Installation of Extended End Motor Arms to Gates
Before installation: extend the motor arm to its maximum size and then retract it
inwards by approximately 1 cm.
Make sure that the height of the post support is exactly the same as that of the gate
support.
If you do not ensure the level is exact, the motor arm will bend, resulting in failure. In
addition, the gate’s pushing or pulling force will be reduced, causing the motor to open
or close the gate with difficulty or not at all. Large differences in level will damage the
motor and the motor arm.

Drill 2 holes 10.2 mm in diameter with a spacing of 68 to 77 mm between the 2 holes.
Place the bracket (K) over the drilled holes.
Attach the other end to the gate arm, and insert the locking pin (M) and lock washers (G).
Place the motor bracket (D) under the gate bracket (K) using the appropriate bolts (O) and tighten
them securely. Please note that the bolts used to secure the front bracket to the gate are not
supplied as the thickness of each gate is different.

SIDE terminal is used for connecting any external device that operates double gate.
COM terminal is COMMON used for connecting the “ground” of external devices.
SIDE terminal is used for connecting any external device that operates single gate.
Swipe Card terminal is used for connecting any external devices that will operate to
open the gate.

Motor1 terminal is used for connecting the motor 1 installed
on the gate that opens later and close first. This terminal
connect 1st red wire (from your left hand side to right hand
side).
Motor2 Delay terminal is used for connecting the motor 2
installed on the gate that opens first and close later. This ter-
minal connect 1st blue wire ( from your left hand side to right
hand side). NOTE! If for single gate, the gate motor just can
connect the Motor2 Delay terminal.
AC24V input is used for connecting the transformer.
AC24V input is used for connecting the transformer.
Digital display is used for showing you the setting data.
INC+ is used for figure increase when setting the data.
FUN is used for recorde the data.
DEC- is used for figure decrease when setting the data.
Learning button is used for program/remove remote.

Programming a new remote control :
> First step:
Press the LEARN button on the control panel [29] for about 1 second, the LED will go out.
Press any button on the new remote control for about 2 seconds, the digital display will show the remote
control number while the LED indicator on the control panel will start flashing four times with a BEEP.
Note! After pressing the LEARN button, if you do not receive the new remote control signal within 5
seconds, the LED indicator will light up and you will be taken out of pairing mode.
To remove the remote control :
Press and hold the LEARN button for approximately 5 seconds. If you hear a beep and the LED indicator
lights up, you have successfully removed the remote control.
After power-up, the digital display checks itself from 00 to 99 with a BEEP. If the LED lights up and the
beep stops, the system is operating normally.
Basic operating mode :
Press and hold the [FUN] button until the digital display shows PO. This takes you to the menu setting.
You can adjust the [INC+] [DEC-] to increase or decrease the serial number or numerical value. Once the
data has been correctly set, press the [FUN] key to save the data. The beep indicates successful storage.
To move on to the next setting, press [INC+] or [DEC-] to select and confirm with [FUN] to enter the
menu number you want to set. For example, after saving the P0 value and pressing [FUN] to save it, the
digital display will still show the number P0, and if you want to go further to set P1, press [INC+], the
digital display will then show P1, then press [FUN] to enter the P1 setting.
When you have finished your settings, you can press the [LEARN] button to exit the menu setting.

Setting of the control board
Motor operation
1.To set the soft start time :
When the digital display shows P0, the actuator is in soft start time setting mode.
The option is adjustable from 0 to 6s (default 2s)
00: Soft start disabled.
2.To set the obstacle sensitivity level:
2a-- When the digital display shows P1, the actuator is in Motor 1 sensitivity setting mode at low
operating speed. Options range from level 0 to 20 (default 6).
The lower the value, the more sensitive the motor will be to obstacles.
2b-- When the digital display shows P2, the actuator is in high speed Motor 1 sensitivity setting mode.
Options range from level 0 to 20 (default 10).
The lower the value, the more sensitive the motor will be to obstacles.
2c-- When the digital display shows P3, the actuator is in low speed Motor 2 sensitivity setting mode.
Options range from level 0 to 20 (default 6).
The lower the value, the more sensitive the motor will be to obstacles.
2d-- When the digital display shows P4, the actuator is in high speed Motor 2 sensitivity setting mode.
Options range from level 0 to 20 (default 10).
The lower the value, the more sensitive the motor will be to obstacles.
3.To set the duration of high-speed operation :
When the digital display shows P5, the actuator is in high speed run time setting mode.
Options range from 0 to 33s (default 5s)
00: High speed disabled
4.To set the automatic close time for external devices:
When the digital display shows P6, the actuator is in the Auto Close Time setting mode for external
devices.
Options range from 0 to 99s (default 10s)
00: The gate will not close automatically.

- Middle of cycle: High speed
- End of cycle: Low speed
