Before You Begin
As You Assemble the Unit
Layout and identify all of the included parts
The hardware has been packed according to size, separate them based on those sizes
Read the assembly instructions over once to familiarize yourself with them
Please note that in its unassembled state, this product contains parts that can be a
hazard to small children; it should be assembled by an adult.
Follow the steps in sequence
Before beginning each step, find the part(s) that you need for that step
Pay attention to the labeling on the parts, they are there to help direct you at certain stages
The title of each step states what you will be doing. Review the text and the pictures as you
build the unit.
After Assembly; Before Use
Remove the plastic film from the Whiteboard before writing on it
Clean the Whiteboard surface well with soapy water and then rinse clean; or clean the board
well with Soy Safe (Copernicus Product #AC405)
We recommend expo brand markers for all our whiteboards. Be sure to replace your
markers when needed.

Attach Stretchers to Middle Frame
Attach Stretchers to the top of the Middle Frame
- Fasten with 2 M6 40mm Bolts & Lock Washers
- Hand tighten only
Ensure that both short sides of the Stretchers are on the same side

Attach Side Frames and Pocket Charts
Ensure tub channels are facing inwards
Fasten Side Frame & Pocket Chart to the unit
- Bolts fit through top corner grommets in Pocket Chart
- Fasten with 2 M6 40mm Bolts & Lock Washers
- Hand tighten only
Repeat for other side

Attach Bottom Stretchers
Attach Stretchers to unit
- Bolts fit through bottom corner grommets in pocket chart
- Fasten with 6 M6 40mm Bolts & Lock Washers
- Hand tighten only
Ensure that both short sides of the Stretchers are on the same side

Attach Wire Shelf
Place the Wire Shelf over the Assembled unit
- Fasten with 2 M6 30mm Bolts, Lock Washers & Nuts
- Hand tighten only

Attach Top Shelf & Tighten Fasteners
Determine right side up of the Top Shelf
Position shelf on assembled unit, it fastens underneath the
curves of the Side Frames
- Fasten with 4 M6 30mm Bolts, Lock washers & nuts
- Hand tighten only
Tighten all fasteners on the unit (18 in total)
- Ensure that the unit is square, and level
- If not, check your steps, and make sure bolts are tight enough

Attach Big Book Rack
Align the wire racking with the holes in the Assembled unit
- Fasten with 4 M6 30mm Bolts, Lock Washers & Nuts
- Tighten bolts

Attach Casters
Push casters into the legs of the unit
- Casters will snap into place and should be secure

Fit Tabletop Easel to Cart
Assemble the Tabletop Easel according to the instructions found in its box
Place Easel onto the assembled unit
- The 4 rubber feet on the Easel register into holes in the Top Shelf
- Ensure that the unit is secure
