Der Menüführung folgen Tippen Sie auf die Symbole und Menübezeichnungen im Display
zum Ausführen der angezeigten Funktionen.
Die Texte und Symbole im Display ändern sich bei einer Aktion
und zeigen die im aktuellen Zustand möglichen Funktionen an.
Blättern / Tippen Sie auf / zum Blättern durch das Menü. Während
eines Rufes/Gespräches wird die jeweils ausgewählte Funktion
in der unteren Displayzeile angezeigt.
Menü öffnen Tippen Sie auf das jeweilige Symbol oder die Menübezeichnung
zum Öffnen des Menüs.
Zurück Tippen Sie auf zum Zurückkehren zur vorhergehenden
Menüebene.
Ändern / Tippen Sie auf oder die Menübezeichnung zum Ändern der
Einstellung (nur eine Auswahl möglich, markiert die aktuelle
Einstellung).
/Tippen Sie auf / oder die Menübezeichnung zum Aktivie-
ren/Deaktivieren der Auswahl (mehrere möglich).
Tippen Sie auf oder die Menübezeichnung zum Ändern der
Auswahl (der Text dahinter zeigt die aktuelle Auswahl an).
Bestätigen Tippen Sie auf zum Übernehmen der vorgenommenen Ein-
stellungen oder zum Ausführen der während eines Rufes/
Gespräches in der unteren Displayzeile angezeigten Funktion.
Makeln / Tippen Sie während eines Rückfragegesprächs auf zum
Wechseln des aktiven Gesprächspartners ( markiert den akti-
ven Gesprächspartner).

Tippen Sie auf zum Einschalten
der Rufnummernunterdrü-
ckung (Anzeige wechselt zu ) . Tippen Sie auf zum Aus-
schalten der Rufnummernunterdrückung.
Weitere
Funktionen
Tippen Sie im Ruhezustand auf zum Öffnen der zweiten
Funktionsebene mit den Funktionen „Gesprächsliste”, „Pick-up”,
„Projekt” und „Termin”. Tippen auf Gesprächsliste öffnet die
Gesprächsliste.
Um eine Rufnummer aus der Gesprächsliste zu wählen, blättern
Sie zum gewünschten Eintrag und heben Sie den Hörer ab.
Funktionen und
Rufnummern speichern
Die Funktionstasten neben dem Beschriftungsschild sind pro-
grammierbare Tasten z. B. für Zielwahl oder die Bedienung von
Telefonfunktionen. Mit jeder Taste stehen Ihnen zwei Ebenen für
die Belegung mit Funktionen zur Verfügung.
Die LED zeigt den Status der Funktion der ersten Ebene an.
Um die Funktion auf der ersten Ebene durchzuführen, drücken
Sie die Taste einmal. Um die Funktion auf der zweiten Ebene
durchzuführen, drücken Sie die Taste zweimal (Doppelklick) oder
drücken Sie die Shift-Taste (mit der Funktion „Shift“ belegte
Funktionstaste) und anschließend die Taste einmal.
Wenn Sie bei Systemtelefonbetrieb Zielwahltasten für interne
Teilnehmer der TK-Anlage einrichten, geben Ihnen die zugehöri-
gen LEDs Auskunft über den Belegt- oder Aktivitätszustand der
betreffenden Teilnehmer. Außerdem können Sie die Funktionen
Pick-up und Rückfrage mit diesen Tasten besonders komfortabel
durchführen. 1. Pick-up für den gespeicherten Teilnehmer: Wenn
LED rot blinkt, Zielwahltaste drücken. 2. Rückfrage an den
gespeicherten Teilnehmer: Im Gespräch Zielwahltaste drücken.

Anrufbeantworter ein-/
ausschalten /
Tippen Sie auf zum Einschalten des Anrufbeantworters
(Anzeige wechselt zu ) . Tippen Sie auf zum Ausschal-
ten des Anrufbeantworters (Anrufbeantworter optional).
Menüs schließen Mit der Home-Taste schließen Sie das geöffnete Menü. Nicht
korrekt beendete Einstellungen werden nicht gespeichert.
Menüs öffnen Über die Menütaste öffnen Sie das Hauptmenü mit folgenden
Menüs:
Im Menü Funktionen können Sie Funktionen der TK-Anlage und
des Telefons (z. B. Rufumleitung und Telefonschloss) direkt ein-
/ausschalten bzw. ausführen.
Das Menü Informationen dient zur Anzeige von Informationen
(z. B. Versionen, aufgelaufene Gebühren und Status einiger
wichtiger Funktionen/Einstellungen). Sie können keine Änderun-
gen durchführen.
Im Menü Tasten belegen können Sie die programmierbaren
Funktionstasten mit Funktionen der TK-Anlage und des Telefons
(z. B. Rufumleitung und Zielwahl) belegen.
Im Menü Einstellungen können Sie das Telefon einrichten.
Im Menü Anrufbeantworter können Sie den Anrufbeantworter
einrichten und bedienen.
Im Menü Diagnose können Sie die Diagnose von ISDN-Leitun-
gen und -Diensten durchführen (z. B. interner Leitungstest).
Im Menü Voicemailbox können Sie die Voicemailbox der TK-
Anlage einrichten und bedienen.
Zurück, Aktion beenden Mit der Zurücktaste kehren Sie im Display auf die zuletzt geöff-
nete Seite zurück und beenden die derzeitige Aktion.
Stummschalten Mit der Mikrofontaste schalten Sie während eines Gespräches
das Mikrofon aus und wieder ein.
Die LED der Taste blinkt rot, sobald das Mikrofon ausgeschaltet
ist.
Freisprechen und
Lauthören
Mit der Lautsprechertaste leiten Sie Gespräche ohne Hörerab-
heben (Freisprechen) ein und beenden diese.
Während eines bestehenden Gespräches schalten Sie mit der
Lautsprechertaste das Lauthören ein. Um stattdessen das Frei-
sprechen einzuschalten, müssen Sie die Taste 2 Sekunden
gedrückt halten (anschließend können Sie den Hörer auflegen).
Die LED der Taste leuchtet rot, sobald das Lauthören einge-
schaltet ist.
Die LED der Taste blinkt rot, sobald das Freisprechen einge-
schaltet ist.
Lautstärke ändern Mit der Plus- und Minustaste erhöhen/verringern Sie die Laut-
stärke der Klingel, des Hörers oder Lautsprechers – abhängig
vom Betriebszustand.
Freisprechen,
Headsetgespräche
Mit der Hook-Taste leiten Sie Gespräche ohne Hörerabheben
(Freisprechen) ein und beenden diese. Im Headsetbetrieb leiten
Sie Headsetgespräche ein und beenden diese.
Kontakte öffnen Mit der Kontakt-/Telefonbuchtaste öffnen Sie die Kontakte des
Telefons.
Um eine Rufnummer zu wählen, blättern Sie zum gewünschten
Eintrag (Kontakt) und heben Sie den Hörer ab.
Anruferliste, Anruf-
beantworterliste, Liste
der Sprachnotizen und
Nachrichtenliste der
Voicemailbox öffnen
Mit der Nachrichtentaste öffnen Sie die Anruferliste, die
Anrufbeantworterliste, die Liste der Sprachnotizen und die Nach-
richtenliste der Voicemailbox.
Um eine Rufnummer zu wählen (Anruferliste) oder die Aufzeich-
nung anzuhören, blättern Sie zum gewünschten Eintrag und
heben Sie den Hörer ab.
Die LED der Taste weist auf neue (LED blinkt) oder bereits ein-
gesehene (LED leuchtet) Anrufe hin.
Wahlwiederholungsliste
öffnen
Mit der Wahlwiederholungstaste öffnen Sie die Wahlwiederho-
lungsliste mit den letzten gewählten Rufnummern.
Um eine Rufnummer zu wählen, blättern Sie zum gewünschten
Eintrag und heben Sie den Hörer ab.
Rückfrage einleiten Mit der R-Taste leiten Sie während eines Gespräches Rückfrage
oder Vermitteln ein.

Following the menu Tap on the symbols and menu names on the display for carrying
out the shown functions.
The words and symbols on the display change to show the cur-
rently available functions whenever an action is carried out.
Scrolling / Tap on / to scroll through the menu. The currently selec-
ted function is shown in the lower line of the display during a call.
Select menu item Tap on the respective symbol or the menu name to go to the next
menu listed.
Back Tap on to return to the previous menu level.
Change / Tap on or the menu name to change the setting (only one
selection is possible, selects the current setting).
/Tap on / or the menu name to activate/deactivate the
selection (more than one possible).
Tap on or the menu name to change the selection (the text
behind the symbol indicates the current selection).
Confirm Tap on to accept the configured settings or to carry out the
function shown in the lower line of the display during a call/con-
versation.
Splitting / During a query call, tap on to put the currently active call on
hold ( selects the active call).
Suppress a telephone
number /
Tap on to activate number presentation suppression (display
changes to ) . Tap on to deactivate number presentation
suppression.
Additional
functions
Tap on (while in idle mode) to open the second function
level which includes functions such as „call list”, „pick-up”, „pro-
ject” and „schedule”. Tap on call list to open the call list.
To dial a telephone number in the call list, scroll to the required
entry and pick up the receiver.
Switch the answering
machine on/off /
Tap on to switch on the answering machine (display chan-
ges to )
. Tap on to switch off the answering machine
(answering machine optional).
Save functions and
telephone numbers
The function keys next to the lettering label are programmable
keys, e.g. to assign speed dial numbers or operate telephone fun-
ctions. Each key has two levels that can be assigned functions.
The LED shows the status of the function on the first level.
In order to carry out the function on the first level, press the key
once. In order to carry out the function on the second level, press
the key twice (double-click) or press the Shift key (using the fun-
ction key assigned to the “second level” function), and then press
the key once.
If you configure speed dialling keys for internal subscribers of the
PBX for system telephone operation, the corresponding LEDs
show information about the busy or activity state of the corres-
ponding subscribers. In addition, it is especially convenient to
carry out the pick-up and query call functions using these keys.
1. Pick-up for the saved subscriber: if the LED is blinking red,
press the speed dialling key.
2. Query call to the saved subscriber: during the call, press the
speed dialling key.

1. Press the Menu key.

Exit menus With the home key you can close an open menu. Incorrectly exi-
ted settings are not saved.
Open menus With the menu key, you can open the main menu which contains
the following menus:
In the functions menu, you can activate/deactivate or execute
functions in the PBX and the telephone (for example, Call forwar-
ding and the telephone lock).
The information menu is only used to display information
(for example, versions, accumulated charges and the status of
certain important functions/settings). No changes can be made
here.
In the define keys menu, you can assign functions on the PBX
and the telephone to programmable function keys (for example,
Call forwarding and Speed dialling).
In the settings menu, you can configure the telephone.
In the answer.machine menu, you can configure and operate
the answering machine.
In the diagnosis menu, you can carry out the diagnosis of ISDN
lines and services (e.g. line check (BERT)).
In the voice mailbox menu, you can configure and operate the
voice mailbox in the PBX.
Back, action finished Pressing the back key takes you back to the menu opened pre-
viously and finishes the current action.
Mute Press the microphone key to switch the microphone on/off
during a call.
The LED of the key blinks red as soon as the microphone is swit-
ched off.
Hands-free calling and
loudspeaker listening
Press the loudspeaker key to initiate calls without picking up the
receiver (hands-free calling) and to terminate them.
Press the loudspeaker key to activate loudspeaker listening
during a call which has been set up. To activate hands-free cal-
ling instead, you need to hold down the key for 2 seconds (sub-
sequently, you can hang up the receiver).
The LED of the key blinks red as soon as loudspeaker listening
is switched on.
The LED of the key blinks red as soon as hands-free calling is
switched on.
Adjust the volume Press the plus/minus keys to increase/decrease the volume of
the bell, the receiver, or the loudspeaker – depending on the cur-
rent operating mode.
Hands-free calling,
headset calls
Press the hook key to initiate calls without picking up the receiver
(hands-free calling) and to terminate them. With headset opera-
tion, you can initiate headset calls and terminate them.
Open contacts With the contact/telephone book key, you can open the cont-
acts of the telephone.
To dial a telephone number, scroll to the required entry (contact)
and pick up the receiver.
Open the caller list, the
answering machine list,
the list of voice memos
and the message list of
the voice mailbox
With the message key, you can open the caller list, the answe-
ring machine list, the list of voice memos and the message list of
the voice mailbox.
To dial a telephone number (caller list) or to listen to recordings,
scroll to the required entry and pick up the receiver.
The LED of the key indicates new calls (blinking LED) or calls you
have already seen (constantly lit LED).
Open the redial list Press the redial key to open the redial list, which contains the
telephone numbers dialled last.
To dial a telephone number, scroll to the required entry and pick
up the receiver.
Initiate a query call Press the Query key to initiate a query call or transfer a call
during a conversation.

Otras
funciones
Toque en modo de suspensión para abrir el segundo nivel
de funciones con las funciones "Lista de llamadas", "Captura",
"Proyecto" y "Agenda". Tocando la opción Lista de llamadas se
abre la lista de llamadas.
Grabar funciones y
números de teléfono
Las teclas de función situadas junto a las etiquetas rotulables
son teclas que se pueden programar por ejemplo para la marca-
ción rápida o el manejo de las funciones del teléfono. Con cada
tecla dispone de dos niveles para la asignación de funciones.
El LED muestra el estado de la función del primer nivel.
Para ejecutar la función del primer nivel pulse la tecla una vez.
Para ejecutar la función del segundo nivel pulse la tecla dos
veces (doble clic) o pulse la tecla Shift (tecla de función a la que
se ha asignado la función "Shift") y a continuación la tecla una
vez.
Si configura teclas de marcación rápida para interlocutores inter-
nos de la centralita, los LED correspondientes le informan sobre
el estado de asignación o de actividad de los interlocutores de
que se trate. Además, con estas teclas puede ejecutar las funcio-
nes de captura y consulta de forma muy cómoda. 1. Captura del
interlocutor guardado: Si el LED parpadea en rojo, pulse la tecla
de marcación rápida. 2. Consulta al interlocutor guardado: Pulse
la tecla de marcación rápida durante la llamada.

Para seleccionar un número de teléfono de la lista de llamadas
desplácese hasta la entrada deseada y descuelgue el microtelé-
fono.
Activar/desactivar el
contestador /
Toque para activar el contestador automático (la indicación
pasa a ). Toque para desactivar el contestador automá-
tico (contestador automático opcional).
Cerrar menús Pulsando la tecla de Inicio puede cerrar el menú abierto. Los
ajustes que no se hayan finalizado correctamente no se guarda-
rán.
Abrir menús Pulsando la tecla de menú abrirá el menú principal, que con-
tiene los menús siguientes:
En el menú Funciones puede activar, desactivar o ejecutar
directamente las funciones de la centralita y del teléfono (p. ej.
desvío de llamadas y cierre de teléfono).
El menú Información sirve para visualizar información de
diversa índole (p. ej. versiones, gasto acumulado y estado de
funciones o ajustes importantes). No puede realizar cambios.
En el menú Asignar teclas puede asignar funciones de la cen-
tralita y del teléfono (p. ej. desviación de llamadas y marcación
rápida) a las teclas de función programables.
En el menú Ajustes puede configurar el teléfono.
En el menú Contestador automático puede configurar y mane-
jar el contestador automático.
En el menú Diagnóstico puede hacer el diagnóstico de líneas y
servicios RDSI (p. ej. prueba de línea interna).
En el menú Buzón de voz puede configurar y manejar el buzón
de voz de la centralita.
Atrás, acción finalizada Pulsando la tecla Atrás volverá a la pantalla de la última página
abierta y finalizará la acción actual.
Silenciar Pulsando la tecla del micrófono activará y desactivará el micró-
fono durante una llamada.
El LED de la tecla parpadea en rojo en cuanto se desactiva el
micrófono.
Manos libres y altavoz Pulsando la tecla del altavoz puede iniciar y finalizar llamadas
sin descolgar el microteléfono (manos libres).
Durante una llamada puede activar el altavoz pulsando la tecla
de altavoz. Si en lugar de eso desea activar la función de manos
libres, debe pulsar la tecla durante 2 segundos (a continuación
puede colgar el microteléfono).
El LED de la tecla se ilumina en rojo en cuanto se activa el alta-
voz.
El LED de la tecla parpadea en rojo en cuanto se activa la función
de manos libres.
Regular el volumen Pulsando la tecla más/menos puede subir/bajar el volumen del
timbre, del microteléfono o del altavoz en función del estado de
funcionamiento.
Manos libres, llamadas
con auriculares
Pulsando la tecla de descolgar podrá iniciar y finalizar llamadas
sin descolgar el microteléfono (manos libres). En modo auricula-
res puede iniciar y finalizar llamadas con los auriculares.
Abrir contactos Pulsando la tecla de contactos/agenda telefónica puede abrir
la lista de contactos del teléfono.
Para seleccionar un número de teléfono desplácese hasta la
entrada (contacto) deseada y descuelgue el microteléfono.

de mensajes del buzón
de voz
Pulsando la tecla de mensajes abrirá la lista de llamadas, la lista
del contestador automático, la lista de notas de voz y la lista de
mensajes del buzón de voz.
Para seleccionar un número de teléfono (lista de llamadas) o
para escuchar una grabación desplácese a la entrada deseada y
descuelgue el microteléfono.
El LED de la tecla llama la atención sobre una llamada nueva (el
LED parpadea) o sobre una ya vista (el LED se ilumina).
Abrir lista de rellamada Pulsando la tecla de rellamada abrirá la lista con los últimos
números marcados.
Para seleccionar un número desplácese hasta la entrada
deseada y descuelgue el microteléfono.
Iniciar consulta Pulsando la tecla R puede iniciar una consulta durante una lla-
mada o transferir la llamada.

Άνοιγμα μενού Αγγίξτε το εκάστοτε σύμβολο ή το όνομα μενού για να ανοίξετε το
μενού.
Πίσω Αγγίξτε το για επιστροφή στο προηγούμενο επίπεδο μενού.
Αλλαγή / Αγγίξτε το ή το όνομα μενού για αλλαγή της ρύθμισης (μόνο
μία επιλογή είναι δυνατή, το επισημαίνει την τρέχουσα ρύθ-
μιση).
/Αγγίξτε το / ή το όνομα μενού για ενεργοποίηση/απενερ-
γοποίηση της επιλογής (δυνατότητα περισσότερων επιλογών).
Αγγίξτε το ή το όνομα μενού για αλλαγή της επιλογής (το κεί-
μενο πίσω εμφανίζει την τρέχουσα επιλογή).
Επιβεβαίωση Αγγίξτε το για αποδοχή των πραγματοποιημένων ρυθμί-
σεων ή για εκτέλεση της λειτουργίας που εμφανίζεται στην κάτω
γραμμή της οθόνης κατά τη διάρκεια μιας κλήσης/συνομιλίας.
Εναλλαγή / Αγγίξτε το κατά τη διάρκεια μιας συνομιλίας επανάκλησης
για αλλαγή του ενεργού συνομιλητή (το επισημαίνει τον
ενεργό συνομιλητή).
Απόκρυψη αριθμού
κλήσης /
Αγγίξτε το για ενεργοποίηση της απόκρυψης των αριθμών
κλήσης (η ένδειξη αλλάζει σε ). Αγγίξτε το για απενεργο-
ποίηση της απόκρυψης αριθμών κλήσης.

Αγγίξτε σε κατάσταση αδράνειας το για άνοιγμα του δεύτε-
ρου επιπέδου λειτουργίας με τις λειτουργίες "Λίστα συνομιλιών",
"Ανάληψη κλήσης", "Έργο" και "Ημερομηνία". Αν αγγίξετε το στοι-
χείο Λίστα συνομιλιών, ανοίγει η λίστα συνομιλιών.
Για να επιλέξετε έναν αριθμό κλήσης από τη λίστα συνομιλιών,
πραγματοποιήστε κύλιση στην καταχώριση που θέλετε και σηκώ-
στε το ακουστικό.

Αγγίξτε το για ενεργοποίηση του τηλεφωνητή (η ένδειξη

τηλεφώνου συστήματος, οι αρμόδιες λυχνίες LED παρέχουν πλη-
ροφορίες σχετικά με την κατάσταση κατειλημμένο ή την κατά-

Κλείσιμο μενού Με το πλήκτρο Home κλείνετε το ανοικτό μενού. Οι ρυθμίσεις
που δεν έχουν ολοκληρωθεί σωστά δεν αποθηκεύονται.
Άνοιγμα μενού Με το πλήκτρο μενού ανοίγετε το κύριο μενού με τα ακόλουθα
μενού:
Στο μενού λειτουργίες μπορείτε να ενεργοποιήσετε/απενεργο-
ποιήσετε ή να εκτελέσετε απευθείας τις λειτουργίες του τηλεφωνι-
κού κέντρου και του τηλεφώνου (π. χ. ανακατεύθυνση κλήσης και
κλείδωμα τηλεφώνου).
Το μενού πληροφορίες χρησιμεύει στην εμφάνιση πληροφοριών
(π. χ. εκδόσεις, συγκεντρωτικές χρεώσεις και κατάσταση ορισμέ-
νων σημαντικών λειτουργιών/ρυθμίσεων). Δεν μπορείτε να εκτε-
λέσετε αλλαγές.
Στο μενού μνήμη πλήκτρων μπορείτε να αντιστοιχίσετε τα προ-
γραμματιζόμενα πλήκτρα λειτουργίας με λειτουργίες του τηλεφω-
νικού κέντρου και του τηλεφώνου (π. χ. ανακατεύθυνση κλήσης
και επιλογή προορισμού).
Στο μενού ρυθμίσεις μπορείτε να ρυθμίστε το τηλέφωνο.
Στο μενού τηλεφωνητής μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε και να χειριστείτε
τον τηλεφωνητή.
Στο μενού Διάγνωση μπορείτε να εκτελέστε διάγνωση των γραμ-
μών και των υπηρεσιών ISDN (π. χ. εσωτερική δοκιμή γραμμής).
Στο μενού φωνητικό ταχυδρ. μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε και να χει-
ριστείτε το φωνητικό ταχυδρομείο του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου.

ενέργειας
Με το πλήκτρο Πίσω επιστρέφετε στην οθόνη στην τελευταία
σελίδα που ανοίξατε και ολοκληρώνετε την τρέχουσα ενέργεια.
Σίγαση Με το πλήκτρο μικροφώνου ενεργοποιείτε και απενεργοποιείτε
το μικρόφωνο κατά τη διάρκεια μιας συνομιλίας.
Η λυχνία LED του πλήκτρου αναβοσβήνει με κόκκινο, μόλις απε-
νεργοποιηθεί το μικρόφωνο.
Ανοικτή συνομιλία και

Με το πλήκτρο ηχείου πραγματοποιείτε και ολοκληρώνετε συνο-
μιλίες χωρίς να σηκώνετε το ακουστικό (ανοικτή συνομιλία).
Κατά τη διάρκεια μιας υπάρχουσας συνομιλίας ενεργοποιείτε το
ηχείο με το πλήκτρο ηχείου. Για να ενεργοποιήσετε αντί αυτού
την ανοικτή συνομιλία, πρέπει να κρατήσετε πατημένο το πλή-
κτρο για 2 δευτερόλεπτα (στη συνέχεια μπορείτε να τοποθετήσετε
το ακουστικό στη θέση του).

γοποιηθεί το ηχείο.

Enregistrer des
fonctions et des
numéros d’appel
Les touches de fonction à côté de l’étiquette de marquage sont
des touches programmables, par ex. pour la numérotation cible
ou pour l’utilisation des fonctions du téléphone. Chaque touche
peut être attribuée à des fonctions de deux niveaux.
La DEL indique le statut de la fonction du premier niveau.
Pour exécuter la fonction du premier niveau, appuyez une fois
sur la touche. Pour exécuter la fonction du deuxième niveau,
appuyez deux fois sur la touche (double clic) ou appuyez sur la
touche Shift (touche de fonction attribuée à la fonction « Shift »)
puis une fois sur la touche.
Si, en mode téléphone dédié, vous attribuez des touches de
numérotation rapide à des correspondants internes du système
de télécommunication, les DEL correspondantes indiquent le sta-
tut d’affectation ou d’activité du correspondant concerné. Par ail-
leurs, ces touches vous permettent d’exécuter très facilement les
fonctions Interception d’appel et Double appel. 1 Interception
d’appel pour le correspondant enregistré : Lorsque la DEL cli-
gnote en rouge, appuyez sur la touche de numérotation rapide. 2
Mise en attente d’un correspondant enregistré : Appuyez sur la
touche de numérotation rapide pendant l’appel.

Fermer les menus La touche Accueil vous permet de fermer le menu ouvert. Les
réglages non terminés correctement ne sont pas enregistrés.
Ouvrir les menus La touche Menu vous permet d’ouvrir le menu principal avec les
menus suivants :
Dans le menu Fonctions, vous pouvez activer/désactiver ou
exécuter directement des fonctions du système de télécommuni-
cation et du téléphone (par ex. Transfert d’appel et Verrou tél).
Le menu Infos sert à afficher les informations (par ex. version,
frais facturés et statut de quelques fonctions/réglages impor-
tants). Vous ne pouvez effectuer aucune modification.
Dans le menu Attribuer touche, vous pouvez attribuer les
touches de fonction programmables à des fonctions du système
de télécommunication et du téléphone (par ex. Transfert d’appel
et Numérot.cible).
Dans le menu Réglages, vous pouvez paramétrer le téléphone.
Dans le menu Répondeur, vous pouvez paramétrer et utiliser le
répondeur.

Mains libres et haut-
parleur
La touche Haut-parleur vous permet de démarrer et de terminer
des appels sans décrocher le combiné (mains libres).
Pendant un appel, activez le haut-parleur avec la touche Haut-
parleur. Si vous souhaitez plutôt activer la fonction mains libres,
vous devez maintenir la touche pendant 2 secondes (vous pou-
vez ensuite poser le combiné).
La DEL de la touche s’allume en rouge dès que le haut-parleur
est activé.
La DEL de la touche clignote en rouge dès que la fonction mains
libres est activée.
Modifier le volume Les touches plus et moins vous permettent d’augmenter/dimi-
nuer le volume de la sonnerie, du combiné ou du haut-parleur, en
fonction de l’état de marche.
Mains libres, appels
avec micro-casque
La touche Décrocher/Raccrocher vous permet de démarrer et
de terminer des appels sans décrocher le combiné (mains libres).
Le mode micro-casque vous permet de démarrer et de terminer
des appels avec micro-casque.
Ouvrir le répertoire La touche Contacts / Répertoire vous permet d’ouvrir le réper-
toire du téléphone.
Pour sélectionner un numéro d’appel, défilez jusqu’à l’entrée
(contact) souhaitée et décrochez le combiné.

La touche Messages vous permet d’ouvrir la liste des appels, la

écouter l’enregistrement, défilez jusqu’à l’entrée souhaitée et
décrochez le combiné.

Salvare le funzioni e i
numeri di telefono
I tasti funzione accanto alla targhetta con le iscrizioni sono tasti
programmabili per es. per la composizione automatica o per l’uso
di funzioni del telefono. Per ogni tasto hai a disposizione due
livelli per l’assegnazione delle funzioni.
Il LED indica lo stato della funzione di primo livello.
Per eseguire la funzione di primo livello, premi il tasto una sola
volta. Per eseguire la funzione di secondo livello premi il tasto
due volte (doppio clic) oppure premi il tasto Shift (il tasto funzione
assegnato alla funzione “Shift”) e successivamente il tasto una
sola volta.
Qualora nel telefono di sistema vengano configurati tasti per la
composizione automatica dei numeri di partecipanti interni del
centralino, i LED corrispondenti forniranno informazioni sullo
stato di occupato o di attività dei diversi partecipanti. Inoltre, que-
sti tasti rendono particolarmente agevole l’esecuzione delle fun-
zioni Pick-up e Richiamata. 1. Pick-up del partecipante salvato:
quando il LED rosso lampeggia, premi il tasto per la composi-
zione automatica. 2. Richiamata del partecipante salvato: premi
il tasto per la composizione automatica durante la conversa-
zione.

Chiudere i menu Per chiudere il menu aperto premi il tasto Home. Le impostazioni
non terminate correttamente non vengono salvate.
Aprire i menu Premi il tasto menu per aprire il menu principale con i seguenti
menu:
Nel menu funzioni puoi attivare/disattivare e/o eseguire diretta-
mente le funzioni di centralino e telefono (per es. Reindirizza-
mento chiamate e Lucchetto telefono).
Il menu informazioni serve a visualizzare informazioni (per es.
versioni, costi sostenuti e stato di alcune funzioni/impostazioni
importanti). Non puoi apportare modifiche.
Nel menu assegna tasti puoi assegnare i tasti funzione pro-
grammabili alle funzioni del centralino e del telefono (per es.

Nel menu impostazioni puoi configurare il telefono.
Nel menu Segret.telefon. puoi configurare e usare la segreteria
telefonica.
Nel menu Diagnosi puoi eseguire la diagnosi di linee e servizi
ISDN (per es. test interno della linea).
Nel menu Voicemailbox puoi configurare e usare la casella
vocale del centralino.
Indietro, terminare
l’operazione
Premi il tasto Indietro per ritornare all’ultima pagina aperta sullo
schermo e terminare l’operazione attuale.
Disattivare l’audio Premi il tasto microfono per disattivare e riattivare il microfono
durante una conversazione.
Il LED rosso del tasto lampeggia non appena il microfono viene
disattivato.
Parlare in vivavoce e
ascoltare
dall’altoparlante
Premi il tasto altoparlante per iniziare e terminare le chiamate
senza sollevare il ricevitore (vivavoce).
Premi il tasto altoparlante per ascoltare dall’altoparlante
durante una chiamata in corso. Per attivare il vivavoce, invece,
devi mantenere premuto il tasto per due secondi (successiva-
mente puoi riagganciare il ricevitore).
Il LED rosso del tasto si accende non appena viene attivato
l’ascolto dall’altoparlante.
Il LED rosso del tasto lampeggia non appena viene attivato il
vivavoce.
Modificare il volume Premi il tasto più o il tasto meno per alzare/abbassare il volume
di suoneria, ricevitore o altoparlante, a seconda dello stato ope-
rativo.
Parlare in vivavoce,

Premi il tasto ricevitore per iniziare e terminare le chiamate

Functies en
telefoonnummers
opslaan
De Functietoetsen naast de tekstplaat zijn programmeerbare
toetsen bijvoorbeeld voor sneltoetsen of voor de bediening van
telefoonfuncties. Met elke toets heeft u de beschikking over twee
niveaus die kunnen worden bezet met een functie.
De LED toont de status van de functie van het eerste niveau.
Om de functie op het eerste niveau uit te voeren, drukt u eenmaal
op de toets. Om de functie op het tweede niveau uit te voeren
drukt u tweemaal op de toets (dubbelklik) of u drukt op de Shift-
toets (met de functie “Shift” bezette toets) en daarna eenmaal op
de betreffende toets.
Wanneer u bij gebruik van systeemtelefoons sneltoetsen voor de
interne deelnemers aan de telefooncentrale instelt, geven de bij-
behorende LED's informatie over de bezet- of activiteitstoestand
van de betreffende deelnemer. Bovendien kunt u de functies
Pick-up en overleg met deze toetsen bijzonder comfortabel uit-
voeren. 1e Pick-up voor de opgeslagen deelnemer: Wanneer de
LED rood knippert, sneltoets indrukken. 2e Overleg met de opge-
slagen deelnemer: Tijdens gesprek sneltoets indrukken.
Sneltoetsen instellen 1. Druk op de Menutoets.

Om een telefoonnummer uit de gesprekslijst te kiezen, bladert u
naar de gewenste positie en neemt u de hoorn op.
Telefoonbeantwoorder
in-/uitschakelen /
Tik op om de telefoonbeantwoorder in te schakelen (weer-
gave toont ). Tik op om de telefoonbeantwoorder uit te
schakelen (telefoonbeantwoorder is optie).
Menu's sluiten Met de Home-toets sluit u het geopende menu. Niet correct
afgeronde instellingen worden niet opgeslagen.
Menu's openen Via de Menutoets opent u het hoofdmenu met de volgende
menu's:
In het menu Functies kunt u functies van de telefooncentrale en
de telefoons (bijv. doorschakeling en telefoonslot) direct in-/uit-
schakelen resp. uitvoeren.
Het menu Informatie is bedoeld voor het weergeven van infor-
matie (bijv. versies, opgelopen kosten en status van enkele
belangrijke functies/instellingen). U kunt geen veranderingen uit-
voeren.
In het menu Toets definiëren kunt u de programmeerbare toet-
sen bezetten met functies van de telefooncentrale en telefoon
(bijv. doorschakeling en sneltoets).
In het menu Instellingen kunt u de telefoon instellen.
In het menu Tel.beantwoorder kunt u de telefoonbeantwoorder
instellen en bedienen.
In het menu Diagnose kunt u de diagnose van ISDN-verbindin-
gen en -diensten uitvoeren (bijv. voor interne capaciteitstest).
In het menu VoiceMailBox kunt u de voicemailbox van de tele-
fooncentrale instellen en bedienen.
Terug, actie beëindigen Met de Terug-toets keert u in het display terug naar het laatst
geopende scherm en beëindigt u de momentele actie.
Stil schakelen Met de Microfoontoets schakelt u tijdens een gesprek de micro-
foon uit en weer aan.
De LED van de toets knippert rood, zodra de microfoon is uitge-
schakeld.
Handsfree en
luidspreker
Met de Luidsprekertoets begint u een gesprek zonder de hoorn
op te nemen (handsfree) en kunt u deze ook weer beëindigen.
Tijdens een gesprek schakelt u met de Luidsprekertoets de
luidspreker in. Om in plaats daarvan de handsfree-functie in te
schakelen, moet u de toets 2 seconden lang ingedrukt houden
(aansluitend kunt u de hoorn opleggen).
De LED van de toets brandt rood, zodra de luidspreker is inge-
schakeld.
De LED van de toets knippert rood, zodra de handsfree-functie is
ingeschakeld.
Volume wijzigen Met de Plus- en minustoets verhoogt/verlaagt u het volume van
de bel, de hoorn of de luidspreker, afhankelijk van de gebruiks-
toestand.
Handsfree-, headset-
gesprekken
Met de Hook-toets begint u een gesprek zonder de hoorn op te
nemen (handsfree) en kunt u deze ook weer beëindigen. Bij
gebruik van een headset begint en eindigt u hiermee een
gesprek.
Contacten openen Met de Contact-/telefoonboektoets opent u de contacten van
de telefoon.
Om een telefoonnummer te kiezen, bladert u naar de gewenste
positie (contact) en neemt u de hoorn op.
Bellerlijst, antwoordap-
paraatlijst, lijst met
spraaknotities en
berichtenlijst van de voi-
cemailbox openen
Met de Berichtentoets opent u de bellerlijst, de antwoordappa-
raatlijst, de lijst met spraaknotities en de berichtenlijst van de voi-
cemailbox.
Om een telefoonnummer te kiezen (bellerlijst) of de opname af te
luisteren, bladert u naar de gewenste positie en tilt u de hoorn op.
De LED van de toets attendeert op nieuwe (LED knippert) of al
bekeken (LED brandt) oproepen.
Nummerherhalingslijst
openen
Met de Nummerherhalingstoets opent u de nummerherhalings-
lijst met de laatst gekozen telefoonnummers.
Om een telefoonnummer te kiezen, bladert u naar de gewenste
positie en neemt u de hoorn op.
Overleg beginnen Met de R-toets kunt u tijdens een gesprek overleggen of bemid-
delen.

Zapisywanie funkcji i
numerów
Przyciski funkcji znajdujące się obok etykiet to konfigurowalne
przyciski służące m. in. do szybkiego wybierania numeru lub
obsługi funkcji telefonu. Dla każdego przycisku dostępne są dwa
poziomy funkcji.
Dioda LED sygnalizuje status funkcji pierwszego poziomu.
Aby wykonać funkcję przypisaną do pierwszego poziomu, naci-
śnij przycisk raz. Aby wykonać funkcję przypisaną do drugiego
poziomu, naciśnij przycisk dwukrotnie lub naciśnij przycisk Shift
(przycisk funkcji z przypisaną funkcją „Shift”), a następnie naci-

Jeśli w telefonie systemowym skonfigurowano przyciski szyb-

Cofanie, kończenie

Naciśnięcie przycisku Cofnij spowoduje powrót ekranu do ostat-
niej otwartej strony i zakończenie aktualnej czynności.
Wyciszanie Naciśnięcie przycisku mikrofonu spowoduje włączenie lub
wyłączenie mikrofonu w trakcie rozmowy.
Po wyłączeniu mikrofonu dioda LED przycisku zacznie migać na
czerwono.
Głośnik i zestaw
głośnomówiący
Naciśnięcie przycisku głośnika umożliwia prowadzenie i koń-
czenie rozmów bez podnoszenia słuchawki (przez zestaw gło-
śnomówiący).
Aby włączyć głośnik w trakcie rozmowy, naciśnij przycisk gło-
śnika. Aby zamiast tego włączyć zestaw głośnomówiący, należy
nacisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk przez 2 sekundy (następnie
można odłożyć słuchawkę).
Po włączeniu głośnika dioda LED przycisku zaświeci się na czer-
wono.
Po włączeniu zestawu głośnomówiącego dioda LED przycisku
zacznie migać na czerwono.
Zmiana głośności Za pomocą przycisku plus i minus można zwiększyć lub
zmniejszyć głośność dzwonka, słuchawki lub głośnika — w
