-Select the appropriate die set for the connector.
-Insert the die in to the upper die holder (22) of the tool head until it is locked by
die/head pin. To ease th is operation,.
-Insert the die in to the seat on the head of ram until it is locked by die/ram retainer
pin .To ease this operation, keep die/ram release pin depressed.
-Insert the conductor in the connector.
-Position the connector between the dies and ensure the correct location of the crimp.
NEVER PLACE THE TOOL UNDER PRESSURE WITHOUT INSERTING THE DIES ,
THIS COULD CAUSE DANAGE TO THE HEAD AND THE RAM .

-Continue operating the moveable handle (36) .The tool will automatically change over
to the high pressure stage. The ram will advance until the dies meet.
-It is recommended to continue pumping until the maximum pressure valve is
activated and a “ click ” is heard , the operation is finished then the ram take
replacement by the manual release button(44).
-In the midway if you want to stop the operation please press the manual release
button(44) then the ram will be stop ,if you want to continue operated then you can
move the moveable handle let the ram advance until the dies meet .

Dust, sand and dirt are a danger for any hydraulic device.
Every day, after use, the tool must be cleaned with a clean cloth, taking care to remove
any residual, especially close to pivots and moveable parts.

When not in use, the tools should be stored and transported in the plastic case, to
prevent damage.
The iron case can also accommodate 10 die sets.

a- Hold tool upright in a vice with handles open
b- Remove bolt slide off the fixed handle to expose the oil reservoir, Recover spring
and spring cover.

d- Operate three or four times the moveable handle, to advance the ram .
e- Clockwise rotate the moveable handle to closed handle thoroughly keep the handle
latch meet the press release pin until the ram is full retracted
f- Repeat points (d) and (e) at least five times, to ensure all air bubbles in the
hydraulic circuit are purged into the reservoir.
g- If the oil level is low , top up as directed in Fig (4).
h- Remove all air from reservoir and fit cap.
i- with the tool in the horizontal position, relocate spring and spring cover in
seat .Reassemble the fixed handle ,insert screws complete with washers in their
respective positions and tighten them.
