Installation
Step 1. Step 2. Connect two LAN cables and power cable to the POE injector.
Connect one LAN cable to the equipment(yellow) and another LAN cable to the PC(white).
Connect the power cable to an outlet.

Operation
1. Preparation(Cell/Device)
Step 2.Select various vessel type
Before starting experiments, place Celloger Mini Plus in an incubator for
prewarming. (more than 30mins)
Prepare pre-warmed medium and cells on a plate.
Press Preview to display the current position.
2. Vessel Setting

*You can customize the vessel type according to product brand and set all centers at
once or select multiple points each well

Move to the desired position using Manual or arrows in X-Y-Z Control Panel.
After setting Auto Focus option in Default, designate position in Set
Position. Auto Focus in Properties below is automatically set as the option
selected in Default. (It is marked in red box.)
When changing focus and Auto Focus option to another setting apart from
Default, select the position you want to change in Scan Table and press
button in BF Focus and choose Auto Focus option to change it.
After changing them, press Apply All.
To scan fluorescence, select checkbox under FL Focus Offset. Set the
fluorescence focus and press button. After focusing it, press Apply All.

4. Time setting & Time-lapse imaging ①
Enter interval time and total running time in the schedule, the total
cycle is entered automatically.
