TheCASEIHcombineharvestersaredesignedasself-propelledunitsandpoweredbyanon-boarddieselengine.
Themachinesareintendedtobeusedforagriculturalpurposesoncultivatedlandtoharvestcerealcrops,smallseed
crops,maize,soybeans,etc.,bycuttingorpickingupfromaswath,threshingandseparatingthegrainfromthestraw,
andtemporarilystoringituntilitisunloadedintovehiclesfortransport.
Theharvestingspeedandperformancemaydependonanumberoflimitativeparameters,suchasweatherand
terrainconditions,cropvariety,andmaturity.Thoughthemachineisdesignedtoperforminmostcropsandcon-
ditions,theremaybeanumberofcombinationsoftheaboveparameters,forwhichthereisseveredegradationof
performanceofthemachineorsystemsthereof.Ifyounoticedegradationofperformance,contactyourCASEIH

Thewarrantyperiodbeginsonthedatethenewequipmentissoldtotherstretailpurchaser.Thepresenceofthe
emissioncontrollabelistheindicationthattheengineconformstotheapplicablestandards.Anyemissioncontrol
systempartswhichareprovendefectiveduringnormalusewillberepairedorreplacedduringthewarrantyperiod.
TheengineownerhasresponsibilitytoperformalltherequiredmaintenancelistedintheOwner'sManual.CASEIH
willnotdenyanemissionwarrantyclaimsolelybecausenorecordofmaintenanceexists;however,aclaimmaybe
