Today Corghi is presenting a tire changer
for car, SUV and light trucks wheels up to
30’’ whose name, ARTIGLIO 50, unmistak-
ably recalls the tradition and history of
the inventors of the idea of wheel serv-
icing equipment itself, incorporating the
“leva la leva” technology that has defini-
tively revolutionised the very concept of
working on tires and wheels in general.
With this machine, Corghi brings the
“leva la leva” technology into a previ-
ously unthinkable market and user cat-
egory, coming into direct competition
with the top-of-the-range conventional
tire changers, but with objectively supe-
rior technical characteristics.
The ARTIGLIO 50 is an evolution of the au-
tomatic tire changer featuring the “leva
la leva” technology. In other words, op-
eratives continue to use the usual proce-
dures, with no change to their routines,
but with absolutely none of the physical
effort and risk of damaging particularly
delicate or demanding rims and tires.
At the same time, working times on all
latest-generation wheels (from low pro-
file to all run flat types) are slashed. The
meticulous design of every single com-
ponent makes the ARTIGLIO 50 compact,
with highly ergonomic working heights
and control layouts, introducing new
standards such as the single-arm bead
breaker unit with 180° swing, or the
“Easy To Fit” concept for quick, effective
maintenance.
Yet another leap forward for a firm that
has been investing in its ideas, and bring-
ing them to fruition, for 50 years. Anoth-
er leap forward for those who have per-
fected their professional expertise with
our machines over these 50 years.
Corghi presenta hoy una desmontadora de
neumáticos para ruedas de vehículos, SUV
y vehículos comerciales de hasta 30”, cuyo
nombre -ARTIGLIO 50- evoca de manera ine-
quívoca la tradición y la historia de quién ha
inventado el servicio a la rueda, proponiendo
en sus contenidos aquella tecnología “Leva la
leva” que ya ha definitivamente revoluciona-
do el concepto mismo de intervención en el
neumático y en la rueda en general.
Gracias a este equipo, Corghi extiende la tec-
nología “Leva la leva” a un sector del mer-
cado y a un campo de uso inimaginables ha-
sta el día de hoy, poniéndose directamente
en competencia con los tops de gama de las
desmontadoras de neumáticos tradicionales,
pero con características técnicas objetivamen-
te superiores.
ARTIGLIO 50 representa una evolución de la
desmontadora de neumáticos automática
a la que se ha aplicado la tecnología “Leva
la leva”. En síntesis, ello significa que aún es
posible trabajar aplicando los procedimientos
habituales y manteniendo los movimientos
habituales, eliminando a la vez por comple-
to y definitivamente el cansancio físico y el
riesgo derivado de llantas y neumáticos que
han sido dañados -especialmente aquellos
delicados o difíciles- y reduciendo notable y
simultáneamente los tiempos de trabajo en
todos los tipos de ruedas de proyectación re-
ciente (desde los low profiles a todos los run
flats). Sucesivamente, la atenta proyectación
de cada uno de los componentes ha permiti-
do obtener un equipo de dimensiones redu-
cidas y ergonómico (gracias a las alturas de
trabajo y al posicionamiento de los mandos),
introduciendo nuevos estándares tales como
el grupo destalonador monobrazo giratorio
en la medida de 180° o el concepto “Easy To
Fit” para efectuar un mantenimiento rápido
y eficaz.
