faults solutions. The manual applies to our model: MS|3000
- This manual contains both scooter maintenance tips and trouble-
shooting methods so please store it where you can access as re-
quired. If you decided to let anyone else use your scooter, please pro-
vide this manual for reference to them and ask that they read it before
using the product.

2.1 Main Security Features

2.2 Riding Notice
General Riding Cautions
- Keep your hands on the direction bar in order to fully be able to control the
scooter.
- We recommend practicing at parks or other safe and open places until you
are confident about using your scooter skillfully. Ensure to practice moving for-
ward, stopping and turning circles.
- Before riding on any roads, ensure to have caregivers with you and ensure
to ride safely at all times.
- Follow all pedestrian traffic rules, the scooter is not considered an automo-
tive.
- Stay on the sidewalk and the zebra crossings. Do not ride on
vehicle lanes.
- Ride at steady speed, avoid sharp turns and zig zagging.
- The MS|3000 is a sporting entertainment tool that is not a vehicle, but once
you drive it into a public area, it will also have vehicle properties, so there are
also security risks that may exist with all vehicles. You may face personal injury
from collisions and loss of control. To ensure your driving safety, please read
all instructions and precautions in this manual thoroughly and carefully.
- In countries and regions where there are currently no national standards and
regulations related to MS|3000, please be sure to strictly follow the safety re-
quirements of this manual for drivers. The company will not bear any direct lia-
bility and joint liability for all property, personal loss, accidents, legal disputes
and other adverse events that cause conflicts of interest caused by violation of
instructions in this manual.
3.2 Direction bar and child seat adjustment
Adjust the freight of the direction bar
- First, open the quick release handle and rotate the loose nut. Adjust
the direction lever to the appropriate height according to your height.
After the adjustment is completed, tighten the nut and lock the quick
release handle. (Picture 7, 8, 9)
- When adjusting the steering bar, care should be taken not to expose
the safety marking the line of the directional tube riser.

- Please take effective safety measures before driving MS|3000. You must
wear safety helmets and other protective gear. Be vigilant during driving and
maintain a reasonable safety distance with pedestrians and other vehicles.
- Do not lend the MS|3000 to someone who does not operate it to avoid injury.
Please be responsible for the safety of your friends. Please read this manual
carefully before giving MS|3000 to your friends. Please tell them that they must
wear safety gear to assist him in driving.
Avoid Riding in These Conditions
- Riding in inclement weather, such as rainy day, heavy fog, strong wind,
snow, etc.
- Avoid MS|3000 rain or wading. When the rainwater is immersed or the
wading water level is flooded to the rear wheel motor hub, the battery will enter
the water and the internal circuit will be short-circuited. In this case, it is strictly
forbidden to charge the MS|3000 again, otherwise, it will cause the battery to
burn and explode.
- If your scooter gets wet, this may impact electronic functions so please wipe
all water immediately.
- Riding in sub optimal conditions such as muddy, trail, sand road, gravel, etc.
- Riding on crowed roads.
- Riding on roads without a fence side ditch, pond, etc.
- If you have to cross any railways, turn off your wheelchair and first ensure
that the tires will not be stuck by railway.
- The electric scooter is for personal use only, please do not carry people or
goods
Precautions for Uphill and Downhill
- Avoid riding on steep hills, tilt places, high steps, channels and any other
steep incline surfaces
- Avoid riding on steep slopes, the slope range should be less than 9 degrees.
- Please carefully operate the controller during uphill use.
- Keep moving forward during uphill or downhill and do not stop.
- Use your brakes to reduce your speed during downhill.
- Avoid riding sideways on steep incline.
- Riding on the stairs place is not recommended and please avoid crossing
any high steps.
- Avoid crossing wide ditches.
- During crossing ditches, keep a 90° angle between tires and the ditches.
- When the scooter malfunction at traffic crossing, please immediately ask
passerby for help. Push scooter to leave the scene, or user to get away from
the site to a safe place immediately.

2.3 Other Important Notices
Repair and Refit
- If your wheelchair requires repair or a refit, please contact your seller or ser-
vice department. Do not attempt to modify your wheelchair by yourself as this
may cause accident or wheelchair malfunction.
- Do not add weight, other than approved accessories to this chair, as this may
cause an imbalance and impact vehicle function.
Keep Your Scooter Dry at All Times
- Do not store or use your scooter in wet places. If the wheelchair gets wet,
please dry it immediately.
2.4 Service Life
- The service life of this product is 5 years after the date of production. Please
use the product within the limited period. In order to avoid accidents, it is not
recommended to use it beyond the recommended period. To find the date of
manufacture of your wheelchair, please see the label located on your unit.
- Please perform a basic inspection of this product before driving MS|3000
every time to confirm that the quick release parts of MS|3000 are fastened and
the steering handle is stable. If you notice abnormal parts of the car body, tires
leaking or excessive wear, abnormal steering, or steering failure, please stop
using it immediately, and do not force driving. Please contact the company in
time for troubleshooting to obtain professional guidance.
2.5 Electromagnetic Compatibility
- The scooter should be kept away from strong magnetic fields and large induc-
tive electrical equipment, such as radio or TV stations, underground radio sta-
tion or cell phone transmitting radio stations. If there are sources of electro-
magnetic interference nearby, please stay as far as possible from those sourc-
es to avoid electromagnetic interference as your electric wheelchair should
avoid electromagnetic interference.
Note:
• This electric scooter meets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of
the YY0505 standard.
• Always install and use electric scooter based on the electromagnetic com-
patibility information provided.
• Portable and mobile RF communication device will affect performance of
electric wheelchair. Therefore, please avoid using near a strong electromag-
netic disturbance such as a mobile phone or microwave.
• Please refer to attachment for notice and manufacturer's statement.
2.6 Compatibility with Other Devices
- Electric wheelchair should not be used together in conjunction with any other
devices. If you need to connect a device to it, please first verify with us to con-
firm that the electric wheelchair can work normally under the circumstances.

2.7 Prohibited Actions
- It is forbidden to use the laws of the country/region and the relevant adminis-
trative units to prohibit the use of such vehicles area us this vehicle.
- It is forbidden to drive horizontally on the slope.
- It is forbidden to exceed the safety warning line of each telescopic part of
MS|3000.
- It is forbidden to store at an ambient temperature of 40 °C or higher and
below -20 °C
- It is forbidden to hand pushing electricity, and it must be ensured that the ve-
hicle is in a power-off state before pushing.
- It is forbidden to drive in bad weather or in the environment, such as heavy
rain, heavy snow, wind, and other weather and slippery, muddy and other sec-
tions.
- Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from driving alone (the legal driv-
ing age is subject to local law).
- It is forbidden to drive MS|3000 without wearing a safety helmet. Wear hel-
mets or related protective gear in accordance with local laws.
- Alcoholics, mental patients, sedatives, etc., as well as those with limited mo-
bility, are prohibited.
- When driving, it is forbidden to leave the steering handle with both hands. It
is forbidden to support the body on the steering handle. It is forbidden to leave
the foot pedal during driving.
- It is forbidden to arbitrarily modify the parts of the MS|3000 and drive the
modified MS|3000 on the road, which will affect the performance of the
MS|3000 and even damage the MS|3000.
- It is forbidden to drive in an unsafe environment, such as flammable gases,
steam, liquids, dust fibers, etc., which may cause dangerous events such as
fire or explosion.
Do not place the MS|3000 in a car or in a trunk sealed
environment during hot weather! At high temperatures,
the battery pack may be completely ineffective or even
cause burning!
Although this manual will help you better understand and use
the MS|3000, we cannot ensure that all types of emergency are
included. Therefore, we remind you to drive carefully and
ensure your driving safety.

3.1 Learning to Drive
- Practice in a safe and empty place until you can get on the bus
safely and comfortably, skillfully controlling, steering, parking, and get-
ting off. Do not drive the MS|3000 out to complex driving conditions
and road conditions before you are skilled.
- There is a risk of falling and injury during the study, so please wear a
safety helmet and protective gear throughout the journey.
- Step 1: Check if the power is sufficient before the driving, whether
the Lire pressure is sufficient, and whether the braking performance is
intact.
- Step 2: Insert the electric door key into the power switch lock, turn it
to the "ON" position, the power indicator light is on, and the power is
turned on before you can drive.
- Step 3: Right hand turn the speed control lever slowly backward to
the speed you need to enter normal driving.
- Step 4: When you need to stop, first turn off the handle, so than the
speed will drop significantly, then brake, keep the vehicle still, turn the
key to "OFF", this means that the power has been cut off and the key
is unplugged.
- Step 5: After use, please charge according to the remaining battery
capacity.
- The MS|3000 has a top speed of 18km/h. It can't be turned sharply
under high speed. If the direction is changed sharply, it will become
unstable, which will cause the MS|3000 to overturn, causing the driver
to fall and other risks.

3.1 Folding and unfolding steps
Folding
- The MS|3000 is parked in a flat position, and the large red sphere on
the right side is pulled up to fold successfully. Picture (1, 2, 3)
- After folding, you can pull the MS|3000 direction bar to drag. If you
need to put it into the car or transport it, you can open the directional
bar quick release handle and rotate the loose nut to adjust to the
lowest height.
- Make sure the child seat is not open before folding.
Unfolding
- Pull the handle of the small red ball below to release the folding lock
and pull it back and forth to complete MS|3000 expansion. (Picture 4,

Child seat opening and folding
Open: pull the red sphere backward, with one hand and lift the seat
upward with the other hand to open the child seat. (Picture 10-11)
Close: Pull down the red ball and press down the seat with the other
hand to fold the child seat. (Picture 12)

4. Battery and Charger
14
4.1 Charger Requirements
The charger should only be used for charging the batteries. Do not
use your scooter while it is charging.

Meets requirement: GB 4706.1-2005 and GB 4706.18-2005
4.2 Charger Use and Care
IMPORTANT:
- A full charge requires between 5 to 8 hours, do not overcharge more
than 10 hours.
- To prevent shortening your battery’s life, charge the battery at least
once per month when the wheelchair is not being used.
- Do not stop charging until the charging process is finished.
- Repeat use of less than fully charged batteries will shorten the life
cycle of your battery.
- When battery is fully charged, the power indicator will turn green. Do
not stop charging before fully charged this indicator is lit.
- After charging is complete, ensure to turn off the power supply other-
wise the battery will discharge slowly.
- Do not charge more than 10 hours. Over-charging is dangerous.
Follow These Rules to Avoid Issues with Chargers
- The charger should be well ventilated at all times during charging.
- Do not expose the wheelchair to sunlight and humid environment.
- While charging, the temperature range should be between 10 to 40
degrees of celsius.
- If charged at temperatures outside of this range, the battery can be
damaged.
- Never use or sit on the electric scooter when charging.

- The charging port is under the left pedal of the MS|3000 body, and
the charging port cover is opened and the charging interface is dry.

- Please insert the positioning groove of the charging port of the char-
ger at the charging port of the car body first, and then connect the
charger plug to the ac power socket. After charging, unplug the AC
power supply, and then unplug the connector that is connected to the
charging port of the car.
- In order to ensure the safety of transportation, the MS|3000 battery
pack is not fully charged. Due to the self-consumption of electricity
during the transportation and storage cycle, it may cause low or no
power when first used. This is normal. Don't worry. Charge according
to the charging method.
- Please use the MS|3000 original charger for charging. Do not use
other chargers for charging. The company will not be responsible for
any consequences caused by not using the original charger.
- The MS|3000 charging time takes about 5 - 8 hours (depending on
the battery pack capacity). When charging, the indicator light on the
charger lights up red, indicating that the power is on and charging.
When the indicator changes from red to green, the battery is fully
charged. Stop charging at this time. The maximum charging time
should not exceed 10 hours. Long-term charging will affect the life and
safety of the battery pack.
- It is forbidden to disassemble the charger, As it has a high voltage
circuit.
- Do not connect the charger to the AC power supply without the char-
ger working, otherwise, it will damage the life of the charger and may
cause other dangers. When charging, the surrounding environment
should beer^.ply, ventilated, no fire, no flammable or explosive materi-
als around, and do not cover anything on the charger. Pay attention to
prevent liquid and metal particles from entering into the charger, pre-
vent falling and impact, so as to avoid damage

4.3 Battery Use and Maintenance
- Incorrect insertion of the battery may cause danger of explosion.
Only use batteries that are provided with this unit.

- LCD instrument assembly, lock, LED headlights and power display.
Insert the key clockwise to turn on the power switch once, otherwise,
turn off the power switch, turn clockwise twice to turn on the LED
headlights.
- Horn switch, press the horn button to sound, to remind the passing
pedestrians and vehicles, to avoid some unnecessary traffic acci-
dents.
- Turn the speed control handle, tum the handle on the right hand, and
adjust the acceleration and deceleration according to the direction
shown in the f figure.
- Three-speed shift switch, I, II, III three gears respectively correspond
to 6/12/18km / h.
- The reverse switch "R", the pressed state is the reverse gear, and
then the rebound state is the forward gear.
- Parking system (two-speed adjustment of handbrake), parking in the
way to prevent uneven road slipping.
