Kurzanleitung
Grundlegende Hinweise
Der Menüführung folgen
Drücken Sie die anschließend aufgeführten Tasten des Telefons oder die entsprechenden
Icons im Display zum Ausführen der angezeigten Funktionen. Die Texte und Icons im
Display ändern sich bei einer Aktion und zeigen die im aktuellen Zustand möglichen
Funktionen an.
Menüs öffnen, Funktionen aufrufen
Drücken Sie Menü , um in die Menü-Auswahl zu gelangen.
Drücken Sie Rufliste , um sich die Anrufliste anzeigen zu lassen.
Drücken Sie Kontakt , um sich die Kontakte anzeigen zu lassen.
Blättern
Drücken Sie ▲ oder ▼ zum Blättern durch das Menü.
In Texten und Listen, die länger als eine Seite sind, lässt sich durch Wischen auf dem Touch-
Display durch das Menü blättern.
Menüpunkt wählen
Drücken Sie OK oder das entsprechende Icon im Display zum Öffnen eines
Menüpunktes.
Menüs schließen, zurück
Drücken Sie Zurück , um ein Menü zu schließen und in eine übergeordnete Ebene
zu wechseln.

Übersicht über das Gerät

BBasisnavigation
Löschen: Entfernt Texte sowie Einträge in den Kontakten und aus der
Rufliste.
Home: Ruft die Startseite auf. Gestartete Aktionen laufen im Hintergrund
weiter.
Zurück: Kehrt zurück in das zuletzt geöffnete Menü und beendet die
derzeitige Aktion.

FSoft-Icons
Menü: Öffnet das Menü.
Rufliste: Öffnet die Anrufliste.
Kontakt: Öffnet die Kontakte.
GFestfunktionstasten
Nachrichten: Öffnet die Benachrichtigungsliste. Über die Auswahl in der
Benachrichtigungsliste lassen sich z. B. entgangene oder ausgehende
Rufe anzeigen.
Öffnet bei eingerichteter Voicemailbox (nur bei Betrieb an einer TK-Anlage)
außerdem die Nachrichtenliste.
Wichtige Benachrichtigungen werden durch eine rot blinkende LED
signalisiert.
Mikrofon: Schaltet das Mikrofon während eines Gespräches aus und ein.
Sobald das Mikrofon ausgeschaltet ist, leuchtet die LED der Taste rot.
Hold: Leitet eine Rückfrage ein und beendet die Rückfrage.
Wahlwiederholung: Öffnet die Wahlwiederholungsliste mit den letzten
gewählten Rufnummern.
Headset: Aktiviert/deaktiviert im Ruhezustand den Headsetbetrieb.
Leitet bei ankommenden Rufen das Gespräch ein.
Bei eingeschaltetem Headsetbetrieb leuchtet die LED grün.
Transfer: Vermittelt Gespräche ohne Vorankündigung.
Lautsprecher: Leitet Gespräche ohne Hörerabheben ein.
Leitet während eines bestehenden Gespräches das Lauthören ein.
Die LED der Taste blinkt rot, sobald das Lauthören eingeschaltet ist.
Die LED der Taste leuchtet rot, sobald das Freisprechen eingeschaltet ist.
Plus und Minus: Erhöht/verringert die Lautstärke der Klingel, des Hörers,
Lautsprechers oder Headsets – abhängig vom Betriebszustand.
HSteuerkreuz
Ermöglicht die Navigation auf dem Display.
In den Menüs: ▲ oder ▼ scrollt durch die Menüeinträge.
Während der Einstellung: ◄ oder ► wählt aus vorgegebenen Einträgen.
Während der Texteingabe: ◄ oder ► bewegt den Cursor.
OK: Ruft Menüpunkte auf, übernimmt und schließt Eingaben ab und startet
Funktionen.

Quick Guide
Basic information
Following the menu sequence
Press the telephone keys listed below, or the corresponding icons on the display, to perform
the functions shown on the display. The texts and icons on the display change when an
action is performed and show the functions currently available.
Opening menus, calling functions
Press Menu to access the menu options.
Press Call Log to display the call history.
Press Contact to display the contacts.
Scrolling
Press the ▲ or ▼ arrow keys to scroll through the menu.
Scroll through texts and lists that are more than one page long by swiping through the menu
on the touch display.
Selecting a menu option
Press OK or the corresponding icon in the display to open a menu option.
Closing menus and going back
Press Back to close a menu and return to a higher level.

Delete: Press this to delete texts and entries in the Contacts and the call
log.
Home: Press this to call the home screen. Previously started actions
continue in the background.
Back: Press this to return to the most recently opened menu and end the
current action.

Menu: Press this to open the menu.
Call Log: Press this to open the caller list.
Contact: Press this to open the Contacts.
GDedicated function keys
Messages: Press this to open the messages list. You can, for example,
select a message in the list to display missed or outgoing calls.
When the voice mailbox is set up (only for operation on a PBX), you can
also open the message list.
If there are important messages, this is shown by a flashing red LED.
Microphone: Press this to switch the microphone on or off during a call.
The key's LED flashes red as soon as the microphone is switched off.
Hold: Press this to initiate a query call and then to end it.
Redial: Press this to display the redial list, which contains the last telephone
numbers dialled.
Headset: Press this to enable/disable headset operation in idle state.
It initiates the call when it is received.
When headset operation is enabled, the LED lights up green.
Transfer: Press this to transfer calls without prior notification.
Loudspeaker: Press this to initiate calls without having to pick up the
receiver.
Switches the speaker on during an on-going call.
The key's LED flashes red as soon as loudspeaker listening is switched on.
The key's LED lights up red as soon as hands-free calling is switched on.
Plus and Minus: Press these keys to increase or reduce the volume of the
ringer, receiver, or loudspeaker, depending on operational state.
HDirectional pad
Use the directional pad to navigate in the display.
In the menus: press ▲ or ▼ to scroll through the menu options.
During setup: press ◄ or ► to select from predefined entries.
When entering text: press ◄ or ► to move the cursor.
OK: Press the OK key to call up menu options, select and close entries and
start functions.

Indicaciones básicas
Seguir el menú
Pulse las teclas del teléfono o los iconos de pantalla correspondientes que se indican a
continuación para ejecutar las funciones que se detallan. Los textos e iconos de la pantalla
cambian cuando se realiza una acción y muestran las funciones posibles en el modo actual.
Abrir menús, activar funciones
Pulse Menú para acceder a las opciones de menú.
Pulse Lista de llamadas para ver la lista de llamadas.
Pulse Contacto para ver los contactos.
Desplazamiento
Pulse ▲ o ▼ para desplazarse por el menú.
En los textos y listas que ocupan más de una página puede desplazarse por el menú
deslizando el dedo por la pantalla táctil.
Seleccionar una opción de menú
Pulse OK o el icono correspondiente en la pantalla para abrir una opción de menú.
Cerrar menús, volver atrás
Pulse Atrás para cerrar una opción de menú y regresar al nivel superior.
