CRU products under warranty, but beyond 30 days of the original pur-
chasedate,aresubjectto repaironly.To returnproduct(s)after 30days,
pleasefollowtheguidelinesbelow,inadditionto the general RMA guide-
lines described above in the “Material Return” section.
Priortoreturning defective product(s), contact a CRU Technical Support
Specialist for problem analysis and replacement approval at 800-260-
9800.
Defectiveproduct(s)mustbesentfreightpre-paidandinsuredbythe
requestor.
Repair replacement product(s) will be return shipped from CRU, freight
pre-paidand insured by CRU,withinthree to seven business daysof
receipt(dependingonquantity &repair type). Pleaseallow sufficient
shippingtimetoandfromlocations;allowthree business days for repair.
CRU ships all repairs via standard UPS ground unless otherwise agreed
to when the RMA is issued.

Material Return:
Anyproduct beingreturnedto CRU,eitherby adistributor,dealer oran
end user, for repair or replacement must be accompanied by a Return
MaterialAuthorization(RMA) number, which must be obtained by contact-
ing CRU’s Customer Service Department at 800-260-9800.
Please have these items available when requesting an RMA:
CRUPart Number(s),andyour return“ShipTo” Address.
IMPORTANT: Returned material must be properly packed to
avoid in-transit damage. Damage to CRU products due to
improper packaging will not be covered by this warranty.
Productreturn packages must belabeledon the outside of thebox

CRU will apply its warranty policy and issue RMA numbers based on a
review of the specific circumstances of each request. CRU will, at its sole
discretion, determine if a product is valid for return to CRU or if another
remedy is applicable.
Actual credit or refund for any item returned to CRU will only be applied
once the item has been received by CRU and approved to adhere to
CRU’s Warranty and RMA policies.
RMAproduct(s)senttoCRU must be received within 30 days of the
originalRMAissuedate. Allproducts on each RMA must be shipped
together. Prior to returning defective product(s), contact a CRU Technical
SupportSpecialist for problemanalysis and replacementapprovalat 800-
