1.LED bars are not replaceable by the end user by construction; only a technical operator at the production site can re-
place these bars. In order not to compromise the functionality and performance of the luminaire, the light sources used
in it can be handled only in environments protected from possible contamination of dust and / or external chemical
agents and with safety measures to prevent possible electrostatic discharge caused by the handling of the same.The
connection of the light sources to the body of the luminaire is also made by means of double-sided thermo-conductive
which, if not properly installed, could cause incorrect thermal management of the light sources.
For Control Authority (CA) LS-CA
1.Follow points A - B - C of paragraph PS-CA
2.Unscrew the 2 screws of the optics 3
3.Remove gaskets 4
4.Unscrew screws 5 that fix LED bars 6 on housing 1
5.Remove LED bars 6 without damaging the thermal pad 7
and taking the utmost care not to bend or damage the
LED bars

Disassemby Instructions
Power Supply (PS)
For End User (EU)
PS-EU
a.Open the wiring compartment by unscrewing the two 8 screws
on the appliance door
b.Disconnect the cables from the LED bars from the driver's ter-
minal block 15
c.Disconnect the power cord connected to terminal block 9
d.Unscrew the ground screw 10 paying attention to the notched
washers
e.Unscrew the screws 11 that fix the metal plate 12 on door 13
f.Replace the old wiring plate with a new one
g.Screw screws 11 back on plate 12 and door 13 via a torque of
2.5 Nm
h.Screw 10 back on plate 12 and door 13 by reapplying the not-
ched washers, using a torque of 2.5 Nm
i. Reconnect the cables on driver terminal block 9 (see attached
wiring diagrams)
j.Close the door by tightening screws 8 to the torque of 2.5 Nm
For Control Authority (CA) PS-CA
A.Follow points "a-b-c" of paragraph PS-EU
B.Unscrew screws 14 that attach the driver to plate 12
C.Extract the driver
