Step 4 - Wheel Installation
There are 3 different ways you can have your wheels set up on your Incinerator
Multi. Using two wheels will reduce the manoeuvrability of the Incinerator multi,
however it will increase stability. You may want to use one set up or the other at
different times or in different situations.
1. ONE WHEEL –Insert the Axle bolt (J) though the hole in the middle of one
of the wheels (E), then slide wheel and Axle bolt through the hole on the
Main frame / Gas Bottle Attachment. Make sure the wheel is on the side
where the Gas bottle holder is.
Do up the nut, ensure that you don’t over tighten the nut and bolt as this
will cause unnecessary drag and wear the bearings.
Spin the wheel to check that it spins freely but there is no free play. You
will have more of Axle bolt (J) sticking out, this is for if you were to install
the second wheel.

the hole on the Main frame / Gas Bottle Attachment. Now slide the extra
wheel onto Axle Bolt (J) (the extra bit sticking out).
Do up the nut ensure that you don’t over tighten the nut and bolt as this
will cause unnecessary drag and wear the bearings.
Spin the wheel to check that spins freely but there is no free play.

3. TWO WHEELS (with longer axle) –Insert the Axle bolt (J) though the hole
in the middle of one of the wheels (E), then slide wheel and Axle bolt
through the hole on the Main frame / Gas Bottle Attachment.
Screw the Longer Axle (K) to the Axle bolt (J) that is already attached to
the main frame.
Take the second Axle Bolt (J) slide that through the second wheel (E) and
screw onto the other end of longer axle bolt (K).
Do up the nut ensure that you don’t over tighten the nut and bolt as this
will cause unnecessary drag and wear the bearings.
Spin the wheel to check that spins freely but there is no free play.

If you are using the “One Wheel” or “Two wheels - Side by Side” set up and you
would like to leave the Incinerator Multi standing by itself, you may need to
balance the Incinerator Multi by Adjusting the Flame Head.
Adjust the Flame Head (D) back in towards the gas bottle (as per the arrow) to
find the right balance and stabilise the machine so that it will stand by itself. You
might need to re-adjust this repeatedly as the gas bottle becomes emptier and
weighs less.
For pictures of each set up standing by itself see page 16.
CAUTION! Adjustment of the Flame Head (D) must always be done
while the flame is OFF. This should be before starting your
Incinerator Multi or when the Flame Head has had enough time to
cool off after using it.

If using thread sealant, make sure you wait the recommended
drying time as per sealant instructions.
Turn on gas at LPG bottle and listen for any gas leaks, test for leaks
by applying a mixture of water and liquid soap using a spray bottle.
If the connections bubble, you have a leak and must not use the
equipment. Make sure all connections are tight and repeat above
steps. If leak continues contact a registered gas fitter.

Operating Instructions
Step 1 –Adjustments
Take your Incinerator Multi to the intended area of use. Plan where and how you
are you going to use the Incinerator Multi so you can decide what adjustments to
make.
Make sure that the Handle is on a setting that is comfortable for you and that both
the horizontal and vertical angle of the Flame Head are adjusted to suit the
requirements according to the width of the area you want to flame weed and to
the height of the weeds etc. (e.g., Walking path, fence line or full garden bed).
This is important because once the Incinerator Multi is in use, it would be incredibly
hot to touch or adjust. You won’t be able to adjust the Flame Head again until it
cools down.
We recommend that you wheel around your Incinerator Multi for a bit before you
light it to make sure you are comfortable with the settings/adjustments.
Once you are experienced at operating it, this step will be a lot quicker, please
remember that to change adjustments once you have lit the Incinerator Multi, you
will need to wait for it to cool down due to the temperature of the machine once
it is lit.
DANGER
THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT INVOLVES OPEN FLAME, HIGH
TEMPERATURES AND LPG GAS. FOLLOW ALL SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS MANUAL.

Step 2 –Lighting the Incinerator Multi
We recommend the use of safety gloves and eye protection for this stage.
Rest the Handle on the ground ensuring that the handle is on an even surface.
Take your flint lighter (G) and open the gas bottle slightly (till you hear the gas
escaping from the Flame Head (D).
Reach over carefully and light the Flame Head (D). Once lit you can lift the handle
up from the ground and you can adjust the flame by opening the gas more.
When initially opening the gas bottle valve on the incinerator Multi, be ready to
light the burner with the accompanying flint lighter immediately. Never allow
prolonged LPG to flow to the unignited burner.
If there has been excess unburned LPG flow, close the valve, move your unit away
from where you are and make sure you have allowed ample time for the LPG to
dissipate before re attempting to ignite the burner.
D

Hand-E | 2022 MODEL
P a g e | 19
Step 3 –Operating the Incinerator Multi
If you smell gas, shut off the LPG bottle to the device extinguish any open flame.
Check the device for any leaks using the soap and water solution. Do not attempt
to re light the device until leaks are repaired and there is no gas smell.
Opening the gas bottle more will increase the flame significantly, so adjust
carefully.
Once you have the flame set at the right intensity, walk along the path of weeds
you wish to burn. To decrease the flame, turn down the gas using the gas valve
on the bottle.
“On the Go”adjustments can be made if you wish to
change the horizontal angle of the Flame Head, to adjust
to a different area while in use, (e.g. from flame weeding
a path to a fence line).
You can make the adjustment by tilting the
unconnected end of the Flame Head (D) onto the
ground and pushing/pulling the Handle (C) the
opposite direction you want the Flame Head (D).
Watch Incinerator Multi Short Operation Demo or scan QR code
for a practical demonstration.
Do not touch the Flame Head even with gloves on to make these
adjustments, as there is still a lit flame and gloves/clothing may catch fire.
