Thank you for purchasing the CareCo Secco4
Rollator. The Secco4 Rollator has been designed
and manufactured to meet our own high level
of specifications and we hope you will be
delighted with your purchase.
The Secco4 Rollator is a portable rollator to aid
the user to walk and offer stability and security.
The Secco4 is designed for use both indoor and
outdoor and will take a maximum user weight
of 110kg (17 stone).
The CareCo Secco4 Rollator will arrive
assembled with the exception of the height
adjustable handles.

Introduction
Specification
Assembly

1. Remove all protective packaging and fold
out the rollator. Place upright with wheels on
the ground on a flat surface.
2. Ensure the star knob and bolt are removed
from the frame (they may or may not arrive
this way). (fig. A)
3. Insert the handle tube into the rollator frame
ensuring the cable is on the outside of the
rollator frame.
4. Select the required height and insert bolt
through the frame and handle, making sure the
hexagonal head on the bolt sits in it’s recess.
(figs. B & C)
5. Attach the star knob to the other side onto
the bolt and tighten. (fig. D)
For Safety:
• Ensure you adopt a comfortable posture
and can operate the brakes with ease.
• Ensure the handles are at equal heights and
securely locked in position.
• Ensure the rollator is fully folded out prior
to use.

7. Adjust the height of the handles, reverse the

1. To operate the brakes squeeze the lever up
to engage the brake
2. To lock the brakes, push down on the brake
lever until it locks in place
3. To unlock the brakes, pull up on the brake
lever until the lock is removed

• Ensure the brakes are tested prior to use.
• Do not use on gradients greater than 7
degrees.
• Ensure the brakes are locked when using
the seat.
• When sitting, ensure the user is sat in the
centre of the seat
Folding
For ease of storage and transportation the
CareCo Secco4 has an easy fold mechanism.

Maintenance
Be sure your CareCo Secco4 Rollator is in
proper working order at all times. Please
contact CareCo for any reparies required.
• Ensure the walker is kept clean. Wipe down
the walker with a damp cloth on a regular
basis.
• Check the wheels and height adjustable
handles regularly.
• Ensure the brakes have been adjusted to
suit the wheels and user.
• Ensure all nuts, bolts and screws are
securely tightened at regular intervals.
• If the solid wheel becomes cracked or
severely worn, replace immediately
• Check the front castor wheel swivels freely.
To fold the Secco4, lift the seat up and pull
the black cord whilst holding the rollator
handles, lifting the rollator at the same time.
This will fold the rollator for easy storage and
transportation.

Your CareCo branded product is under
warranty to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for one year from date of
receipt. This warranty expresses our confidence
in the workmanship and materials used for our
products.
In the event of a defect covered by this
warranty, CareCo will, at our discretion,
replace the Rollator or supply parts to remedy.
This warranty does not cover device failure
due to owner misuse or negligence, or due to
normal wear and tear. The warranty does not
extend to non-durable parts, such as rubber
accessories, castors and grips, which are subject
to normal wear and tear and require periodic
replacement.
