DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

I.Follow points "a-b" of paragraph PS-EU
II.Unscrew screws 19 to remove optical pac-
kage 17 from heatsink 18
III.Replace all damaged optical package 17
with a new one
IV.Screw back screws 19 to attach the new
optical package to the heatsink 18, with a
torque of 2.7 Nm
V.Reconnect the socket to the plug of the
connectors 5 on the LED bar cables
For Control Authority (CA) LS-CA
1.Follow points "I-II" of paragraph LS-EU
2.Remove gasket 20 from cover 17.1
3.Remove components 17.2 and 17.3 to re-
move the LED bar 17.4

Disassembly Instructions

a.Remove frame 1 from housing 2
of the appliance, unscrewing
screws 4
b.Disconnect the socket from the
plug of connectors 5 on the LED
bar cables
c.Loosen the cable press 6 so as to
allow the outgoing cable to slide
d.Unscrew screws 7 to free power
supply unit 8 from the appliance
e.Disconnect the heads of the po-
wer cord from terminal block 9
(see section PS-AC)
f.Remove all power supply group 8
g.Replace power supply group 8
with a new one
h.Reconnect the heads of the po-
wer cord on terminal block 9 of
the new group 8
i. Screw 7 back to fix the new
group 8
j.Tighten the cable press 6 to lock
the outgoing cable
k.Reconnect the socket to the plug
of the connectors 5 on the LED
bar cables
l. Screw back 4 to fix the frame on
the appliance

B.Unscrew the ground screws 12
C.Unscrew screws 13 that attach metal plate 11 to lid 3
D.Unscrew screws 14 that attach driver 10 to plate 11
and remove driver 10
E. Disconnect the cables of the surge 15 and unscrew
its screws from plate 11; remove the surge 15
F.Detach module 16 from plate 11
