INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Please read these operating instructions thoroughly before use and save them for future
reference.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The instructions below are a set of general infor-
mations and in no way supersedes national and
local regulations.
IMPORTANT
The following informations must be thoroughly
read before asembly, or operating the patio hea-
ter. The heater owner is obliged to retain the ope-
rating instructions for the future use, in order to
check the parameters and functionality of the
appliance.
WARNING
Failure to follow the instructions in the instructi-
ons manual below, may result in fire or explosi-
on, resulting in damage to the object, injury or
even death.
źIt is forbidden to store easily flammable mate-
rials or to use gasoline or other flammable
vapors and gases near the heater or other
equipment.
źIt is forbidden to store a propane-butane cylin-
der, not connected to a gas heater, near the
heater, or other equipment.
źThe servicing must be performed by a quali-
fied repairer.
WARNING
The heater and its shut-off valve shall be discon-
nected from the gas supply system during a
pressure test of a device with a parameter
above 1/2 PSI (3.5 KPA).
A manual shut-off valve must be used to close
the gas supply to the device, before proceeding
with the installation.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU LIKE TO STORE GAS
źClose the gas supply to the device.
źTurn off the burner.
źIf it continues to leak gas, immediately call
the gas supplier. Follow his instructions.
źIf the gas supplier is out of reach, contact
firefighters.

źImproper installation, adjustment, modificati-
on, service, or inspection may cause injury or
damage to the appliance.
źKeep at least 95 cm away from easily flamma-
ble materials.
źIt is forbidden to use device if the wind speed
exceeds 16 km / h.
źThe heater must always be placed on a solid
and leveled surface.
źIrrigators and other water sources must
always be at a safe distance from burner and
switches.
źIt is forbidden to use device at temperatures
below -15 ° C.
źChildren and adults should be alerted to the
dangers they are exposed to, at high tempera-
tures, especially burns and inflammation.
źIt is forbidden to hang clothes and also to
place other flammable or explosive liquids
and materials near the heater.
źIt is forbidden to make any modifications to the
heater.
źThe heater should be checked before each
use. If any damage is detected, it is not
allowed to use the heater, before replacing the
damaged part or before properly assembling
it. Use of unauthorized parts may void the war-
ranty or cause danger.
źThe heater can only be used with an approved
regulator and hose.
źDuring operation of the heater it is not allowed
to touch the burner, the surface temperature
of the truss beam can exceed 800° C.
źIt is forbidden to touch the burner before it cools,
which is at least 1 hour after extinguishing.
źCarbon deposits can cause fire. the reflector
and the heater must be kept clean.
źThe heater needs to be cleaned. Do not use
easily flammable or corrosive cleaning agent-
s.
źIt is forbidden to paint the cover, the valve or
the reflector.
źAfter use, close the gas cylinder or regulator
valve.
źUse of this device in enclosed areas may be
dangerous and is prohibited.
źPlease read the instructions before using this
device. Device must be installed in accordan-
ce with the instructions and local regulations.
źDevices should be used outside of objects or
in well-ventilated areas.
źAt least 25% of the area must be ventilated.
źThe total area is the sum of the wall surfaces.
źThe device must be mounted and the gas
cylinder must be stored in accordance with bin-
ding regulations.
źDo not cover the ventilation holes on the gas
cylinder housing.
źDo not move device during operation.
źClose the valve on the gas cylinder or regula-
tor before moving device.
źThe pipe line or flexible hose must be replaced
at specified intervals.
źOnly the type of gas or cylinder type specified
by the manufacturer must be used.
źIn case of strong wind, special care should be
taken to avoid overturning the device.
It is necessary to check the heater if any of
the following circumstances arise:
-Smell of gas along with a deep yellow flame
color occurs.
-Heater does not reach the correct temperature.
It should be noted that the heat emission is redu-
ced at an air temperature of less than 5° C.
-Flame of heater is very irregular.
-Heating unit is doing blasting sounds during
use (important - weak burst sounds are normal
at the moment the flame goes out).

Device description

źBefore assembly, remove all packaging from
the individual components of the patio heater.
źThe following tools are required for installation:
Screwdriver PH.
1. Place the gas bottle (K) on the floor and remo-
ve all parts after opening the door.
2. Hold the burner assembly (J) with the control
panel upside and secure it with 4 screws (BB) to
the top side of the gas bottle space interior (K).
3. Unscrew the screws and washers (BB) from
the supports, then connect the lower (F) and top
(E) supports together and screw them back with
screws (BB).
4. Attach the reflector fixation (B) to the upper
part of the supports (E) using screws (BB).

5. Attach the reflector (A) to the reflector fixation
(B) using the nuts (AA)
6. Unscrew the screws and washers (BB) from
the top of the gas bottle space (K). Place the
assembled supports with the reflector on it.
Screw the screws (BB) again.
7. Insert the mesh guards (D) onto the surface of
the lower supports (F).
Then, fasten with the screws (BB),without the
front side.
8. Unscrew 4 locking plates pre-mounted on the
reflector fixation (B).

9. Attach the upper mesh guards (C) to the sup-
ports (E), without the front one.
10. Insert the rubber ring (I) onto the burner
assembly (J). Connect the glass tubes (G)
using the coupling (H). Put the top of the tube
into the center of the reflector fixator (B), hold
the tube vertically and place it on the rubber
ring. (handle the glass tube very carefully and
slowly)
11. Attach the missing front mesh guards (C)
and (D). Secure all protectors with fixation pla-
tes on the fixator (B).
12. Connect the door chain (L) to the hook on
the burner assembly (J).

WARNING: Before starting the heater it is
necessary to check all the safety require-
ments above and to make sure that all gas
connections are tightened and that there are
no leaks.
CAUTION: The burner control must be in the
OFF position before opening the gas cylin-
der valve.
CAUTION: Never use a damaged patio hea-
ter.
Before using a patio heater
Place the patio heater in an open outdoor area.
Ignition of the heater
1. Ignition of the „PILOT“ flame
ź Turn on the gas supply on the gas cylinder.
źPress the selector and push it to the „PILOT“
position, keep pressed and press the
„IGNITION“ buton a few times until the flame
is lit.
źPrior to first use and after each gas cylin-
der replacement, excess air must be remo-
ved from the system.
ź(It is necessary to connect the gas cylinder
and open the gas supply, turn the knob
fully depressed into the "PILOT" position
and keep it for at least 3 minutes so that the
gas can be completely exhausted from the
system.
źIf the ignition fails, the selector must be re-
enabled in the OFF position and repeat the
entire ignition process.
2. Ignition of the main flame
źBefore ignition, the "PILOT" flame must be lit.
źLightly press the selector (about 1/3) and turn
to HIGH.
źIf the burner is too loud after ignition, turn the
knob to the PILOT position and re-ignite the
main burner.
Re-igniting
źTurn the selector to OFF.
źWait at least 5 minutes.
źRepeat the ignition process.
Turning off the heater
źTurn the controler to OFF.
źClose the gas supply on the gas bottle.
źBefore any manipulation or cleaning, let the
device cool down.
źAfter use, the color of the apliance may chan-
ge, especially on parts nearest to the burner.
WARNING:
When you smell gas during use, immediately
turn the selector to OFF, for turning off the devi-
ce. At the same time close off the gas system
directly on the gas bottle!
WARNING: If the burner goes out during hea-
ting operation, ALL GAS VALVES MUST BE
CLOSED! Wait 5 minutes before restarting
the heater.
The patio heater is equipped with a safety
switch that close off the gas supply, if the
heater is tilted and thus extinguishes the fla-
me.
Startin-up the patio heater

Allow the apliance to cool for at least 45 minutes
after use. Always store this device in a dry, pro-
tected place. Always disconnect the gas bottle
during storage.
To ensure the safety, proper functioning and
long life of the heater, regular maintenance is
required. The frequency of maintenance depen-
ds on how often the machine is used. Always
clean the device thoroughly and keep it in good
condition.
Never use a damaged patio heater. Never use
any non-original spare parts. Have the heater
appliance checked by an authorized person at
regular intervals.
Requirements for gas
The pressure and hose controller assembly
must comply with local standards.
Never use a gas cylinder with a damaged body,
collar, defective valve, or poor pedestal.
A polluted or rusty cylinder can be dangerous
and should be checked by a gas supplier.
Never connect the appliance to an uncontrolled
gas supply.
If the appliance is not in use, close the gas sup-
ply.
Whenever the gas cylinder is re-connected or
when it is replaced, check it for the leaking.
Battery replacement
Appliance uses impulse ignition, powered by
AAA battery. For its replacement, simply
unscrew the IGNITION button and replace the
battery. The battery needs to be inserted with
the negative pole facing inside. Screw the but-
ton back.
Leak test
Never use fire during a leak test.
Never smoke during a leak test.
The gas connections of device are tested by the
manufacturer prior to delivery.
However, the appliance requires regular gas
leakage testing. When gas leakage is detected,
an immediate check of the device is required.
źMake a soapy solution in a 1: 3 ratio of water.
The soapy solution can be applied by spraying
from the bottle, applying with a brush or a cloth
to the leak tested area, see points 1-3 of the
figure.
źThe gas bottle valve is closed. After the soluti-
on is applied, the valve must be opened.
źIf the gas leaks, bubbles begin to form in the
soapy solution.
źIn the case of leakage, switch off the gas sup-
ply. Tighten all connections, then turn on the
gas supply and check again.
