General safety rules
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and
all instructions. Failure to follow the warn-
ings and instructions may result in electric
shock, re and / or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future refer-
ence.
The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your
mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operat-
ed (cordless) power tool�
Work area safety
•Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or
dark areas invite accidents�
•Do not operate power tools in explosive atmos-
pheres, such as in the presence of ammable liq-

uids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which
may ignite the dust or fumes�
•Keep children and bystanders away while oper-
ating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose
control�
Electrical safety
•Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never
modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter
plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Un-
modied plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk
of electric shock�
•Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded
surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded�
•Do not expose power tools to rain or wet condi-
tions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk
of electric shock�
•Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for
carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase
the risk of electric shock�
•When operating a power tool outdoors, use an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a
cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of elec-
tric shock�
•If operating a power tool in a damp location is
unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD)
protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk
of electric shock� NOTE! The term "residual current
device (RCD)" may be replaced by the term "ground
fault circuit interrupter (GFCI)" or "earth leakage circuit
breaker (ELCB)"�
•Warning! Never touch the exposed metal surfaces
on gearbox, shield, and so on because touching met-
al surfaces will be interfered with the electromagnetic
wave, thus causing potential injury or accidents�
Personal safety
•Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a power tool. Do
not use a power tool while you are tired or under
the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention while operating power tools may
result in serious personal injury�
•Use personal protective equipment. Always
wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as
dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing
protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce
personal injuries�
•Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the
switch is in the off-position before connecting to
power source and / or battery pack, picking up or
carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your n-
ger on the switch or energising power tools that have
the switch on invites accidents�
•Remove any adjusting key or wrench before
turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left at-
tached to a rotating part of the power tool may result
in personal injury�
•Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and bal-
ance at all times. This enables better control of the
power tool in unexpected situations�
•Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or
long hair can be caught in moving parts�
•If devices are provided for the connection of
dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure
these are connected and properly used. Use of dust
collection can reduce dust-related hazards�
•Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of
tools allow you to become complacent and ignore
tool safety principles� A careless action can cause
severe injury within a fraction of a second�
•Warning! Power tools can produces an electro-
magnetic eld during operation. This eld may under
some circumstances interfere with active or passive
medical implants� To reduce the risk of serious or fa-
tal injury, we recommend persons with medical im-
plants to consult their physician and the medical im-
plant manufacturer before operating this power tool�
Power tool use and care
•The persons with lowered psychophysical or men-
tal aptitudes as well as children can not operate the
power tool, if they are not supervised or instructed
about use of the power tool by a person responsible
for their safety�
•Do not force the power tool. Use the correct
power tool for your application� The correct power
tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which
it was designed�
•Do not use the power tool if the switch does not
turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be con-
trolled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired�
•Disconnect the plug from the power source and /
or the battery pack from the power tool before mak-
ing any adjustments, changing accessories, or
storing power tools� Such preventive safety measures
reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally�
•Store idle power tools out of the reach of chil-
dren and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the
power tool or these instructions to operate the
power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands
of untrained users�
•Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or
binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any
other condition that may affect the power tool’s op-
eration. If damaged, have the power tool repaired
before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools�
•Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are
less likely to bind and are easier to control�
•Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc.
in accordance with these instructions, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
from those intended could result in a hazardous situation�
•Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean
and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and
grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and
control of the tool in unexpected situations�
•Note that when you operate a power tool, please
hold the auxiliary handle correctly, which is helpful
when controlling the power tool� Therefore, proper
holding can reduce the risk of accidents or injuries�
Service
•Have your power tool serviced by a qualied
repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool
is maintained�
•Follow instruction for lubricating and changing ac-
cessories�

Special safety warnings
The term "disc" in the safety instructions
means a "diamond cutting disc" and a pair
of the cutting discs�
•The power tool is designed for cutting of solid min-
eral materials (for example, concrete, brickwork etc�)�
Do not use the power tool to cut any wood, plastic or
metal� The user must be responsible for any hazard
caused by improper use only� Carefully understand ac-
cident safety protection rules and safety instructions�
•The tool shall be used for dry operation only.
•Please hold insulating surface of the power tool dur-
ing operation since the cutting tool may contact hidden
line or built-in line� Contact with "live" line may make
metal part of the tool "electried", and cause electric
shock to the operator�
Please pay special attention to following
warnings for personal safety and tool
maintenance.
•Do not use any grinding disc�
•Do not use diamond cutting disc not conforming to
provisions of the manufacturer�
•Do not use damaged, deformed or cracked diamond
cutting disc�
•Do not work with the protective cover removed or
with the front cover removed�
•Do not turn on the power tool if the diamond cutting
discs are in contact with the workpiece�
•After the power tool has been turned off, it can be set
aside only after a full stop of the diamond cutting discs�
Do not try to slow down the rotation of the diamond cut-
ting discs by pressing them against any surface�
•Before replacing the diamond cutting disc, adjusting
the depth or width of the cutting, and also before ser-
vicing the power tool, remove the plug of the current-
carrying cable from the power outlet� Diamond cutting
discs should not rotate�
•For operation in the occasion where the diamond
cutting disc may cut the hidden line or built-in line,
hold the power tool through the insulated holding sur-
face� Contact of diamond cutting disc with live con-
ductor may make exposed metal parts of the power
tool electried and cause electric shock to the opera-
tor�
•For "blind cutting", be careful particularly when en-
tering the wall or other dead zone� The diamond cut-
ting disc may cut the gas pipe or water pipe, wire or
cause object on the rebound�
•Always keep your hands at a sufcient distance from
the cutting area and the diamond cutting discs� The
second hand must always hold the auxiliary handle�
•Always use diamond cutting discs of the proper size
and with the proper shape of the bore� If the bore of the
diamond cutting disc does not coincide with the clamp-
ing parts of the power tool, the lack of alignment will
lead to loss of control�
•Do not use fasteners for the diamond cutting discs
(anges, bolts, etc.) that are damaged, or fasteners of
the wrong size� This may cause loss of control of the
power tool�
•Please always wear the safety goggles and ear
muff�
•Please wear additional protective equipment for per-
sonal safety, such as protective gloves, solid footware,
safety helmet and work apron�
•Please do not touch the wire if the power wire is
damaged or cracked during operation, pull the plug im-
mediately, and do not use power tool with damaged
wire�
•Please put the wire behind the power tool during
operation�
•Check to see whether there is any concealed line or
pipeline within the range of operation with appropriate
detector, and request support from local construction
unit whenever necessary� Fire and electric shock may
be caused if the cable wire is cut through during opera-
tion� Damage to gas pipe may cause explosion� Cutting
off the water pipe may cause nancial loss and make the
power tool operator subject to electric shock accordingly�
•Hold the insulated handle to operate the power tool
when operating in a hidden place with buried wire�
Metal parts of the power tool may be electried in case
that the power tool is in contact with "live" cable, and
electric shock will be caused thereby�
•Install and use the diamond cutting discs as recom-
mended by the manufacturer�
•The permissible speed of the diamond cutting discs
must be not less than the idling speed of the power
tool�
•Before use, check the integrity of the diamond cut-
ting discs� Install the diamond cutting discs correctly�
Make sure that the diamond cutting discs do not rub
against any parts during operation� After installation,
turn on the power tool and let it idle for at least 30 sec-
onds� Do not use damaged or deformed diamond cut-
ting discs, as well as discs that have vibration or beat�
•Pay attention to the size of the diamond cutting
discs� The bore of the diamond cutting discs must ex-
actly match the shape and size of the ange.
•Handle the diamond cutting discs with care� Protect
them from shocks, jolts or grease�
•Do no process materials containing asbestos�
•Fix the workpiece� Clip the workpiece more safely
and steadily with xed tooling or bench screw.
•First turn on the power tool, then bring it to the sur-
face of the material for processing� Keep both hands
well away from rotating diamond cutting discs�
•Stop the power tool immediately if powerful rebound
is caused due to jamming of the diamond cutting disc
during operation�
•Turn off the power tool before putting it off� Do not
lay down the power tool until the diamond cutting discs
have come to a complete stop�
•Do not hand over the power tool to children for op-
eration�
•We can guarantee the power tool performance if
only using accessories specied for the power tool.
Kickback and related warnings
Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched or snagged
rotating diamond cutting disc� Pinching or snagging
causes rapid stalling of the rotating diamond cutting
disc which in turn causes the uncontrolled power tool
to be forced in the direction opposite of the diamond
cutting disc’s rotation at the point of the binding�
For example, if an diamond cutting disc is snagged or
pinched by the workpiece, the edge of the disc that is
entering into the pinch point can dig into the surface
of the material causing the disc to climb out or kick
out� The diamond cutting disc may either jump toward

or away from the operator, depending on direction of
the disc’s movement at the point of pinching� Abrasive
discs may also break under these conditions�
Kickback is the result of power tool misuse and / or in-
correct operating procedures or conditions and can be
avoided by taking proper precautions as given below�
•Maintain a rm grip on the power tool and po-
sition your body and arm to allow you to resist
kickback forces. Always use auxiliary handle, if
provided, for maximum control over kickback or
torque reaction during start-up. The operator can
control torque reactions or kickback forces, if proper
precautions are taken�
•Never place your hand near the rotating ac-
cessory. Accessory may kickback over your hand�
•Do not position your body in line with the ro-
tating diamond cutting disc. Kickback will propel
the power tool in direction opposite to the disc’s
movement at the point of snagging�
•Use special care when working corners,
sharp edges etc. Avoid bouncing and snagging
the diamond cutting disc. Corners, sharp edges
or bouncing have a tendency to snag the rotating
diamond cutting disc and cause loss of control or
kickback�
•Do not attach a saw chain, woodcarving blade,
segmented diamond disc with a peripheral gap
greater than 10 mm or toothed saw blade. Such
accessories create frequent kickback and loss of
control�
•Do not "jam" the diamond cutting disc or ap-
ply excessive pressure. Do not attempt to make
an excessive depth of cut. Overstressing the dia-
mond cutting disc increases the loading and suscep-
tibility to twisting or binding of the disc in the cut and
the possibility of kickback or disc breakage�
•When diamond cutting disc is binding or when
interrupting a cut for any reason, switch off the
power tool and hold the power tool motionless
until the disc comes to a complete stop. Never
attempt to remove the disc from the cut while the
disc is in motion otherwise kickback may occur.
Investigate and take corrective action to eliminate
the cause of disc binding�
•Do not restart the cutting operation in the
workpiece. Let the diamond cutting disc reach
full speed and carefully re-enter the cut. The disc
may bind, walk up or kickback if the power tool is
restarted in the workpiece�
•Support panels or any oversized workpiece
to minimize the risk of diamond cutting disc
pinching and kickback. Large workpieces tend
to sag under their own weight� Supports must be
placed under the workpiece near the line of cut and
near the edge of the workpiece on both sides of
the disc�
•Use extra caution when making a "pocket cut"
into existing walls or other blind areas. The pro-
truding disc may cut gas or water pipes, electrical
wiring or objects that can cause kickback�
Safety guidelines during power tool
operation
Cut-off machine safety warnings
•The guard provided with the power tool must be
securely attached to the power tool and positioned
for maximum safety, so the least amount of disc
is exposed towards the operator. Position yourself
and bystanders away from the plane of the rotating
disc. The guard helps to protect operator from broken
disc fragments and accidental contact with disc�
•Use only bonded reinforced or diamond cutting
disc for your power tool. Just because an accessory
can be attached to your power tool, it does not assure
safe operation�
•The nominal speed of the diamond cutting
discs must be no less than the maximum speed
indicated on the power tool. Otherwise, diamond
cutting discs may collapse and their fragments will y
apart�
•Use the diamond cutting discs only for their in-
tended purpose. For example, do not grind the part
with the side of the disc. The diamond cutting discs
are designed to work with their edge� The impact of
lateral forces may lead to their destruction�
•Always use undamaged disc anges that are of
correct diameter for your selected disc. Proper disc
anges support the disc thus reducing the possibility
of disc breakage�
•The outside diameter and the thickness of your
accessory must be within the capacity rating of
your power tool. Incorrectly sized accessories cannot
be adequately guarded or controlled�
•The arbour size of discs and anges must
properly t the spindle of the power tool. Discs
and anges with arbour holes that do not match the
mounting hardware of the power tool will out of bal-
ance, vibrate excessively and may cause loss of con-
trol�
•Do not use damaged discs. Before each use, in-
spect the discs for chips and cracks. power tool
or disc is dropped, inspect for damage or install
an undamaged disc. After inspecting and install-
ing the disc, position yourself and bystanders
away from the plane of the rotating disc and run
the power tool at maximum no load speed for one
minute. Damaged disc will normally break apart dur-
ing this test time�
•Wear personal protective equipment. Depend-
ing on application, use face shield, safety goggles
safety glasses. As appropriate, wear dust mask,
hearing protectors, gloves and shop apron capa-
ble of stopping small abrasive or workpiece frag-
ments. The eye protection must be capable of stop-
ping ying debris generated by various operations.
The dust mask or respirator must be capable of ltrat-
ing particles generated by your operation� Prolonged
exposure to high intensity noise may cause hearing
loss�
•Keep bystanders a safe distance away from
work area. Anyone entering the work area must
wear personal protective equipment. Fragments of
workpiece or of a broken disc may y away and cause
injury beyond immediate area of operation�
•Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfac-
es only, when performing an operation where the
diamond cutting disc may contact hidden wiring or
its own cord. Diamond cutting disc contacting a "live"
wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool
"live" and could give the operator electric shock�
•Position the cord clear of the spinning diamond
cutting disc. If you lose control, the cord may be cut
or snagged and your hand or arm may be pulled into
the spinning disc�

•Never lay the power tool down until the diamond
cutting disc has come to a complete stop. The spin-
ning disc may grab the surface and pull the power tool
out of your control�
•Do not run the power tool while carrying it at
your side. Accidental contact with the spinning dia-
mond cutting disc could snag your clothing, pulling the
disc into your body�
•Do not operate the power tool near ammable
materials. Sparks could ignite these materials�
•Do not use diamond cutting disc that require liq-
uid coolants. Using water or other liquid coolants may
result in electrocution or shock�
•Avoid stopping the power tool motor when under
load�
•Avoid overheating your power tool, when using it for
a long time�
•Never operate the power tool over your head level�
•During operation, the diamond cutting discs become
very hot� Do not touch them before they cool�
•If, during operation, the power supply is suddenly
interrupted, to avoid accidental switching on of the
power tool, immediately put the on / off switch to the
off position�
•It is strictly forbidden to slow down the rundown of
the diamond cutting discs using a spindle lock or by
applying force to the lateral surface of the discs� Using
the spindle lock for this purpose will put the power tool
out of action and deprive you of the right to warranty
service�
Caution! Be careful when cutting slots
in load-bearing walls. DIN 1053 part 1 or
country-specic regulations apply to the
slots in the load-bearing walls.
These regulations must be complied with. Before
starting work, consult a responsible static special-
ist, architect or foreman.
Warning: the chemical substances con-
tained in dust generated in sanding, cut-
ting, sawing, grinding, drilling and other
construction industry activities may result
in cancer, congenital deciency or be harmful to
the fertility. The ion of some chemical substances
shall be:
•Before any repair and replacement work to the ma-
chine, the power plug must be pulled out rstly.
•The transparent two silicon oxide and other ma-
sonry products in the wall bricks and cement; the
chromium arsenic (CCA) in wood with chemical treat-
ment� The harm degree of these substances shall
depend on the frequent degree of you carrying out
these works� If you want to reduce the contact with
these chemical substances, please work in the place
with ventilation and you shall use the appliances with
safety certicates (such as the dust mask designed
with tiny dust lter).
Notice the power voltage: in power connection, you
must conrm that if the power voltage is the same to
the voltage marked in the tool’s data plate� If the power
voltage is higher than the appropriate voltage, the acci-
dents will be resulted to the operators, and at the same
time, the tool will be destroyed� Therefore, if the power
voltage has not been conrmed, then you shall never
plug in arbitrarily� On the contrary, when the power
voltage is lower than the required voltage, the motor
will be damaged�

Not all of the accessories illustrated or described
are included as standard delivery.
Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread�
Additional handle (see g. 1)
Always use the additional handle 11 when operating�
Fig� 1 shows the steps for mounting / dismounting an
additional handle 11�
Installation / replacement of the diamond cutting
discs, setting the width of the cut slot (see g. 2-8)
Note: always replace the diamond cutting
discs in pairs. Do not use old and new
diamond cutting discs at the same time.
After installing the diamond cutting
discs, before starting work, perform a
test run: turn on the power tool and let
it work at idle for at least 30 seconds. It
is prohibited to use the diamond cutting discs with
a beat or causing increased vibration of the power
tool.
When used for a long time, the diamond
cutting discs can become very hot; remove
them having gloves put on your hands.
Complete disassembly (see g. 2-4, 8)
Figures 2-4 show the process of complete
disassembly. In this case, the front cover 26 is
removed and full access to all parts and the space
inside the protective casing 7 is provided. This
allows thorough cleaning of all parts, as well as
monitoring their condition.

•Unscrew the wing screw 14, remove the nut 23 and
the pointer 24, and then move the base plate 16 (see
g. 2.1).
•Remove the bolts 25 with a Allen key with handle 21
and remove the front cover 26 (see. g. 2.2).
•Press and hold the spindle lock 2, then with the
ange wrench 20 unscrew the external ange 27 (see�
g. 3.1). Note: the external ange 27 has a left-hand
thread.
•If during the operation, the external ange 27 has got
too tight, it is recommended to use a Allen key 19 (see
g. 3.2) to hold the spindle 28� Insert the Allen key 19 into
the axial hole of the spindle 28 and holding it in the xed
position, unscrew the external ange 27 with the ange
wrench 20 (see. g. 3.2). Note: the external ange 27
has a left-hand thread.
•Remove from the spindle 28: diamond cutting
disc 18, distance washers 29, diamond cutting disc 18
and internal ange 30 (see. g. 4).
•Clean all parts with a soft brush and install on the

•When installing parts on the spindle 28, you can
change the width of the cut slot by changing the quan-
tity of the distance washers 29 installed between the
diamond cutting discs 18 (see g. 8).
Attention! observe the following rules during in-
stallation:
•follow the mounting sequence (see g. 4, 8);
•do not allow distortion of the parts during instal-
lation;
•when installing the diamond cutting discs 18,
make sure that the diameter of their bores corre-
sponds to the diameter of the neck of the internal
ange 30;
•the direction of the arrow on the diamond cutting
discs 18 must always coincide with the direction of
the arrow on the front cover 26;
•Note: regardless of the width of the cut slot, al-
ways install all distance plates 29 (only the order
of their installation changes), otherwise xing of
the diamond cutting discs 18 will not be ensured;
•at least one distance washer 29 must always be
installed between the diamond cutting discs 18�
•Holding the spindle 28 in the xed position, using
one of the methods described above, tighten the ex-
ternal ange 27 with the help of the ange wrench 20
(see g. 3).
•Install the front cover 26 and tighten the bolts 25 with
the Allen key with handle 21 (see. g. 2.2).
•Return the base plate 16 to its initial position, set the
pointer 24, the nut 23 and screw in the wing screw 14
(see g. 2.1).
Incomplete disassembly (see g. 5-7, 8)
Figures 5-7 show the process of incomplete dis-
assembly. In this case, the front cover 26 is not
removed, and all assembly operations are carried
out through a special hole in the front cover 26.
This speeds up the process of replacing the dia-
mond cutting discs 18, as well as setting the width
of the cut slot.
•Unscrew the wing screw 14, remove the nut 23 and
the pointer 24, and then move the base plate 16 (see
g. 5.1).
•Loosen the wing screw 12 and move the cover 13
upwards, as shown in gure 5.2.
•Press and hold the spindle lock 2, then with the ange
wrench 20 unscrew the external ange 27 (see. g. 6.1).
Note: the external ange 27 has a left-hand thread.
•If during the operation, the external ange 27 has got
too tight, it is recommended to use a Allen key 19 (see
g. 6.2) to hold the spindle 28� Insert the Allen key 19 into
the axial hole of the spindle 28 and holding it in the xed
position, unscrew the external ange 27 with the ange
wrench 20 (see. g. 6.2). Note: the external ange 27
has a left-hand thread.
•Remove from the spindle 28: diamond cutting
disc 18, distance washers 29, diamond cutting disc 18
and internal ange 30 (see. g. 7).
•Clean all parts with a soft brush and install on the
spindle 28: internal ange 30, diamond cutting disc 18,
distance washers 29, diamond cutting disc 18� Screw
by hand the external ange 27 onto the threaded end
of the spindle 28�
•When installing parts on the spindle 28, you can

Dust suction during the power tool
operation
Dust suction allows reducing dust concen-
tration in the air and prevents its accumu-
lation at the workplace� While operating the
power tool, always use a vacuum cleaner
suitable for collecting process-generated dust� Vacuum
cleaner can be connected to the adapter 4(a special
adapter may be required)�
Recommendations on the power tool
operation
Setting the slot depth (see g. 9)
Before starting the work, adjust the slot depth�
•Loosen the wing screw 14 (see g. 9).
•Set the desired cutting depth by raising or lowering
the body of the power tool� The set value of the slot
cutting depth is indicated by the pointer 24 on the
scale 15�
•Tighten the wing screw 14�
General operational recommendations (see g. 10-13)
The performance and quality of the cut
depends on the type of the diamond cut-
ting discs, so choose them correctly de-
pending on the material being processed
and the type of work.
•Adjust the slot width and depth as described above�
•Connect the power tool to a proper dust extraction
device�
•Place the back of the base plate 16 on the surface to
be treated so that the diamond cutting discs 18 do not
touch the surface (see g. 10.1).
•Turn on the power tool, wait until the motor reaches
its maximum speed, and gently lower the power tool
until the base plate 16 adheres to the surface to be
treated with the entire plane, then start moving the
power tool (see g. 10.2).
•Note: cutting should always be carried out in the
direction shown in gure 11. When cutting in the op-
posite direction, there is a danger of uncontrolled ejec-
tion of the power tool from the cut towards the user,
which can lead to serious injuries�
•Do not move the power tool too quickly� It takes
time to complete the operation� Excessive force when
moving will not give the best results, but will overload
the motor of the power tool, and the diamond cutting
discs 18 will wear out faster�
•Move the power tool along the cutting line without
distorting and without making oscillatory and jerky
movements� Make sure that roller 5rolls over the treat-
ed surface� This will facilitate the work�
•When cutting horizontal or inclined grooves, you
may make guides that are attached to the treated sur-
face� Move the power tool, resting the side surface of
the base plate 16 on the guide (see g. 12). This will
facilitate the work�
•After making the cut, remove residual material from
the slot using the break-out tool 22 (see g. 13).
•When making openings in the walls, make cuts
along the contour of the opening, setting the maximum
depth of the slot� Remove residual material from the
groove with a perforator� This will speed up the work,
and the contour of the opening will be smooth without
chipping�
•After the work has been completed, remove the dia-
mond cutting discs 18 from the cuts and turn off the
power tool� Wait until the diamond cutting discs 18 are
completely stopped and only then put off the power
tool�
•Turn on the power tool before the diamond cutting
disc 18 touches the workpiece� Wait until the diamond
cutting disc 18 has reached its maximum speed�
Note: the adapter for the vacuum clean-
er 4, as well as the diamond cutting
discs 18, get very hot during operation;
do not touch them until they cool down.
Special aspects of using the diamond cutting
discs
•When cutting particularly hard materials, such as
concrete with a high content of gravel, stone, etc�, the
diamond cutting discs 18 can overheat and fail� It is
indicated by the appearance of ring sparks rotating
along with diamond cutting discs 18�
•In this case, remove the power tool from the cut and
let it idle at low speed to allow the diamond cutting
discs 18 to cool�
•A noticeable decrease in performance and rotat-
ing ring sparks indicate that the diamond cutting
discs 18 have become dull� You can try sharpen-
ing them by making a few short cuts in an abrasive
material (for example, in silicate brick)� If this does
not work, the diamond cutting discs 18 must be
replaced�
Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean� Regularly
ush the power tool with compressed air thought the

explosivas, como en presencia de líquidos ina-
mables, gases o polvo. Las herramientas eléctricas

•No trabajar sin la cubierta protectora colocada o sin
la cubierta frontal colocada�
•No encender la herramienta eléctrica si los discos
de corte de diamante están en contacto con la pieza
de trabajo�
•Después de haberse apagado la herramienta eléc-
trica, se puede apartar solo después de la detención
total de los discos de corte de diamante� No intentar
aminorar la rotación de los discos de corte de diaman-
te al presionarlos contra la supercie.
•Antes de reemplazar el disco de corte de diaman-
te, ajustar la profundidad o ancho del corte y también
antes de realizar mantenimiento a la herramienta eléc-
trica, remover el conector del cable de corriente del
tomacorriente� No deben girar los discos de corte de
diamante�
•Para el funcionamiento cuando el disco de corte
de diamante pueda cortar la línea oculta o integrada,
mantenga la herramienta eléctrica a través de la su-
percie aislante. El contacto del disco de corte de dia-
mante con el conductor en vivo puede electricar las
partes metálicas expuestas de la herramienta eléctrica
y causarle descargas eléctricas al operario�
•Para cortes "a ciegas", tenga cuidado particular-
mente cuando ingrese a la pared u otra zona muerta�
El disco de corte de diamante puede cortar la tubería
de gas o de agua, cables o causar que los objetos
hagan un rebote�
•Siempre mantenga las manos a suciente distancia
del área de corte y de los discos de corte de diaman-
te� La segunda mano siempre debe sostener la manija
auxiliar�
•Siempre use discos de corte de diamante del tama-
ño adecuado y con la forma correcta del cilindro� Si el
cilindro del disco de corte de diamante no coincide con
las piezas de abrazadera de la herramienta eléctrica,
la falta de alineación provocará una pérdida de control.
•No use sujetadores para los discos de corte de dia-
mante (bridas, pernos, etc�) si están dañados o tienen
el tamaño incorrecto� Esto puede causar la pérdida de
control de la herramienta eléctrica�
•Siempre use gafas de seguridad y protección en los
oídos�
•Use equipo de protección adicional para seguridad
personal, como guantes de protección, calzado sólido,
casco de seguridad y delantal de trabajo�
•No toque el cable si se dañó o agrietó el cable eléc-
trico durante la operación, quite el enchufe de inme-
diato y no use la herramienta eléctrica con el cable
dañado�
•Coloque el cable detrás de la herramienta eléctrica
durante la operación.
