Finger tighten all hardware in this step. Do Not wrench tighten until end of step 5.

A. Insert Round End Cap (D4) into Mainframe (A).
B. Install Convex End Cap (D2) and Foot Caps (D1) into Mainframe (A).
C. Attach Mainframe (A) to Connector Bar (E) using:
Four A2 (M10x70 hex head bolt)
Eight C1 (M10 washer)
Four B1 (M10 Nylon Lock Nut)
D. Attach Connector Bar (E) to Gym along with Plate (G) using :
Two A1 (M10x75 hex head bolt)
Four C1 (M10 washer)
Two B1 (M10 nylon lock nut)


A. Connect Rotating Frame (B) and Selector Plate (C) to Mainframe (A) using:
One A8 (M10x60 Allen Head Bolt)
One C1 (M10 Washer)
One D5 (Steel Bushing)
B. Attach Convex End Caps (D3) to Rotating Frame (B).

A. Connect Hip Frame (D) to Rotating Frame (B) using:
One A9(M12x20 allen head bolt)
One C2(M12 washer)
One D9(Oilite washer)
B. Attach Convex End Caps (D3) and Round End Cap D10 to Hip Frame (D).
C. Slide Foam Rollers (D8) onto Hip Frame (D) using two Plastic Washers (D7) and Roller End Cap (D6).

A. Attach Pulleys (D15) to Mainframe (A) using:
Two A4 (M10x30 hex head bolt)
Two C1 (M10 washer)
B. Attach Pulley (D11-A) to Mainframe (A) using:
One A5 (M10x115 hex head bolt)
Two D12 (steel bushing)
One B1 (M10 nylon lock nut)
C. Connect Pulley Bracket (H-1) and (H-2) to Connector Bar (E) using:
Two A3 (M10x45 hex head bolt)
Four C1 (M10 washer)
Two B1 (M10 nylon lock nut)
D. Connect Pulley (D11-B) to Pulley Bracket (H-1) by using:
One A3 (M10x45 hex head bolt)
Two C1 (M10 washer)
One F ("L" pulley cable plate)
One B1 (M10 nylon lock nut)
E. Connect Pulley (D11-C) to Pulley Bracket (H-2) by using:
One A3 (M10x45 hex head bolt)
Two C1 (M10 washer)
One B1 (M10 nylon lock nut)

A. Connect the large Stamped Eye End of Cable (D13) to Rotating Frame (B) by using:
One A6 (M8x16)
One D14 (steel bushing)
B. Begin routing Cable (D13) through Pulleys (D15) around Pulley (D11-A) through Mainframe (A).
C. Continue routing Cable (D13) around Pulleys (D11-B) and (D11-C) and attach the small Stamped Eye
End to the gym's connection as shown in the diagram using:
One A7 (M10x20)
One B1 (M10 nylon lock nut)
