initialspeedatorbelow1mileperhour(mph).Neverstepoffthetreadmillwhiletherunning beltismoving.
9. Becarefultomaintainyourbalancewhile using,mounting,dismounting,or assemblingtheequipmentlossofbalancemayresultina
falland seriousbodilyinjury.
10. Neverinsert anyobjectorbodypartsintoanyopening.
11. Alwaysunplugthetreadmill beforecleaningand/ormaintaining.
12. Theequipment shouldnotbeusedbypersonsweighingover300pounds/136kgs.
13. Theequipment should beused byonlyoneperson at atime.
14. Maintenance: Replacethe defective components immediatelyand / orkeep the equipment out of use until repair the equipment
completely.
15. Makesurethatadequatespaceisavailableforaccesstoandpassagearoundtheequipment;keepatleastadistanceof1meter(3
feet)fromanyobstructionobjectwhileusingthemachine.
