DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Warning: Before opening the appliance, remove voltage from the mains line

Disassembly Instructions

Light Source (LS)

For end User (EU)

LS-EU

1.Follow the points: A - B - C - D of the instructions in

paragraph PS-CA

2.Unscrew in order the screws 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the

optical group

3.Remove optical unit 8 with heatsink 7, cutting the ca-

ble tie that blocks the cable and pulling the cable

through gasket 9

4.If damaged, remove gasket 9 and replace it with a new

one

5.Pass the cable of the new optical unit with heatsink

through gasket 9

6.Screw back in order the screws 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the

optical group with a torque of 2.8 Nm

7.Reconnect disconnected cables to points C and D of the

instructions in paragraph PS-CA

8.Restore the cable tie removed in step 3

9.Screw back 6 screws with a torque of 2 Nm

For Control Authority (CA)

LS -CA

i. Follow points 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 of the instructions in

paragraph LS -EU

ii.Unscrew the screws 10 between optical group 8

and heatsink 7

iii.Pass the cable through gasket 11

iv.Separate heatsink 7 from optical unit 8

Power Supply (PS)

For End User (EU)

PS-EU for SYS-A-##:

a.Follow the points: A - B - C - D of the instructions

in paragraph PS-CA

c.Disconnect the remaining cables connected to the

luminaire body if any (NEMA, Zhaga)

d.Separate the plug from the connector socket 12

e.Remove the wiring plate 13 by unscrewing the

screw 14

f.Insert the new plate into the joints and screw

back on 14

g.Reconnect the plug and socket of connector 12

h.Reconnect the disconnected cables at points "a"

and "b" (see attached wiring diagrams)

i. Lower the support rod 17 while holding the door

j.Close the door and screw the two tool free screws

to a torque of 2 Nm

SYS-A

Disassembly Instructions

Power Supply (PS)

For End User (EU)

PS-EU forSYS-B:

a.Follow the points: A - B - C - D of the instructions in para-

graph PS-CA

c.Disconnect the remaining cables connected to the luminaire

body if any (NEMA, Zhaga)

d.Hold the driver still and unscrew the fixing screws 19

e.Insert the new driver by screwing the fixing screws 19

f.Reconnect the disconnected cables at points "a" and "b" (see

attached wiring diagrams)

g.Lower the support rod 17 while holding the door up

h.Close the door and screw the 6 screws to a torque of 2 Nm

For Control Authority (CA) PS-CA

A.Unscrew 6 screws to open the wiring compartment

B.Secure the door with the appropriate support rod 17

C.Disconnect the ground cable from the LED bar on the

heatsink 7 from connector 15

D.Disconnect the line and neutral cables from the led plate on

the heatsink 7 from the driver terminal block 16 using a

screwdriver

E.Disconnect the remaining cables connected to the driver on

your terminal block 16 with a screwdriver

F.Hold the driver in place and unscrew fixing screws 18 (for

SYS-A-#) or 19 (for SYS-B-#)

G.Extract the driver
