wall and then
push to snap the
bottom peg into
the floor.
Tip the door so
that the top peg
is outside of the
house. Fit the
bottom peg into
the indent in the
floor. Lift the
door so that the
top peg fits
through the slot
and up into the
hole in the door
frame.
Fit one side of the
hinge to a peg on the
front door. Push to
snap the other side of
the hinge in place.

Real House Sounds!
• Locate the power/volume switch on the bottom of the toy and slide it to ON with
low volume or ON with high volume .
• Press the doorbell on the front of the house for sounds and phrases in English
and Spanish!
• Press the small rug near the refrigerator for more fun sounds!
• When you are finished playing with this toy, slide the power/volume switch OFF .

Storage
• Store all your accessories inside the doll house.
• Grasp the tab on the second floor and lift to close the house.
IMPORTANT! Do not lift the first floor. Use only the tab on the second floor to
close/open the house.
Battery Replacement
For best performance, we recommend replacing the batteries that came with this
toy with three, new “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries.
• Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the dollhouse.
• Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door and remove the door.
• Remove the exhausted batteries and dispose of them properly.
• Insert three, new “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw. Do not over-tighten.
• If this toy begins to operate erratically, you may need to reset the electronics. Slide
the power/volume switch off and back on.
• When sounds become faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to change the batteries.

• Protect the environment by not disposing of this product with household waste
(2002/96/EC). Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities.
Battery Safety Information
In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a
chemical burn injury or ruin your
product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard
(carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted
batteries from the product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of this
product in a fire. The batteries inside may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under
adult supervision.
