II. Preparation

Preparation
Take Cellpuri out of the box.
Tear the edge of individual package and remove Cellpuri from the cover.
* Ensure that Cellpuri is facing upward when placed on the table.
Load the luer-lock syringe with desired volume (2~10 ml) of cell suspension.
* Cell concentration less than 5×105cells/ml is recommended.
Insert the syringe tip into the inlet of Cellpuri and turn clockwise to connect.
Place pre-loaded Cellpuri on the chip holder.

STEP1. Put the syringe pump in the clean bench.

STEP2. Connect the power cable to the pump.
STEP3. Turn on the power switch.
STEP4. Check if the operation button lights up in blue.

III. Operation
Place the pre-loaded Cellpuri on the chip holder.
Press the operation button once.
* Emergency Stop
Press the operation button once to stop (during operation)
* Return to start
Pressing the operation button in the Stop state returns to the initial
position
* Error
When an error occurs during operation, the pump will stop automatically
Eg: When loading a high concentration sample
Wait for the pusher to fully go down and return to initial position.
Gently mix and take the enriched cells from the outlet using a pipette.
Dispose the chip and syringe after use.

IV.Warnings & precautions
- Do not store at extreme temperature and humidity.
- Keep the product at a room temperature between 1 ~ 30 °C and
relative humidity.
- Keep the product in the original box to protect from light
and physical damage.
- Cellpuri can be easily damaged by external shock.
Be careful not to drop the product.
Storing Cellpuri
Warnings & Precautions
- Cellpuri is a single-use, sterilized product. Do not reuse.
- Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
- Read the instructions carefully before use.
- Use immediately after opening the package.
- Make sure that the product is facing upward and placed
on a flat rigid surface.
- Do not add any solution other than cell suspension.
-Be careful of product’s sharp edges.
Using Cellpuri
- Operate the device following the operating condition.
-Ensure the voltage matches with the device’s power supply voltage.
- Check if the power cable is properly grounded to avoid
potential electric shock.
- Use only the components provided and authorized by Curiosis Inc.
- Do not disassemble the device and contact an authorized service
center if required.
