precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and injury to persons, including

1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles
when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and
curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the heater.
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children, pets or invalids and whenever the
heater is left operating unattended.
4. If possible always unplug this appliance when not in use.
5. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or
damaged in any manner.
6. Any repairs to this appliance should be carried out by a qualified service person.
7. Under no circumstances should this appliance be modified. Parts having to be removed for servicing must be
replaced prior to operating this appliance again.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Use your heater only in dry environments. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and
similar indoor locations. Never locate the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water containers. Do not
use your heater outdoors. Do not use near sinks, swimming pools or other damp areas such as flooded basements,
garages, etc or anyplace where the heater could come in contact with water.
10. Do not use this heater in elevated locations, such as on shelves, raised platforms, etc.
11. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange
cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
12. To disconnect heater, first turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet. Always unplug the heater when
not in use.
13. Connect to a properly grounded outlet only.
14. This appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes, with the current
CSA C22.0 Canadian Electrical codes or for USA installations, follow local codes or for USA installations, follow local
codes and the National Electric code ANSI/NFPA No. 70.
15. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an
electrical shock or fire, or damage the heater.
16. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a
bed, where openings may become blocked.
17. This appliance has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint or
flammable liquids are used or stored. This appliance should not be used as a drying rack for clothing, nor should
Christmas stockings or decorations be hung or near it.
18. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
19. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable
power strip.
20. Do not use this heater with missing, damaged, or broken legs.

ALWAYS Read all instructions before operating.
ALWAYS Locate your electric heater away from furniture or loose hanging drapes.
ALWAYS Keep the rear grill away from walls or drapes so as not to block the air intake. (If applicable)
ALWAYS Unplug electric heater when not in use.
ALWAYS Use electric heater on a flat dry surface.
ALWAYS Use on 110-120 volt 60Hz AC power supply.
ALWAYS Route the cord so it will not be walked on tripped over or pinched by furniture.
ALWAYS Keep electrical cords, drapes and other furnishings away from your electric heater.
ALWAYS Keep your electric heater clean and the filter free of dust. (If applicable)
ALWAYS Use indoors only.
NEVER Place drapes, clothing or towels over electric heater to dry.
NEVER Use in the presence of explosive or flammable vapors such as gas or paint.
NEVER Plug another electrical appliance into the same circuit. Blown fuses, tripped circuits and fire hazards
may result.
NEVER Use water or liquids to clean your electric heater.
NEVER Let bare skin touch hot surfaces as this may cause burns.
NEVER Leave electric heater unattended.

NEVER Locate electric heater where it may fall into a bath tub or other water containers.

POWER / CAUTION LIGHT:
This heater is equpped with power and caution lights. The power light will illuminate when the unit is plugged in. The
caution light will illuminate when the unit overheats. When caution light is illuminated, turn off and unplug the heater.
Follow instructions below.
OVERHEAT SAFETY FEATURE:
This heater is equipped with an automatic overheat protection device. If the heater grill is obstructed, or if the heater
gets too hot for any reason, the automatic overheat device will turn the heater off. To reset the heater, simply turn off
the power and unplug the heater remove any obstructions, leave unplugged for 10 minutes until it cools completely.
TIP-OVER SAFETY FEATURE
This heater is equipped with a safety tip-over device. Once the heater is tipped over, an external switch located on the
bottom of the heater will automatically shut the heater off. Once the heater is restored to an upright position, the
heater will reset.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Simple assembly is required before you use this heater.
1. Remove Screw 'A' on both sides of the heater using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Rotate base cradle to align Hole 'B' with open hole from screw 'A'.
3. Replace screw 'A' through screw hole 'B' on both sides of the heater.
4. Heater is now ready for use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POWER
This heater is for use on 120 volts only. The cord has a plug as
shown in the following figure.
WARNING: Before servicing this heater be sure to unplug
heater from wall outlet. Do not only turn off heater from
the main “ON/OFF” switch, be sure to unplug this heater.

PLEASE READ BEFORE OPERATING
PRE-OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully remove your heater from box. (Please SAVE the Box for off season storage.)
2. Make sure the heater is switched OFF before plugging the heater into the outlet. Connect to properly grounded
outlets only. Note: The power cord has a polarized plug (with one blade wider than the other) that will only fit
in a polarized outlet one way. If it does not insert easily try reversing the plug. If it still does not fit contact your
electrician to replace your outlet. DO NOT defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.
3. Place heater only on a firm level surface, free from obstructions and at least 3 ft. away from any wall or other
objects such as curtains, plants, etc.
4. Avoid overloading your circuit by not using other high wattage appliances in the same outlet.
HOW TO USE YOUR HEATER
1. Completely uncoil the cord and plug heater directly into a 110~120 Volt grounded AC wall outlet. Be sure the
plug fits tightly. A loose fit will cause overheating and damage the plug. Plug and cord may feel warm during
normal usage.
2. Choose your Power Setting: High, Low, Fan or OFF. Use the High setting to warm the room quickly. After your
comfort level has been achieved you may want to switch to the Low setting to conserve electricity.
3. Thermostat: Turn to highest setting until room is comfortable. Then slowly rotate the knob counter clockwise
(left) until the heater cycles OFF. At this SET POINT the heater will cycle On and Off to maintain this comfort
level.

FAN ONLY OPERATION
Turn the Power Control Dial to the fan setting. Turn Thermostat control knob fully clockwise so the fan will run
continuously.
CAUTION
Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK or injury to persons.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If your heater fails to operate, please do the following:
Review these instructions to insure you understand the basic operations and features of your heater. (Example:
Overheat Protection)
Check your circuit breaker or fuse for proper operation.
Check for obstructions. Unplug the heater for 10 minutes, clear any obstructions and restart the heater.

A limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser of this heater and warrants against malfunction due to
manufacturing defects for a period of (1) one year from the date of retail purchase. Please read and follow all details

POWER / PRECAUCIÓN LUZ:
Este calentador se equpped con luces eléctricas y precaución. La luz de encendido se ilumina cuando la unidad está
enchufada. La luz de precaución se enciende cuando la unidad se recalienta. Cuando se ilumina la luz de precaución,
apague y desenchufe el calentador. Siga las instrucciones a continuación.

INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE USAR
1. Retire cuidadosamente el calentador de la caja. (Guarde la caja para fuera de temporada almacenamiento.)
3. Asegúrese de que el calentador esté apagado antes de conectar el calentador en el tomacorriente. Conecte
solamente en tomacorrientes debidamente conectado a tierra. Nota: El cable tiene un enchufe polarizado (con una pata
más ancha que la otra) que sólo encajará en un tomacorriente polarizado de una manera. Si no inserta fácilmente
intentarlo invirtiendo la clavija. Si aún no encaja contacto con un electricista para que reemplace el tomacorriente. No
anule el propósito de seguridad del enchufe polarizado.
4. Coloque el calefactor solamente sobre una superficie firme y plana, libre de obstrucciones y por lo menos 3 pies
lejos de cualquier pared u otros objetos tales como cortinas, plantas, etc.
5. Evite sobrecargar su circuito por no usar otros aparatos de alto voltaje en el mismo tomacorriente.
CÓMO UTILIZAR SU CALENTADOR
1. Desenrollar completo el cordón y enchufe el calentador directamente a una toma de corriente con conexión a tierra
Volt AC 110 ~ 120. Asegúrese de que el enchufe esté bien ajustado. Una conexión floja causará sobrecalentamiento y
dañar el Plug. Plug and cable pueden sentir el calor durante el uso normal.
2. Elige tu Poder Marco: Alta, Baja, Ventilador o OFF. Utilice la opción Alto para calentar la habitación rápidamente.
Después de que su nivel de comodidad se ha logrado es posible que desee cambiar al ajuste de menor a ahorrar

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Si su calentador no funciona, por favor haga lo siguiente:
Revise estas instrucciones para asegurar que usted entiende las operaciones básicas y las características de su

POWER / ATTENTION LIGHT:

SURCHAUFFE DISPOSITIF DE SÉCURITÉ:
Cet appareil est équipé d'un dispositif automatique de protection contre la surchauffe. Si la grille de radiateur est
obstrué ou si le chauffage devient trop chaud pour une raison quelconque, l'appareil surchauffe automatique éteindre le
radiateur. Pour réinitialiser l'appareil de chauffage, il suffit de couper l'alimentation et débranchez l'appareil de
chauffage supprimer tous les obstacles, laisser débranché pendant 10 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'elle refroidisse
complètement.
TIP-SUR DISPOSITIF DE SÉCURITÉ
