FOREWORD
This product is designed for environmentally friendly transportation.
Below are the characteristics and advantages of your Bzooma TINO scooter.

CAUTION: Modification of the scooter will void your warranty. Due to high voltages present service
must be performed strictly by qualified electricians

MAIN SWITCH
1. Protection Switch under the seat must be “ON” to activate power to the ignition.
2. Turn key to the left to lock the steering column.
3. To unlock the compartment beneath the seat depress the ignition key. Press it down to lock it
4. Remember to unlock the steering if attempting to move the scooter.
CHARGING THE BATTERIES
Before riding your scooter for the first time, you must charge the batteries for 6-9 hours using the
supplied charger.
IMPORTANT CHARGING INSTRUCTION
The ignition key must be in the off position when the battery is being charged.
Charging the battery after each ride is advisable.
To preserve battery life charge it at least once per month if the scooter has not been used.
Recharging time is between 6-9 hours.
Connect the cable to the battery before plugging the charger into the power supply.
When the charger light is green, the battery is charged.
An extra two hours charging will improve the amount of charge.
When complete, disconnect the power supply first and then unplug the cable from the battery.
KICKSTAND
The side kickstand is used for temporally parking and cuts the ignition circuit when in use to prevent
accidents.
The Main kickstand is more stable for parking.

BRAKE LEVER
Brake lever adjustment is best set to approximately 10-20mm free movement before brakes engage.
The locknut on the lever assembly is used to adjust them.
SAFETY CHECKS
Maintenance of an electric scooter is simple. However, you must still check tyres brakes and lights
regularly. Refer to your dealer for service.

cut off which is out of
adjustment due to normal
brake wear.

MAINTENANCE & ADJUSTMENT
BATTERY
To prolong battery life, store the scooter in the garage to avoid extreme temperatures and wet weather.
Do not dismantle or interfere with the battery cells. Temperature over 60C will damage your battery.
Such damage is not covered by warranty.

If leakage of electrolyte occurs, wash immediately with plenty of water.
If the battery smells unusual, or there is heat smoke colour change or distortion you must refer
immediately to your dealer.
While this is a low maintenance machine, you should always observe the condition of brakes and tyres
for your own safety.
CLEANING
Washing with High water hoses may penetrate electrical components and will affect the performance.
BRAKE INSPECTION
Adjust the brake lever to engage the brakes at the point of one-third lever travel.
Refer to your dealer to replace the brake pads when they are half worn.
CHARGER INSPECTION
The power switch lock must be in the off position when the battery is being charged.
Never turn the battery upside down.
MOTOR AND CONTROLLER MAINTENANCE
Never immerse the motor in deep water. It is in the back wheel, so avoid riding through flood water.
Do not use brakes and accelerator at the same time.

Bzooma Pty Ltd Limited Warranty
Bzooma Pty Ltd provides this Limited Warranty to the
original purchasers of new Bzooma machines in Australia
and New Zealand.
Bzooma Pty Ltd guarantees the machine, power base
including Motor, Battery and charger, against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, from
date of delivery to the original purchaser. Damage caused
by accident or obvious abuse is not covered by this
warranty.
To make a claim covered by this warranty the purchaser
must contact an authorised BZOOMA Pty Ltd Dealer for
inspection and service. Indications of abuse, accident, or
unauthorised tampering with the machine power base
mechanical, or electrical equipment, will void any claim.
Bzooma Pty Ltd is not responsible for transport costs
associated with obtaining service or repairs under this
warranty.
