1. Place the DAS 3000 shipping container
at the location it will be utilized.
2. Pull open the 3 box locks.

3. Remove the banding.
4. Remove the box cover.
Dispose of all trash properly.

5. Remove the outer shell of the box.

6. Cut tie wraps that are holding loose
components.
7. Remove all the loose components from
the Trolley.

8. Individual components are attached to the
rails with T-Slot Nuts, loosen the fastener
using a 13mm wrench.
9. Twist to unlock from the channel.

10. Remove fasteners from the wood wedges.
11. Remove the wood wedges.

12. Remove fasteners from the mounting
bracket by removing the 2 T30 Torx™
screws.
Discard the bracket.

13. Remove the T30 Torx™ screw.

14. Place the wedges in front of the pallet.
15. Twist the rollers in the direction of
travel.
16. Using the handles with 2 technicians
roll the DAS 3000 off the pallet.

17. Remove Positioning Bar shipping
support from the Trolley by loosening
the T-Slot Nut fasteners.

18. Twist the T-Slot Bolt to slide out from the
channel.
19. Remove the 10mm Shipping Support
Fastener inside the Trolley.

1. Install Bosch ADS 625 Tablet Holder 1 681 321
374 by aligning the Tablet Holder by pushing the
setscrews into the DAS 3000 holes. Tighten the
nuts using an 8mm wrench.

2. Install the washers onto the setscrews.
3. Install the hex nuts onto the setscrews
and tighten.

4. Align the Camera Beam to the T-Slot Bolts
on the Positioning Bar. Install the Camera
Beam 1 683 050 053 with the Camera USB
cable ports pointing downward. Install the
Camera Beam onto the Positioning Bar
mounting bracket using the T-Slot Bolts and
tighten the nuts with a 5mm hex wrench.

5. Remove the protective red tape and install the
Corner Guard onto the bottom left and right corners
of the Calibration Dual Board 1 681 098 011.
