Note:
• To ensure that theclock stays silent during thenight it must be set according to
points 1−4 in theInstructions for use section.
• Do not set thetime by directly repositioning thehands.

Instructions for use
Information
The cuckoo clock does not sound at night
between thehours of 10 pm and 5 am
(22:00 to 05:00 hours). Therefore theclock
must be set similar to aclock with a24-hour
clock display.
1. Press in thecatch and remove thelid on
thebattery compartment.

2. Turn thetime setting
knob in thedirection
of thearrow and set
theclock to show
05:45.
Note:
Do not set thetime by
directly repositioning
thehands.
3. Insert 3×AA/LR6 batteries,
observing thecorrect polarity
(see themarkings inside
thebattery compartment).
4. Set theclock to thecurrent time
by turning thetime setting knob
in thedirection of thearrow.
(You can continue to turn
theknob even if thecuckoo
clock makes asound).
Note:
If you are setting atime in theafternoon/
evening such as 21:25 (9:25 pm) you
must first turn thehands to 09:25 am
and then turn to another 12 hours.
Otherwise theclock will sound during
thenight.
5. Remove thependulum from
theholder by moving it in
thedirection of thearrow.

6. Refit thebattery cover.
7. Hook thependulum into theholder. Pull thependulum outwards carefully to lock it
in place.
8. Set thevolume using thecontrol button (3).
9. Use ascrew or plug or another appropriate method for thesubstrate material to
hang up thecuckoo clock onto thewall using thewall bracket (2).
Care and maintenance
• Clean theproduct by wiping it with adamp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Replace thebattery regularly, approx. once ayear for best performance.
Only use high quality alkaline batteries. Never mix old and new batteries.
• Remove thebatteries if theproduct is not to be used for along time.
Old batteries can begin to leak and damage theproduct.

Troubleshooting guide
The cuckoo clocks runs too
slowly or too quickly.
The precision of thecuckoo clock can be affected by
extreme ambient temperatures which over time can
make theclock show thewrong time. Adjust thetime
by turning thetime setting knob (1).
The bird song or cuckoo
clock runs more and
more slowly.
Change thebatteries.
When setting thetime
thebird stays out.
If thebird has popped out at thesame time as
theclock is set during thequiet period (22:00 to
05:00) then thebird will stay out. This will be reset
when thetime is 06:00.
The cuckoo clock sounds
even if thevolume is off.
The cuckoo clock will sound due to themotor that
operates thebird’s movement which is normal.
The cuckoo clock makes
asound between thehours
of 10 pm and 5 am (22:00
to 05:00 hours).
Remove thebatteries. Reset thetime again from
scratch according to points 2–4 in theInstructions for
use section.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that theproduct should not be disposed of with
general household waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In order
to prevent any harm to theenvironment or health hazards caused by
incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must be handed in for recycling
so that thematerial can be disposed of in aresponsible manner. When
recycling your product, take it to your local collection facility or contact
theplace of purchase. They will ensure that theproduct is disposed of in
anenvironmentally sound manner.

Information
Gökuret ljuder inte under natten mellan 22:00
till 05:00. Därför måste klockan ställas in likt
enklocka med 24 timmars tidvisning.
1. Tryck in spärren och ta loss batterilocket.

2. Vrid på tidsinställnings-
reglaget ipilens riktning
och ställ in klockan så
att den visar 05:45.
Obs!
Ställ inte in tiden genom att
vrida direkt på visarna.
3. Sätt i3×AA/LR6 batterier, se
märkningen ibatterifacket så
polariteten blir rätt.
4. Ställ in aktuell tid genom att
fortsätta vrida tidsinställnings-
reglaget ipilens riktning. (Du kan
fortsätta vrida fram klockan även
om gökuret ljuder.)
Obs!
Om du ska ställa in entid på efter-
middagen/kvällen, t.ex 21:25, så
måste du först vrida visarna till 09:25
och sedan fram ytterligare 12 timmar.
Annars kommer klockan att ljuda
under natten.
5. Lossa pendelföraren från hållaren
genom att föra den ipilens riktning.

6. Sätt tillbaka batteriluckan.
7. Haka ipendeln ipendelföraren. Dra sedan försiktigt ut pendeln för att låsa fast den.
8. Ställ in volymen med reglaget (3).
9. Fäst enskruv iväggen, använd för underlaget lämplig fästmetod och häng upp
gökuret på väggfästet (2).
Skötsel och underhåll
• Rengör produkten med enlätt fuktad trasa. Använd ettmilt rengöringsmedel,
aldrig lösningsmedel eller frätande kemikalier.
• Byt batterier regelbundet, ca engång per år. Använd alkaliska batterier av god
kvalitet. Blanda inte gamla och nya batterier.
• Ta ur batterierna när gökuret inte ska användas under enlängre period. Gamla
batterier kan börja läcka och skada produkten.

Felsökningsschema
Gökuret går får
för fort eller för
sakta.
Gökurets precision kan påverkas av extrema omgivnings-
temperaturer vilket med tiden kan få gökuret att visa fel.
Justera tiden genom att vrida på tidsinställningsreglaget (1).
Fågelsången
eller gökuret går
långsammare och
långsammare.
Byt batterier.
Vid tidsinställning
stannar fågeln ute.
Om fågeln är ute samtidigt som tiden ställs in inom den
tysta perioden (22:00–05:00) så stannar fågeln kvar ute.
Detta återställs då klockan blir 06:00.
Gökuret låter
fastän ljudet är av.
Gökuret låter på grund av motorn som driver fågelns
rörelse vilket är normalt.
Gökuret ljuder
även på natten
mellan 22:00 till
05:00.
Ta ur batterierna. Ställ därefter in tiden på nytt enl. punkt
2−4 iavsnitt Användning.
Avfallshantering
Denna symbol innebär att produkten inte får kastas tillsammans med
annat hushållsavfall. Detta gäller inom hela EU. För att förebygga eventuell
skada på miljö och hälsa, orsakad av felaktig avfallshantering,ska
produkten lämnas till återvinning så att materialet kan tas omhand på
ettansvarsfullt sätt. När du lämnar produkten till återvinning, använd dig
av de returhanteringssystem som finns där du befinner dig eller kontakta
