SAFETY MEASURES AND OPERATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
Read this instruction manual carefully before using
the robotic vacuum cleaner and keep it for the whole
operation period. Mishandling of the unit may lead to
its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage
to his/her property. To avoid the risk of fire, electric
shock and to prevent injury, observe the following
safety measures.
• Use the unit in strict accordance with the instruction
manual.
• Use only the accessories supplied with the unit.
• Before charging the rechargeable battery for the
first time, make sure that voltage of the mains corre-
sponds to the operating voltage of the power adapter.
• Do not charge the rechargeable battery in places
with high moisture and high temperature. Charge the
accumulator battery at the temperature from +5° C to
+35° C and relative humidity no more than 80%.
ATTENTION! Use only the power supply unit included to
charge the battery.
• If you don’t use the charging station for a long time,
unplug the power adapter.
• Do not touch the power adapter body with wet hands.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner outdoors, for cleaning
wet and damp floors.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner in the rooms with
unsteady furniture, especially if there are fragile interior
objects or burning candles placed on it.
• Do not place or install foreign objects on the vacuum
cleaner body, make sure that there are no pets on the
vacuum cleaner body.
• Do not switch the unit on if the air inlet is blocked by a
foreign object.
• Keep hair, free hanging clothes and interior objects
away from the vacuum cleaner path of motion.
• Set additional obstacles for the vacuum cleaner when
cleaning the stair landings.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner for collecting such
inflammable liquids as gasoline or solvents. Do not
use the vacuum cleaner in places where such liquids
are stored.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner for collecting burning
or smoking cigarettes, matches, cinders as well as fine
dust, for example, of plaster, concrete, flour or ashes.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner, if:
– the dust bin is not installed;
– the HEPA filter is not installed in the bin.
• Do not immerse the vacuum cleaner, the power adapt-
er and the charging station into water or any other
liquids.
• Close supervision is necessary when children or dis-
abled persons are near the operating unit.
• This unit is not intended for usage by children.
• During the unit’s operation and breaks between opera-
tion cycles, place the unit out of reach of children.
• The unit is not intended to be used by people with phys-
ical, sensory or mental disabilities (including children)
or by persons lacking experience or knowledge if they
are not under supervision of a person who is respon-
sible for their safety or if they are not instructed by this
person on the usage of the unit.
• Do not leave children unattended to avoid them using
the unit as a toy.
• For children safety do not leave polyethylene bags
used for packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene
bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
• Do not use the connecting cord of the power adapter to
carry the charging station. Provide that the connecting
cord does not touch sharp edges of furniture and hot
surfaces. Provide that the vacuum cleaner does not run
over the connecting cord of the power adapter.
• Periodically check that the power adapter and the con-
necting cord are not damaged.
• Never use the unit if the power adapter or connecting
cord is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after
it was dropped.
• Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble
the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or
after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any
authorized service center at the contact addresses
given in the warranty certificate and on the website
www.coolfort.ru.
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original
package only.
• Before you dispose of the vacuum cleaner, remove the
battery and apply to the corresponding center for recy-

cling of it. Do not burn the vacuum cleaner even if it is
badly damaged without removing the battery to avoid
the battery explosion.
• Transport the unit in the original packaging only.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children
and disabled persons.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION AREAS
AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.
FUNCTION CAPABILITIES
Control and navigation in the mobile app
Control the unit, set up the cleaning modes and monitor the
operation process with COOLFORT mobile app.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage under cold (winter)
conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least three
hours at room temperature before switching on.
• Unpack the vacuum cleaner and remove any advertising
stickers and package materials.
• Keep the original package.
• Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case of
damages.
• Read the safety instructions and the operation manual.
• Make sure that operating voltage of the power adapter
corresponds to the voltage of your mains.
VACUUM CLEANER ASSEMBLY
Removal-installation of side brushes (2, 5) (Fig. 1)
• Turn the vacuum cleaner over and insert the side brush-
es (2, 5) until they click.
• The left side brush (5) has a green center, the right brush
(2) has a red one.
Note:
1. The right and left side brushes are not interchangeable.
2. After every use clean the brushes from dust and
garbage and, if necessary, wash them under warm
water jet.
• To remove the side brush (2, 5), take it by the two drive
tangs and pull it up.
Removal-installation of the container
for collecting garbage and dust (11)
• Open the upper lid of the robot (12) and remove the con-
tainer by the handle (27).
• Remove the filter holder (23) together with the HEPA
filter (24).
• There is a corresponding groove in the lid of the con-
tainer (25) to remove the filter holder.
• Pull the HEPA filter (24) by the flag and remove it from
the holder (23)
• Press the container lid lock (26) and open the container
lid (25).
• A fine mesh is integrated into the container lid to retain
garbage and large particles.
• Pay attention to the dust-proof valve (28) located inside
the container (11).
• The valve (28) prevents dust and garbage falling out
when removing the container from the vacuum cleaner.
• The valve should open and close freely without any jam-
ming.
• Close the lid (25) of the container (11) until it clicks.
• Insert the HEPA filter (24) back into the holder (23).
• Insert the filter holder (23) back into the lid of the con-
tainer (25).
• Place the assembled container (11) back into the robot
body and close the lid (12).
Installation of the charging station (32)
• Install the charging station on a flat floor surface, against
the wall, the base of the charging station should be per-
pendicular to the floor.
• The free space in front of the charging station should
be at least 1.5 meters, the free distance from the sides
of the charging station should be at least 0.5 meters
(Fig. 2).
• Insert the plug of the power supply connection cord
(36) into the socket (35) at the charging station (32).
Carefully wind up the power supply connection cord, do
not allow it to hang down (Fig. 2, 3).
Note: Do not install the charging station near objects with
high reflectivity, for example, near mirrors, otherwise it
will be difficult for the vacuum cleaner to find the charging
station.
Removal-installation of the water tank (21)
To remove the water tank, press the key (22) and pull it out
of the robot body.
To install, insert it back into the body until it clicks (Fig. 4).
Removal-installation of the accessory
for wet floor cleaning (9)
(Used only in conjunction with the water tank (21))
• Install the microfiber cloth (29) on the wet floor clean-
ing attachment (30) as follows: hold the cloth (29) with
the smooth side up, and the attachment (30) with touch
fasteners down, then insert the attachment into the
pocket of the cloth, pull the cloth slightly in the middle,
straighten the fabric around the edges and fix it with the
touch fasteners.
• Install the assembled wet cleaning accessory (9) on
the water tank (21), to do this, align the two holes on
the tank with the fasteners on the attachment (30), as
shown in the figure (Fig. 5) by two arrows, then press
the attachment until it clicks. To remove the accessory,
press the attachment (30) in the direction away from
the tank (21).
• To remove the microfiber cloth (29), pull it in the direc-
tion of the arrow as shown in the figure (Fig. 6).
BEFORE USING THE ROBOT
Warnings: Please refer to the following instructions to check
the cleaning area!
• Remove all kinds of power cords, power extension cords
and other similar items from the floor that may interfere
with the movement of the vacuum cleaner.
• The vacuum cleaner is designed to work on a smooth
floor or on a carpet with a low pile (less than 1 cm). Do
not use the vacuum cleaner for cleaning floors and car-
pets with high pile.
• Make sure that there are no tablecloths, curtains or
other furnishings hanging to the floor along the path of
motion of the vacuum cleaner.
• Make sure that there are no reflective surfaces in the
room, for example, mirrors or glasses which height from
the floor is less than 8.5 cm. If there are any, close them
or paste them over, otherwise it will affect the clean-
ing process.
• The free space under the pieces of furniture should be
at least 8 centimeters, otherwise the vacuum cleaner will
simply get stuck under the furniture.
• If the distance from the floor to the furniture is less than
8 centimeters, it is necessary to lift the furniture or to
provide a barrier from the vacuum cleaner getting in
such places.
• When cleaning on stairwells, it is necessary to provide an
additional barrier for the vacuum cleaner.

• Arrange the pieces of furniture for free movement of the
vacuum cleaner, remove foreign objects from the floor.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner in the rooms with
unsteady furniture, especially if there are fragile interior
objects or burning candles placed on it.
• Do not place or install foreign objects on the vacuum
cleaner body, also make sure that there are no pets on
the vacuum cleaner body.
• Before using the vacuum cleaner, make sure that there
are no bottlenecks along the path of the vacuum cleaner.
USING THE ROBOT
BATTERY CHARGING
Manual charging (Fig. 7)
• Insert the plug of the power supply connection cord
(36) into the charging socket (19) of the robot.
• Plug the power supply unit (36) into an electrical out-
let, the robot will start charging, the voice alert will
sound, and the power button indicator (16) « » will
start flashing green and red.
• When charging is finished, the button indicator (16)
will light up permanently.
• Remove the plug of the power supply connection cord
(36) from the charging socket (19) of the robot.
Note: Charge the battery for the first time for more than
8 hours, while setting the power switch (20) to position (I).
Automatic (basic) charging
• Install the charging station (32) according to the rec-
ommendations above.
• Insert the plug of the power supply connection cord
(36) into the socket (35) of the charging station.
• Place the vacuum cleaner strictly in the center of the
charging station. If it is installed correctly, the voice
alert will sound and the power button indicator (16) will
start flashing green and red.
• When charging is finished, the button indicator (16)
will light up permanently.
Note:
When installing the vacuum cleaner on the charging sta-
tion (32), pay attention to the position of the side brushes
(2) and (5). The brushes tassels should not interfere with
the charging contacts of the robot (3) and the contacts of
the charging station (34). If the tassels are located above
the charging contacts of the robot, turn the corresponding
brush (2) or (5) by the drive tang.
When the robot is installed on the charging station (32)
or when it is charged from the power supply unit (36), it is
automatically activated, even if the robot was previously
turned off by the power switch (20).
Returning to the charging station
The robot returns to the charging station on its own after
cleaning is completed or in case of battery discharge. You
can also forcibly end or suspend cleaning and send the
device to the charging station.
ROBOT CONTROL IN MANUAL MODE
Turning on/off the robot (Fig. 8)
(The robot is not installed on the charging station)
• To turn on the robot, move the key (20) to position (I),
the voice alert will sound, and the indicator of the but-
ton (16) « » will light up.
Note: If the robot is turned on and no button is pressed
for 5 minutes, the robot will automatically switch to the
sleep mode, and the button indicator (16) will go out. In
this case, to return the robot to the active state, press the
button (16) once.
• To turn off the robot, move the key (20) to the (O) posi-
tion, and the indicator of the button (16) will go out.
Cleaning/Pause (Fig. 9)
• Press the button (16) once, the voice alert will sound,
and the robot will start cleaning automatically.
• During the cleaning process, press the button (16)
once, the voice alert will sound and the robot will sus-
pend cleaning (Pause).
• Press the button (16) again, the robot will continue
cleaning.
Attention! If the accessory for wet floor cleaning (9)
is installed on the robot, then when the button (16) is
pressed, the wet cleaning mode will automatically start,
and the voice alert «Starting wet cleaning» will sound.
Simultaneously with wet cleaning, normal (dry) cleaning
takes place. To carry out normal (dry) cleaning, you must
turn off the robot and remove the accessory for wet floor
cleaning (9), in this case, when turned on, the voice alert
«Starting cleaning» will sound.
Return to the charging station
• When the robot’s battery is discharged, the vacuum
cleaner will notify about it by voice message, after
which it will automatically return to the charging station.
• To forcibly return the unit to the charging station, press
the corresponding button in the mobile app, you will
hear a corresponding voice message and the robot will
return to the charging station.
Note: if you only need to clean one room, close the door
and the robot will clean the room. If there is no charging
station in the room, it will return to the starting point after
cleaning is finished.
Note: - after you switch the vacuum cleaner off, it will start
cleaning in the automatic mode when switched on again.
Automatic cleaning mode
• In automatic mode, the robot starts with a smart zigzag
cleaning route (Fig. 10), please do not move or control
it, otherwise the robot will restart the cleaning route and
start cleaning again.
• During the cleaning process, the robot can stop to
assess the remaining area or planning the further
route.
• The number of pauses and the time depends on the
complexity of the cleaning space.
• At the end of cleaning, the robot will stop and automati-
cally return to the charging station.
Note: if you need to clean only one room, close the door
and the robot will clean the room. If there is no charging
station in the room, it will return to the starting point after
cleaning is finished.
«Spot cleaning» cleaning mode
• In this mode the robot will clean the room moving in spi-
ral order around one spot (pic. 11).
• Place the robot in the desired location (the point of
maximum garbage concentration) and activate «Spot
Cleaning» mode via the mobile app, after selecting the
mode you will hear the corresponding voice message.
• This function is recommended to be used in the liv-
ing room or other room with the fewest number of
obstacles.
• At the end of cleaning, the robot will stop and automati-
cally return to the charging station.
«Along the wall» cleaning mode
• In this mode the robot will clean the room along the
walls (pic. 12).

• Activate «Along the wall» mode via the mobile app. At
the end of cleaning, the robot will stop and automati-
cally return to the charging station.
Temporary stop of the robot during cleaning (Pause)
• If during the operation of the robotic vacuum cleaner
you need to pause, press the corresponding button in
the mobile app.
• To continue cleaning, press the button of the current
cleaning mode again.
Notes: If the robot is switched on and no control buttons
are pressed during 5 minutes, it will automatically switch to
the sleep mode. The button (16) indicator will go out. In this
case press the button (16) of the robot once again to switch
back to the active mode.
Return of the robot to the charging station
• When the robot’s battery is discharged, the vacuum
cleaner will notify about it by voice message, after
which it will automatically return to the charging station.
• You can also forcibly send the vacuum cleaner to the
charging station by pressing the corresponding button
in the mobile app, you will hear the corresponding voice
message and the vacuum cleaner will perform the set
command (pic. 13).
Note:
• It is recommended to turn on the robot for the first
time from the charging station. It allows to decrease
the time necessary to find the charging station after
cleaning.
• Do not turn off the power to the charging station of
the robot during operation, since the algorithm pro-
vides for return to the charging station after cleaning
is completed.
• It is not recommended to change the location of the
charging station, this may lead to inaccuracies in the
operation of the navigation system.
• For the correct robot’s work and return to the charg-
ing station, it is necessary to ensure a free distance in
front of the charging station of at least 1.5 meters; on
the sides – at least 0.5 meters.
Wet cleaning mode
In this mode, the robot performs wet cleaning of the floor
using the attachment (30) with the microfiber cloth (29).
• Press the key (22) and remove the water tank (21) from
the robot body, then unplug it (31) and pour sufficient
amount of clean water into the tank, plug it (Fig. 14).
• Wet the microfiber cloth (29) and install it on the wet
floor cleaning attachment (30), then install the attach-
ment with the cloth on the water tank (21) and insert
the tank back into the robot body until it clicks (Fig. 15).
• Press the button (16) « » of the robot to switch the
wet cleaning mode on, you will hear the voice mes-
sage «Starting wet cleaning». To suspend the selected
mode, press the buttons again.
Warning:
–To extend the service life of the water tank, it is recom-
mended to use clean water or softened water.
–Please do not use the wet cleaning function on the
carpet.
–At the end of wet cleaning, clean the water tank.
–It is recommended to wash and dry the cloth from the
attachment (29) after each wet cleaning to prevent the
appearance of smell or mold.
–After 60 minutes of cleaning, it is recommended to clean
the cloth (29) to reduce water consumption.
–If you do not plan to carry out wet cleaning, it is neces-
sary to remove the attachment (30) from the robot.
Enabling Wi-Fi pairing mode
(Only to be used in accordance with the COOLFORT
mobile app instruction manual)
• Robot is connected to the charging station:
– press and hold the « » button (16) for more than
5 seconds – you will hear a sound notification and the
« » Wi-Fi indicator (15), as well as the « » button
indicator (16) will slowly begin to flicker.
• Robot is not connected to the charging station:
– switch the robot on by using the «I/O» power
switch (20);
– press and hold the button (16) « » more than
5 seconds, you will hear a voice message, and the
Wi-Fi indicator (15) « » and the button (16) indicator
« » will start blinking.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
(Thoroughly study the VACUUM CLEANER ASSEMBLY
section before cleaning)
Cleaning the dust bin
• Open the robot upper lid (12) and pull the dust bin (11)
by the handle (27) (fig. 16).
• Press the dust bin lid lock (26) and open the lid (25).
• Remove the dust and garbage (fig. 17) from the dust
bin (11).
• Remove the filter holder (23) and extract the HEPA
filter (24) from it (fig. 18).
• Clean the dust box lid and the fine mesh using a tis-
sue (fig. 19) and the cleaning brush (37), remove any
foreign objects from the valve (28).
• Wash the dust bin (11) with warm running water.
Clean the HEPA filter (24) using the cleaning brush
(37) while carefully tapping it against a hard surface
(fig. 20).
• Let the dust bin and filter components dry naturally
(fig. 21). Keep them dry in order to extend their ser-
vice life.
Turbo Brush cleaning
• Remove the turbo brush frame holder (8), by pressing
the locks and pulling them upwards, in the direction of
arrows in Fig. 22. Then remove the turbo brush (10)
from its socket. Cut the entangled around the Brush
hair and thread with scissors and remove it, using the
cleaning brush (37).
• Clean the brush from dust and wipe it with a clean,
slightly damp tissue.
• Wipe the brush socket, suction orifice of the robot,
frame guard, and turbo brush driving shaft with a
clean, slightly damp tissue.
• Reinstall the brush in the following manner:
– Install one end of the brush on the driving shaft in
careful wiggling motions.
– Lower the other end of the brush into the socket
and secure it with the frame guard.
– Make sure that the frame is properly secured.
Side brushes cleaning (fig. 23)
It is best to remove any hair entangled around the brushes
before cleaning.
• To remove the side brush (2, 5), pull it upwards by
its two straps.
• Cut any hair and thread entangled around the driving
shafts with scissors.
• Cut any hair and thread entangled around the side
brushes with scissors.
• Clean the brushes from dust and wipe them with a
clean, slightly damp tissue.

• Reinstall the side brushes, observing the color mark-
ings on the brushes and the driving shafts.
Cleaning the water tank (21) and the floor wet
cleaning accessory (9)
• Press the key (22) and pull the water tank (21) out of
the robot vacuum cleaner body (fig. 24).
• Remove the wet cleaning accessory (9) (fig. 25).
• Remove the microfiber cloth (29), by pulling in the
direction of the arrow, depicted in Fig. 26.
• Remove the plug (31) and drain any remaining water
from the water tank (21) (fig. 27).
• Wash the water tank (21) with warm running water,
then wipe it, and let it dry (fig. 28 and 29).
• Remove the filter guard screws at the bottom of the
water tank (21). Remove the Filter, wash it with warm
running water, let it dry, and reinstall it (fig. 30 and 31).
• Wash the microfiber cloth (29), under a warm water
stream, then let it dry naturally (fig. 32 and 33).
Robotic vacuum cleaner body
and charging station cleaning
• Clean and wipe the anti-drop sensors (1), located on the
lower part of the robot vacuum cleaner body (fig. 34).
• If you hear squeaking while the vacuum cleaner is
moving, clean the axis of its front wheel (fig. 35).
• Using a flat-head screwdriver, extract the front wheel
(4) from its socket and remove the metal axis. Remove
any hair and thread entangled around the axis. Using
the cleaning brush, clean the wheel socket and the
axis guards. Clear any dust and garbage off the wheel,
remove hair if it is present.
• Insert the wheel into the axis and reinstall it back into
its socket. Make sure that nothing hinders free rotation
of the wheel (4).
• Clear off any dust the battery charging contacts (3)
of the vacuum cleaner and the charging station con-
tacts (34) (fig. 36).
• Wipe the signal window (33) of the charging sta-
tion (32) (fig. 36).
• Wipe the bumper (13), keep the bumper clean, as it
hosts the movement sensors window (17) (fig. 37).
• Wipe the body of the vacuum cleaner with a clean,
slightly damp tissue, then wipe it dry.
• Do not submerge the vacuum cleaner body, charg-
ing station (32), power supply unit (36), power sup-
ply unit connector cable into water or any other
liquids. Make sure that no liquid enters the vacuum
cleaner body.
• Do not use solvents or abrasives for the cleaning of
the vacuum cleaner body, charging station, or the
power supply unit.
Removing battery
• Before you dispose of the vacuum cleaner, remove
the battery and submit it to the appropriate recycling
facility. Do not burn the vacuum cleaner, even if it
is badly damaged, without removing the battery to
avoid battery explosion.
• It is best to have the battery removed during pro-
longed periods of storage of the vacuum cleaner.
• Remove the two fastening screws of the battery lid (6)
and remove the lid.
• Extract the battery and extract the battery connector
from the socket inside the compartment.
• Reinstall the lid (6) and the fastening screws.
STORAGE
• Clean the vacuum cleaner, in accordance with the
«Cleaning and maintenance» section before pro-
longed periods of storage.
• Switch the robot off, using the «I/O» power
switch (20).
• Store in the original packaging.
• Keep the vacuum cleaner in a dry cool place unreach-
able by children or people with disabilities.
Troubleshooting
The robot will notify you of possible malfunctions using a light indicator and sound notifications.
