2. INSTALLATIE
De kaasfonduepan past op vrijwel ieder fondueonderstel. Verzeker uzelf ervan dat de pan te allen tijde
stabiel staat.

3. GEBRUIK
Let er op dat het geheel te allen tijde stabiel en op een brandvast oppervlak staat! Reinig voor het eerste
gebruik de fonduepan (zie 4. Reiniging). De fonduepan is vuurvast en kan op open vuur gebruikt worden.
Tevens is de pan geschikt voor inductiekookstellen. Blijf de kaasfondue na bereiding warm houden en blijf
roeren om aanbakken te voorkomen. Zorg dat de fonduepan, indien warm, altijd op het onderstel of op
een brandvast oppervlak geplaatst wordt.

4. REINIGING
Zorg ervoor dat de fonduepan volledig is afgekoeld voor deze aan te raken.
Reinig de pan met warm water en afwasmiddel. Gebruik nooit harde borstels, krassende
materialen, sodahoudende, desinfecterende of agressieve middelen voor het reinigen.

Recept
Klassieke Kaasfondue
voor 4 personen
INGREDIËNTEN
• 4 dl droge witte wijn
• 300 gram Emmentaler
• 300 gram Gruyère
• 3 theelepels Kirsch
• 4 gram maïzena
• 2 teentjes knoflook
• nootmuskaat en peper
• stokbrood.
Ook heerlijk met bleekselderij, paprika, champignons, komkommer, ananas, broccoli, zilveruitjes of
augurken.
BEREIDING
• rasp de kaas, zorg dat deze op kamertemperatuur is
• doe de wijn in een pan en laat het zachtjes koken
• strooi de kaas geleidelijk in de pan en laat de kaas al roerend smelten in de wijn
• het kaasmengsel niet laten koken
• maak de maïzena aan met de Kirsch en bind de fondue hiermee
• breng op smaak met een snufje peper en nootmuskaat
• wrijf de fonduepan, de caquelon, in met het knoflookteentje. Laat voor een sterkere knoflooksmaak
het teentje in de pan.
• giet de kaasfondue over in de fonduepan

The fondue pan fits almost every fondue base. Make sure the pan is always standing on a stable surface.

3. USE
Make sure the pan and base are always standing on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface! Clean the
fondue pan prior to first use (see 4. Cleaning). The fondue pan is heat resistant and can be used on an open
flame. The pan is also suitable for induction stoves. Keep the cheese fondue warm after preparation and
keep stirring to prevent the fondue from sticking to the pan. When the fondue pan is warm, make sure it is
always placed on the base or on a heat-resistant surface.

4. CLEANING
Make sure the fondue pan is completely cool before touching it. Clean the pan with warm water and
dishwashing detergent. Never use hard brushes, abrasive or aggressive materials, or materials containing
sodium carbonate or disinfectants to clean the pan.
WARNING!!!
• NEVER LEAVE A FONDUE BURNER UNSUPERVISED. THIS IS AN OPEN FLAME;
• ALWAYS PLACETHE FONDUE SET ON A STABLE, LEVEL SURFACE;
• NEVER PLACE FLAMMABLE MATERIALS (CLOTH, PAPER, ETC.)NEAR THE FONDUE SET WHEN IN USE;
• NEVER LET CHILDREN OPERATETHE FONDUE SET;
• DURING USE, THE FONDUE SET COMPONENTS BECOME EXTREMELY HOT. AFTER USE, LETTHE FONDUE
PAN COOL OFF COMPLETELY BEFORE TOUCHING THE COMPONENTS;
• ALWAYS LET THE FONDUE BURNER BURN UP AND COOL DOWN COMPLETELY BEFORE STORING IT!

Recipe
Classic Cheese Fondue
for 4 people
INGREDIËNTS
• 4 dl dry of white wine
• 300 grams of Emmentaler
• 300 grams of Gruyère
• 3 teaspoons of Kirsch
• 4 grams of cornstarch
• 2 cloves of garlic
• nutmeg and pepper
• baguette
Also delicious with celery, bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, pineapple, broccoli, pearl onions or pickles.
PREPARATION
• Grate the cheese and make sure it is at room temperature;
• Add the wine to a pan and let it simmer;
• Slowly add the cheese to the pan and stir the cheese as it melts into the wine;
• Do not let the cheese mixture boil;
• Mix the cornstarch with the Kirsch and thicken the fondue with it;
• Add pepper and nutmeg to taste.
• Rub the fondue pan – the caquelon – with the clove of garlic.
For a stronger garlic flavor, add a clove of garlic to the pan;
• Pour the cheese fondue into the fondue pan.

2. INSTALLATION
Le caquelon à fondue s’adapte sur la plupart des supports. Assurez-vous toujours que le caquelon soit posé
de façon stable.

3. UTILISATION
Veillez toujours à installer l’appareil à fondue de façon stable sur une surface non inflammable! Nettoyez
le caquelon avant la première utilisation (voir 4. NETTOYAGE). Le caquelon résistant au feu, il peut
être utilisé sur du feu ouvert ou sur une plaque à induction. Gardez la fondue au chaud et remuez
régulièrement pour éviter qu’elle n’attache. Tant que le caquelon est chaud, laissez-le sur le support
métallique ou posez-le sur une surface résistante à la chaleur.
