Preparation Panomera® S4/8
Push down the locking pin of the locking ring.
Remove the locking ring.
Loosen the screws of the Mountera® Plug.

Remove the Mountera® Plug.
Loosen the screw of the cover system
on the back of the housing.
Pull the cover system back and press
the guide rails together.

Remove the cover system from the housing.
Loosen and remove the screws of the
housing cover.
Lift o the housing cover.

Remove the three sealing rubbers.
Insert the two air pressure valves at the
connection points and tighten them.
Insert the coupling valve and tighten it.
ATTENTION:
Place and tighten vertically to avoid
damage to the thread.

Insert both air hoses firmly into the
valve openings.
ATTENTION:
Test the connection with a light pull. If the
connections are too lightly inserted, air may
escape into the housing.
Place the sealing ring on the screw of the
compressed air coupling.
ATTENTION:
The rubber nose of the sealing ring
should rest on the two cable valves.
Put the camera cover back on the camera
and tighten the screws.

Put the Mountera® Plug back in place
and tighten the screws with a Torque
wrench fixed to 14.4 Nm.
Reinsert the locking ring and
let it snap into place.
Mount the cover system on the
housing and tighten the screw.
Insert and tighten the air coupling valve
for the air hose to the compressor.
NOTE:
Select the angle valve or vertical valve that
you want to use on site for the connection.
