1. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Este producto está diseñado para cocinar. Utilícelo
exclusivamente para este propósito. No lo use sin comida en
su interior.
No toque las superficies calientes del producto. Utilice
las asas o mangos del producto. No toque la carcasa
del producto mientras esté en funcionamiento. Las
piezas que pueden tocarse cuando la freidora esté en marcha
son el asa de la tapa, el botón de apertura de la tapa y el asa de
la cubeta.
La freidora está diseñada exclusivamente para uso doméstico.
Cualquier problema causado por un uso profesional o un mal
uso no será cubierto por la garantía.
Para prevenir descargas eléctricas, no sumerja el cable, el
enchufe o el cuerpo principal en agua o cualquier otro líquido.
Este electrodoméstico no está concebido para ser usado
por niños ni personas con capacidades físicas, sensitivas o
mentales reducidas, ni con falta de experiencia o conocimiento,

No utilice el producto si el cable o el enchufe está dañado, ni
si la freidora funciona incorrectamente o ha sufrido daños de
cualquier tipo. Contacte con el SAT de Cecotec para su análisis
o reparación.
No intente repararla por sí mismo.

Compruebe que el enchufe al que conecta su freidora tenga

Es posible utilizar cables alargadores, siempre y cuando se
haga con precaución. Debería usarse un cable de alimentación
corto para reducir el riesgo de tropiezos o enredos. La potencia
nominal del alargador debe ser tan alta como la potencia
nominal del electrodoméstico.

electrodoméstico caliente.

3. ANTES DE USAR
Lea atentamente estas instrucciones antes del primer uso.
Retire todos los elementos del embalaje y pegatinas del producto, excepto la etiqueta de
clasificación.
Antes de usar la freidora por primera vez, vierta 300-500 ml de agua en la cubeta y hiérvala
durante 20 minutos para eliminar el olor a plástico. A continuación, lave la cubeta y la pala
mezcladora por separado.
4. FUNCIONAMIENTO
Sitúe la freidora en una superficie lisa y estable.
Enchufe el cable de alimentación a una toma de corriente. Las luces azules se encenderán y la
freidora emitirá un pitido, indicando que se encuentra en modo standby(el consumo energético
en modo standby no es superior a 1 W). La pantalla parpadeará, mostrando la temperatura a
100 ºC y el tiempo a 00:00.
Presione el botón de apertura para abrir la tapa.
Extraiga la cubeta y añada comida en su interior.
Introduzca la cubeta con comida en la freidora, añada una cucharada de aceite y cierre la tapa.
Seleccione la función deseada apretando el botón correspondiente en el panel de control.
Seleccione el menú o el tiempo y la temperatura manualmente.

Menús
Saltear
Pulse la flecha hacia arriba una vez para seleccionar el menú Saltear. La pantalla LCD mostrará
00:05. El tiempo está fijado en 5 minutos y la temperatura a 240 ºC.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con las flechas hacia arriba y abajo la
temperatura entre 100-240 ºC. También se podrá configurarla temperatura durante elproceso
de cocción.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar el tiempo entre 5 -20 min. También se podrá
configurar el tiempo durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado para empezar a cocinar. La luz de la pantalla se
volverá naranja yeltiempo empezará a descontar. La temperatura permanecerá en la pantalla.
En este modo, tanto la resistencia superior como la inferior estarán en marcha, además del
ventilador superior y la pala mezcladora.
Arroz
Presione la flecha hacia arriba dos veces para seleccionar el menú Arroz. La pantalla LCD
mostrará 00:25. El tiempo está fijado en 25 minutos y la temperatura a 200 ºC.

Presione el botón de selección para configurar con las flechas hacia arriba y abajo la
temperatura entre 100-240 ºC. También se podrá configurarla temperatura durante elproceso
de cocción.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar el tiempo entre 15 -30 min usando las flechas
hacia arriba y abajo. También se podrá configurar el tiempo durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado para empezar a cocinar. La luz de la pantalla se
volverá naranja yeltiempo empezará a descontar. La temperatura permanecerá en la pantalla.
En este modo, solo la resistencia inferior y la pala mezcladora estarán en funcionamiento.
Yogur
Presione la flecha hacia arriba tres veces para seleccionar el menú Yogur. La pantalla LCD
mostrará 00:30. El tiempo está fijado en 30 minutos.
No se puede ajustar temperatura.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con las flechas hacia arriba y abajo el tiempo
entre 1 min-16:30 h. También se podrá configurar el tiempo durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado para empezar a cocinar. La luz de la pantalla se
volverá naranja yeltiempo empezará a descontar. La temperatura permanecerá en la pantalla.
En este modo, solo la resistencia superior y el ventilador estarán en funcionamiento.
Sartén
Presione la flecha hacia arriba cuatro veces para seleccionar el menú Sartén. La pantalla LCD
mostrará 00:20. El tiempo está fijado en 20 minutos y la temperatura a 240 ºC.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con los botones la temperatura entre 100-240
ºC. También se podrá configurar la temperatura durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con los botones el tiempo entre 5 min-1 h.

ºC. También se podrá configurar la temperatura durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con los botones el tiempo entre 4 – 20 min.

Patatas fritas
Presione la flecha hacia arriba seis veces para seleccionar el menú Patatas fritas. La pantalla
LCD mostrará 00:30. El tiempo está fijado en 30 minutos.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con los botones el tiempo entre 25 -35 min.
También se podrá configurar el tiempo durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado para empezar a cocinar. La luz de la pantalla se
volverá naranja yeltiempo empezará a descontar. La temperatura permanecerá en la pantalla.
En este modo, tanto la resistencia superior como la inferior estarán en marcha, así como el
ventilador superior y la pala mezcladora.
Horno
Presione la flecha hacia arriba siete veces para seleccionar el menú Horno. La pantalla LCD
mostrará 00:30. El tiempo está fijado en 30 minutos y la temperatura a 225 ºC.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con los botones la temperatura entre 100-240
ºC. También se podrá configurar la temperatura durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de selección para configurar con los botones el tiempo entre 10 min – 1:30 h.
También se podrá configurar el tiempo durante el proceso de cocción.
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado para empezar a cocinar. La luz de la pantalla se
volverá naranja yeltiempo empezará a descontar. La temperatura permanecerá en la pantalla.
En este modo, solo la resistencia superior y el ventilador estarán en funcionamiento.
Manual
Presione la flecha hacia arriba ocho veces para seleccionar el menú Manual. La pantalla LCD
mostrará 00:05. El tiempo está fijado en 5 minutos y la temperatura a 100 ºC.
Presione el botón de selección una vez y el tiempo empezará a parpadear. Pulse la flecha hacia
arriba durante los siguientes 3 segundos para aumentar el tiempo de uno en uno hasta 01:00
horas. Si presiona la flecha hacia abajo, el tiempo se reducirá de uno en uno hasta 00:00.
Presione el botón de selección de nuevo y la temperatura comenzará a parpadear. Pulse
la flecha hacia arriba durante los siguientes 3 segundos para aumentar la temperatura en
intervalos de 5 ºC hasta 240 ºC. Si pulsa la flecha hacia abajo, la temperatura se reducirá en
intervalos de 5 ºC hasta 100 ºC.
Cada vez que pulse las flechas de dirección la freidora emitirá un pitido. Si mantiene pulsado
los botones, no se emitirá ningún pitido. Si no pulsa los botones en los primeros 3 segundos, el
sistema volverá al modo standby.
Tras seleccionar los diferentes parámetros, Presione el botón para empezar a cocinar. La luz
del fondo se volverá naranja y el tiempo empezará a descontar; la temperatura permanecerá
en la pantalla.
Las flechas de dirección y el botón de encendido/apagado se desactivarán cuando el producto
empiece a funcionar.
En este modo, tanto la resistencia superior como la inferior estarán en marcha, así como el
ventilador superior y la pala mezcladora.

Empezar a cocinar
El tiempo se descontará en minutos. Cuando se alcance el último minuto, el tiempo se
descontará en segundos. Cuando se alcance los últimos 30 segundos, la resistencia inferior
se apagará, pero la pala mezcladora seguirá girando. Cuando el tiempo acabe, la freidora
se apagará y emitirá 10 pitidos. El ventilador seguirá funcionando durante 3 minutos. Tras
3 minutos, el producto volverá al modo standby. Presione el botón de encendido durante 3
segundos mientras la freidora está en funcionamiento para pararla y volver al modo standby;
la luz de la pantalla se volverá azul. Si la temperatura en la cubeta es igual o superior a la
temperatura seleccionada, la resistencia inferior se apagará, pero la pala mezcladora seguirá
girando. Si la temperatura en la cubeta es inferior a la seleccionada, la resistencia inferior se
encenderá de nuevo.
Después de cocinar, extraiga la cubeta y vierta la comida en otro recipiente.

Cocina a dos niveles: hornear o tostar
Presione el botón de apertura para abrir la tapa. Retire la pala mezcladora de la cubeta (para
ensamblarla de nuevo, introduzca el eje de transmisión de la cubeta en el agujero de la pala
mezcladora, hasta que oiga un click).
Sitúe el centro de la rejilla de horno sobre el eje de transmisión.
Ponga comida sobre la rejilla. Puede añadir alimentos tanto en la cubeta como en la rejilla si
desea cocinar 2 elaboraciones a la vez (2 en 1).

Piezas desmontables
Mango
Coloque el mango presionando el botón e introduciéndolo en su lugar hasta que oiga un clic.
Ponga la cubeta boca abajo y presione el botón en el mango para retirarlo.

Cubierta transparente
Abra la tapa y gire la cubierta con ambas manos en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
Tire hacia abajo para separarlo del cuerpo superior. Para volver a colocarla, siga los siguientes
pasos:
Paso 1: sujete la cubierta con ambas manos y alinéela con los puntos de inserción en el cuerpo
superior.
Paso 2: gire la cubierta en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta oír un click.

5. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Los siguientes accesorios son aptos para lavavajillas: la cubierta superior, la pala mezcladora,
la cubeta, el mango y la rejilla del horno.
Después de cocinar, apague y desenchufe la freidora y use una esponja suave o trapo húmedo
para limpiar el cuerpo principal. Espere a que todas las piezas estén frías para empezar con
la limpieza.
Use agua tibia con un poco de detergente para limpiar la cubeta y los accesorios. Aclare con
agua y séquelo todo con un trapo.
La cubeta puede ser lavada a mano o en el lavavajillas: lávela con cuidado ya que podría
deformarse, afectando a su rendimiento.
La pala mezcladora puede ser lavada a mano o en ellavavajillas. Debería lavarse regularmente,
incluyendo
la cubierta circular.
La rejilla debe lavarse regularmente (cada 5 usos).
La cubierta superior debería lavarse con un trapo húmedo.

9. GARANTÍA Y SAT
Este producto tiene una garantía de 2 años desde la fecha de compra, siempre y cuando se
conserve y envíe la factura de compra, el producto esté en perfecto estado físico y se le dé un
uso adecuado tal y como se indica en este manual de instrucciones.
La garantía no cubrirá:
Si el producto ha sido usado fuera de su capacidad o utilidad, maltratado, golpeado, expuesto
a la humedad, sumergido en algún líquido o substancia corrosiva, así como cualquier otra falta
atribuible al consumidor.
Si el producto ha sido desarmado, modificado o reparado por personas no autorizadas por el
SAT oficial de Cecotec.
Si la incidencia ha sido originada por el desgaste normal de las piezas debido al uso.
El servicio de garantía cubre todos los defectos de fabricación durante 2 años en base a la
legislación vigente, excepto piezas consumibles. En caso de mal uso por parte del usuario el
servicio de garantía no se hará responsable de la reparación.

This product is exclusively designed to cook. Use it only to this
end. Do not use it without food in its inner pot.
Never touch the hot surfaces of the appliance, use its
handles. Do not touch the housing while the product
is working. The only pieces that can be touched while
in operation are the handles of the lid and inner pot, andthe
realease button.
This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Any problem
caused by a commercial use or misuse of theappliance will not
be covered under the warranty.
In order to prevent electric shocks, do not immerse the power
cord, plug or main body in water or any other liquid.

3. BEFORE USE
Read the instruction manual carefully before the first use.
Remove all packaging materials and stickers on the appliance, except the rating label.
Before the first use, pour 300-500 ml of water in the inner pot and boil it for 20 minutes to
wash the inner pot and to get rid of the plastic smell. Then, wash the inner pot and the mixing
arm separately.
4. OPERATION
Place the cooker on a smooth and stable surface.
Plug the power cord to a socket. The blue lights will turn on and the fryer will beep, signaling
the machine is in standby mode (power consumption while in standby will not be larger than
1 W). The display will blink, showing the temperatureis set at 100 ºC yand the time at 00:00.
Press the opening button to open the lid.
Take out the inner pot, and put some food in it.
Put the inner pot containing food into the cooker, add the oil, and close the lid.
Select the desired function by pressing down the corresponding button on the control panel.
Select the cooking menu or set the cooking time and temperature manually.

Menus
Stir-fry
Press the upwards button once to select the Sauté programme. The LCD display will show
00:05. Time is set at 5 minutes and temperature is set at 240 ºC.
Press the button to configure the temperature between 100-240 ºC with the buttons. You can
also set the temperature while cooking.
Press the selecting button to set the time between 5 and 20 minutes. You can also set the
temperature while cooking.
Press the power button to start cooking. The background light will become orange and the
timer will start to count down. The temperature will remain on the display.
In this function, both upper and lower heating elements will work, as well as the top fan and
the mixing arm.
Rice
Press the upwards button twice to select the Rice programme. The LCD display will show
00:25. Time is set at 25 minutes and temperature is set at 200 ºC.
Press the button to configure the Temperature between 100-240 ºC with the buttons. You can
also set the temperature while cooking.
Press the selection button to set the time between 15 - 30 minutes with the upwards/
downwards buttons. You can also set the temperature while cooking.
Press the power button to start cooking. The background light will become orange and the
timer will start to count down. The temperature will remain on the display.
In this function, only the lower heating element and mixing arm work.
Yoghurt
Press the upwards button three times to select the Yoghurt menu. The LCD display will show
00:30. Time is set at 30 minutes.
Temperature cannot be adjusted.
Press the selection button to set the time between 1 minute and 16:30 hourswith the upwards/
downwards buttons. You can also set the temperature while cooking.
Press the power button to start cooking. The background light will become orange and the
timer will start to count down. The temperature will remain on the display.
In this function, only the upper heating element and fan work.
Pan
Press the upwards button four times to select the Pan programme. The LCD display will show
00:20. Time is set at 20 minutes and temperature is set at 240 ºC.
Press the selection button to set the temperature between 100-240 ºC. You can also set the

temperature while cooking.
Press the selecting button to set the time between 5 minutes and one hour. You can also set
the temperature while cooking.

Toasting
Press the upwards button five times to select the Toasting menu. The LCD display will show
00:08. Time is set at 8 minutes and temperature is set at 230 ºC.
Press the selection button to set the temperature between 100-240 ºC. You can also set the
temperature while cooking.
Press the selecting button to set the time between 4 and 20 minutes. You can also set the
temperature while cooking.
Press the power button to start cooking. The background light will become orange and the
timer will start to count down. The temperature will remain on the display.
In this function, only the upper heating element and fan work.
French fries
Press the upwards button six times to select the French fries menu. The LCD display will show
00:30. Time is set at 30 minutes.
Press the selecting button to set the time between 25 and 35 minutes. You can also set the
temperature while cooking.
Press the power button to start cooking. The background light will become orange and the
timer will start to count down. The temperature will remain on the display.
In this function, both upper and lower heating elements work, as well as the top fan and the
mixing arm.
Oven
Press the upwards button seven times to select the Oven programme. The LCD display will
show 00:30. Time is set at 30 minutes and temperature is set at 225 ºC.
Press the selection button to set the temperature between 100-240 ºC. You can also set the
temperature while cooking.
Press the selecting button to set the time between 10 minutes and 1:30 hours. You can also set
the temperature while cooking.
Press the power button to start cooking. The background light will become orange and the
timer will start to count down. The temperature will remain on the display.
In this function, only the upper heating element and fan work.
Manual
Press the upwards button eight times to select the Manual menu. The LCD display will show

00:05. Time is set at 5 minutes and temperature is set at 100 ºC.
Press the selection button one more time and the temperature icon will blink. Press the
upwards button within the next 3 seconds to increase the time one by one up to 01:00 hour. If
you press the downwards button, the time will decrease one by one down to 00:00.
Press the selection button one more time and the temperature icon will blink. Press the
upwards button within the next 3 seconds to increase the temperature in 5 ºC intervals up
to 240 ºC. If you press the downwards button, temperature will decrease temperature in 5 ºC
intervals up to 100 ºC.
Every time you press the upward/downward buttons, the buzzer will beep. If you hold both
buttons, the buzzer will not beep. If you do not press down the upward/downward buttons
within the first 3 seconds, the system will enter standby mode.
After choosing the settings, press the power button to start cooking. The background light will
become orange and the timer will start to count down. Temperature will remain in the screen.
The upward/downward buttons and power button will disabled when the cooker starts to
work.
In this function, both upper and lower heating elements work, as well as the top fan and the
mixing arm.
Start cooking
The working time will be counted down in minutes. When the last minute is reached, the time
will be counted down in seconds. Whenthe timer showsthe remaining 30 seconds, the heating
plate will stop working, but the mixing arm will keep rotating. When the time is finished, the
machine will stop and the buzzer will beep 10 times. The fan will keep working for 3 min. After
3 min., the machine will enter standby mode. Press the power button for 3 seconds while the
cooker is working to stop it and enter standby mode. The background light will turn blue. If
the temperature of inner pot equals or exceeds the selected temperature, the lower heating
element will stopworking, but the mixing arm will keep rotating. If the temperature of the inner
pot is lower than the selected one,the bottom heating plate will start working again.
After cooking, take out the inner pot and pour the food into a different container.

Cook at two levels: bake or toast
Press the opening button to open the lid. Removethe mixing blade fromthe inner pot (to attach
it again, insert the shaft of the inner pot on the hole of the mixing arm until you hear a click).
Place the centre of the baking rack over the shaft.
Put food on the baking rack. You can add foodstuffs on the baking rack or in the inner pot if you
wish to cook at two levels. (2 in 1).
