FONC IONNEMEN
• Ouverture par pression sur le volant-poussoir.
• Sélection de température par rotation du volant-poussoir.
• Fermeture automatique temporisée à ~20 secondes pour les lavabos et ~30 secondes pour les douches
(+5/-10 à 3 bar selon la norme européenne EN-NF 816).
INS ALLA ION
• Ne jamais enlever les clapets anti-retour (fig. , ) incorporés dans les arrivées d'eau (indispensables).
• Monter les joints filtres  (fig. , ) fournis, dans le sens indiqué sur le dessin. Ils servent à protéger
les clapets anti-retour.
• Alimenter en eau froide et en eau chaude à 60°C maximum, en équilibrant les pressions (∆P < 1 bar).
Pression d'alimentation : 10 bar maximum (recommandée : 1 à 5 bar dynamique). Veiller à ne pas pincer
les flexibles (fig. ).
Modèle mural pour lavabo
• Utiliser les raccords équerre DELABIE réf. 836020 ou 838020 pour pose à l’entraxe de 150 mm.
Modèle sur plage pour lavabo
• Diamètre de perçage 34 mm.
• Monter le corps du mitigeur sur le lavabo et bloquer les écrous  (fig. ) sur la bride de fixation.
• Prévoir une étanchéité adaptée entre la robinetterie et le plan de travail en fonction du support de pose.
Modèle encastré pour douche (fig. )
• Réaliser une réservation murale de dimensions : 130 x 110 mm, profondeur 55 à 75 mm (réglable).
• Fixer les raccords sur le boîtier à l'aide des contre-écrous et positionner le mitigeur à la
profondeur souhaitée.
• Retirer le mitigeur. Braser les arrivées d'eau chaude, d'eau froide et départ de douche sur du tube cuivre
Ø14 ou Ø15 suivant modèle.
• Sceller l'ensemble boîtier  et raccords brasés.
• Raccorder le mitigeur sur les raccords avec des écrous F3/4".
• Placer la rosace ou la plaque Inox en butée sur le mur en intercalant le joint mousse, la fente orientée vers le bas :
- Visser et bloquer la rosace ø 195 avec la vis à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 2,5 mm ;
- Ou visser la plaque inox 160x160 ou 300x300 avec les 4 vis 4x35 fournies.
• Modèle avec plaque Inox : placer du joint silicone à l’arrière de la plaque pour assurer l’étanchéité entre la
plaque Inox et le mur. Laisser une fente en bas afin de faciliter l’évacuation de l’eau résiduelle.

Modèle apparent pour douche
• Positionner le kit afin que la pomme de douche se trouve à 2,10 m de hauteur par rapport au sol.
• Alimentation encastrée : utiliser les raccords équerre DELABIE réf. 836020 ou 838020 pour pose à
l’entraxe 150 mm.
• Alimentation apparente : utiliser la rosace murale renforcée DELABIE réf. 824800 pour un montage
inarrachable, par 4 points de fixation.
Modèle sur panneau de douche
• Percer le panneau Ø 56 (réf. 790970) ou Ø 62 (réf. 790975).
• Dévisser la rosace.
• Monter le mitigeur sur le panneau, revisser la rosace.
• Serrer les 3 vis à l’aide d’une clé Allen de 3 mm.
REGLAGE DU DEBI
Le débit est pré-réglé d’usine à 3 l./mn (sous 3 bar) pour les lavabos, 12 l./mn (sous 3 bar) pour les douches.
• Pour les lavabos le réglage du débit se fait directement sur
le brise-jet à débit réglable à l’aide d’une clé Allen de 2,5 mm :
- Cran n°1 = 3 l./mn (sous 3 bar).
- Cran n°2 = 4 l./mn (sous 3 bar).
- Cran n°3 = 5 l./mn (sous 3 bar).
• Pour les lavabos dans le cas d’un remplacement du brise-jet à débit réglable par un aérateur ou
un brise-jet standard et pour les douches, le débit peut être ajusté de la manière suivante, sans
couper l'eau, ni démonter le mécanisme (fig. ) :
- Dévisser la pastille centrale à l'aide d'une pince à circlips.
- Insérer une clé Allen de 3 mm dans le centre du volant-poussoir. Lancer l’écoulement et tourner la clé
afin d’obtenir le jet d’eau optimal.
- Revisser ensuite la pastille centrale .
• Les kits de douche équipés de la pomme de douche ONIC-JE , ROUND ou GYM ne nécessitent
aucun réglage, le débit de la pomme de douche est limité à 6l./mn par régulateur de débit incorporé.
LIMI A ION DE EMPERA URE MAXI
Ce mitigeur est livré en position "sans limitation de température". Il est conseillé de limiter la température
maximale pour certains utilisateurs (enfants, personnes âgées, …).
• Tourner le volant-poussoir  vers la butée d’eau chaude et vérifier la température (50°C maximum) (fig. ).
• Dévisser pastille et vis centrale et soulevez le volant-poussoir  pour accéder à la bague de réglage
comportant la butée de température  (fig. ).
• La position de la bague permet de limiter la température à la sortie du mitigeur : déclipser la bague et la
repositionner (crans de 15°) en vérifiant la température de sortie maximale du TEMPOMIX (fig. ).
A EN ION : Ne jamais retirer la bague de réglage.
RAPPEL
• Nos robinetteries doivent être installées par des installateurs professionnels en respectant les
réglementations en vigueur, les prescriptions des bureaux d’études fluides et règles de l’art.
• Respecter le diamètre des tuyauteries permet d'éviter les coups de bélier ou pertes de pression/débit.

• Protéger l'installation avec des filtres, antibéliers ou réducteurs de pression diminue la fréquence
d'entretien. (Pression conseillée : 1 à 5 bar).

• Poser des vannes d'arrêt à proximité des robinets facilite les interventions de maintenance.
• Les canalisations, robinets d’arrêt, de puisage et tout appareil sanitaire doivent être vérifiés aussi
souvent que nécessaire et au moins une fois par an.
EN RE IEN & NE OYAGE
• Nettoyage du chrome :
N’utilisez jamais d'abrasifs ou tout autre produit à base de chlore ou d'acide. Nettoyez à l’eau légèrement
savonneuse, avec un chiffon ou une éponge.
• Mise hors gel :
Purgez les canalisations, et actionnez plusieurs fois le mitigeur pour le vider de son contenu d'eau.
MAIN ENANCE
Pour démonter le mécanisme (fig. ) :
• Enlevez la pastille  à l'aide d’une pince à circlips.
• Dévissez la vis de blocage avec un tournevis et enlevez le volant-poussoir  en tirant à la main.
• Desserrez les 3 vis de 4 tours, avec un tournevis. La pression de l'eau fait remonter le mécanisme.
• Fermez les arrivées d'eau sur les robinets d’arrêt.
• Dévissez complétement les 3 vis et otez le chapeau de blocage +en le tirant à la main.
• Enlevez le mécanisme, en le tirant à la main.
Des impuretés provenant des canalisations peuvent provoquer des dysfonctionnements :
Temporisation déréglée ou écoulement continu (fig. ) :
• Nettoyez l’intérieur de la chemise à l’aide d’un chiffon sec et la rainure de temporisation  avec une
pointe non métallique.
• Vérifier l’état du joint à lèvres JN29  du piston, et du joint torique JR2 de la vis de décompression.
outte à goutte ou filet d’eau (fig. ) :
• Vérifier l’état des joints toriques JR2  et JR6 bis .
Difficultés pour obtenir un mélange correct :
• Equilibrer les pressions EC/EF (∆P < 1 bar)
• Vérifier qu’il n’y ait pas d’impuretés sur les clapets anti-retour  (fig. , ).
• Les clapets anti-retour doivent être vérifiés au moins une fois par an.
NB : Vérifier l’étanchéité des joints entre la rosace / plaque Inox et le mur et entre la rosace / plaque Inox et le
corps du mitigeur au moins une fois par an et aussi souvent que nécessaire. En cas de besoin, les remplacer.

OPERA ION
• Press the push-button control to open the valve.
• Rotate the push-button control to select the desired temperature.
• Automatic shut-off after ~20 seconds for washbasins and ~30 seconds for showers (+5/-10 at 3 bar,
according to the European Standard EN 816).
INS ALLA ION
• Under no circumstances should the non-return valves  (figs.  ,  ) be removed from the water inlets.
• Install the filter joints
 (figs.  ,  ) supplied exactly as shown in the diagram. They will protect the
non-return valves from damage.
• Supply with cold water and hot water at a maximum temperature of 60°C, and balance the pressure
between the hot and cold water (∆P < 1 bar). Ensure that hot water is always delivered from the
left side and cold from the right. Maximum supply pressure is 10 bar (we recommend 1 to 5 bar
dynamic pressure). Take care not to pinch the PEX flexibles (fig.
).
Washbasins
• Use the DELABIE elbow connectors ref. 836020 or 838020 for installations with 150mm centres.
Deck-mounted Washbasins
• 34mm diameter hole for installation.
• Mount the body of the mixer on the washbasin and tighten the nuts
 (fig.  ) on the fixing plate.
• Ensure a waterproof seal between the mixer and the work plan that is appropriate for the type of installation.
Recessed Showers (fig.
)
• The wall mounting area should measure: 130 x 110mm, with an adjustable depth of 55-75mm.
• Attach the connectors
 to the recessing box  using the back-nuts  and position the mixer at the
desired height.
• Remove the mixer. Weld/solder the cold water inlet, hot water inlet and mixed water outlet to the Ø14 or
Ø15 copper tubes, depending on the model.
• Seal the boxed unit
 and welded/soldered joints.
• Connect the mixer to the connectors
 with F3/4" nuts.
• Position the wall plate against the wall using the self-adhesive foam seal, with the vent/drain at the bottom:
- Tighten the Ø195 wall plate with the screw
 using a 2.5mm Allen key;
- Or tighten the 160 x 160mm or 300 x 300mm wall plate with the 4 screws (4 x 35) supplied.
• For stainless steel wall plate version: position the silicone washer behind the wall plate to ensure a water
tight seal between the wall plate and the wall. Leave a vent/drain at the bottom to allow any residual
water to drain away.
IT IS THE INSTALLER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO:
• ENSURE THAT THE RECESSED MOUNTIN BOX IS WATERTI HT TO PREVENT ANY WATER IN RESS INTO
THE INSTALLATION.
• UARD A AINST THE ACCIDENTAL PRESENCE OF WATER IN THE RECESSED MOUNTIN BOX AND
ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO WATER STA NATION AND THAT ANY WATER (CONDENSATION, RUN-OFF,
LEAKA E, ETC.) DRAINS AWAY.
• ENSURE THAT THE SEALS/JOINTS BETWEEN THE WALL PLATE AND THE BODY OF THE MIXER ARE
CHECKED RE ULARLY (AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR) AND REPLACE THE SEALS/WASHERS IF NECESSARY.

Exposed Shower Kit
• Position the shower kit so that the shower head is 2.10m high in relation to the floor.
• Recessed supply: use DELABIE elbow connectors ref. 836020 or 838020 for installations with 150mm
centres.
• Exposed supply: use the DELABIE reinforced wall plate ref. 824800 with four fixing points for a secure
assembly.
Shower Panel Model
• Drill a Ø 56 (ref. 790970) or Ø 62 (ref. 790975) diameter hole in the panel.
• Unscrew the wall plate.
• Mount the mixer on the panel and replace the wall plate.
• Tighten the three screws using a 3mm Allen key.
ADJUS ING HE FLOW RA E
The flow rate is pre-set at the factory at 3 lpm (at 3 bar) for washbasins and 12 lpm (at 3 bar) for showers.
• For washbasins the flow rate can be adjusted directly on the adjustable flow
straightener using a 2.5mm Allen key:
- Notch n°1 = 3 lpm (at 3 bar).
- Notch n°2 = 4 lpm (at 3 bar).
- Notch n°3 = 5 lpm (at 3 bar).
• If the adjustable flow straightener on a washbasin tap is replaced by an aerator, or a standard
flow straightener is fitted to a shower, the flow rate can be adjusted without shutting-off the water
supply or removing the mechanism (fig.
) :
- Unscrew the central cap
 using a pair of circlip pliers.
- Insert a 3mm Allen key in the centre of the push-button. Open the valve and turn the Allen key to the
achieve the desired flow rate.
- Replace the central cap
 .
• Shower kits fitted with the ONIC-JE , ROUND or GYM shower head do not require adjustment,
the flow rate is restricted to 6 lpm by the integrated flow regulator.
MAXIMUM EMPERA URE LIMI ER
The mixer is delivered without the temperature limiter engaged. For the UK and Northern Ireland market
we recommend installing a thermostatic mixing valve to provide safe, temperature controlled hot water.
For all other markets we recommend restricting the maximum temperature for certain users (children, the
elderly, etc.).
• Rotate the push-button control
 all the way clockwise, towards the hot water marker and check the
temperature of the water (50°C maximum) (fig.
).
• Unscrew the central cap  and screw  and remove the push-button control  to gain access to the
index ring
 with the temperature limiter  (fig. ) .
• The water temperature at the mixer outlet is governed by the position of the index ring: remove the index
ring and replace it at notch 15° and check the maximum temperature at the TEMPOMIX outlet (fig.
) .
WARNING: Do not remove the index ring.
REMEMBER

• Sizing the pipes correctly will avoid problems of pressure loss and unwanted noise.
• Protect the installation with filters, water hammer absorbers and pressure reducers to reduce the
frequency of maintenance. (Recommended pressure: 1 - 5 bar).
• Install stopcocks close to the mixer to facilitate maintenance.
• The pipework, stopcocks, mixers and all sanitary ware must be checked regularly, and at least once a
year.
CLEANING & SERVICING
• Cleaning chrome:
Do not use abrasive, chlorine or any other acid-based cleaning products. Clean with soapy water using a
cloth or sponge.
• Frost protection:
Drain the pipes and operate the mixer several times to drain any remaining water.
If the installation
remains unused for a period of time we recommend removing the cartridge mechanism storing it in
the shade at room temperature.
MAIN ENANCE
o remove the mechanism (fig. ) :
• Remove the central cap
 using a pair of circlip pliers.
• Unscrew the blocking screw with a screwdriver and remove the push-button control
 by hand.
• Partly unscrew the 3 cartridge-securing screws
 for 4 turns using a screwdriver. The water pressure will
raise the mechanism.
• Shut-off the hot and cold water supply using the stopcocks.
• Unscrew the 3 cartridge-securing screws
 completely and remove the locking cap + by hand.
• Remove the mechanism by hand.
Impurities in the pipework may cause the valve to malfunction:
Inaccurate or continuous flow (fig.
 ):
• Clean the inside of the timing chamber using a dry cloth and the calibrated groove with a non-
metallic pointer.
• Check the condition of the piston lip seal JN29 , and the O ring JR2 .
Constant dripping or a trickle of water (fig.
 ):
• Check the condition of the O ring JR2 and the washer JR6 bis .
Problems in achieving the correct mixed water temperature:
• Balance the water pressure HW/CW (∆P < 1 bar)
• Check that there are no impurities on the non-return valves
 (figs.  ,  ).
• The non-return valves should be checked at least once a year.
NB: The joints between the stainless steel wall plate and the wall, and between the wall plate and the
body of the mixer, should be checked at least once a year to ensure that they are watertight. Check
more frequently if required, and replace as necessary.

Modell für Waschtisch
• Anschlusswinkel DELABIE Art.-Nr. 836020 oder 838020 für Montage mit Mittenabstand 150 mm nutzen.
Modell für Waschtisch - Standmontage
• Hahnlochbohrung 34 mm.
• Körper der Mischbatterie auf dem Waschtisch montieren und Muttern  (Abb. ) mit geeignetem
Steckschlüssel auf dem Befestigungsflansch festziehen.
• Bei unebener Oberfläche geeignete Abdichtung verwenden.
Unterputz-Modell für Dusche (Abb. )
• Aussparung in der Wand vorbereiten, Maße: 130 x 110 mm, Tiefe 55 bis 75 mm (einstellbar).
• Mit Hilfe der Kontermuttern die Anschlüsse auf den Kasten montieren und die Mischbatterie in
der gewünschten Tiefe positionieren.
• Mischbatterie wieder abnehmen. Warm- und Kaltwasseranschlüsse und Ausfluss entsprechend der
Vorlage auf Kupferrohre Ø14 oder Ø15 löten.
• Den gesamten Kasten  und die Lötstellen einzementieren.
• Mischbatterie mit Muttern 3/4 auf die Anschlüsse anschließen.
• Rosette oder Edelstahlplatte unmittelbar auf die Wand positionieren, dabei die Schaumgummidichtung
mit dem Schlitz nach unten einfügen:
- Rosette ø 195 festschrauben und mit der Schraube blockieren, dazu einen 2,5 mm Inbusschlüssel
verwenden;
- oder Edelstahlplatte 160x160 oder 300x300 mit den 4 mitgelieferten Schrauben 4x35 festschrauben.
• Modell mit Edelstahlplatte: Platte hinten mit Silikon abdichten, um die Abdichtung zwischen
Edelstahlplatte und Wand zu gewährleisten. Nach unten einen Einschnitt für das Abfließen von
Restwasser lassen.

DURCHFLUSSREGULIERUNG
Der Durchfluss ist werksseitig für Waschtische auf 3 l/min (bei 3 bar) und für Duschen auf 12 l/min (bei 3
bar) eingestellt.
• Bei Modellen für Waschtisch kann der Durchfluss mit einem 2,5 mm Inbusschlüssel auf dem
Strahlregler mit einstellbarem Durchfluss angepasst werden:
- Schlitz 1 = 3 l/min (bei 3 bar).
- Schlitz 2 = 4 l/min (bei 3 bar).
- Schlitz 3 = 5 l/min (bei 3 bar).
• Bei Duschen und bei Modellen für Waschtisch, bei denen der Strahlregler mit einstellbarem
Durchfluss durch einen Luftsprudler oder einen Standard-Strahlregler ersetzt wurde, kann der
Durchfluss ohne Abstellen des Wassers oder Demontage des Mechanismus folgendermaßen angepasst
werden (Abb. ):
- Die mittige Abdeckung mit einer Sicherungsringzange entfernen.
- 3 mm Inbusschlüssel in den Betätigungsknopf einführen. Wasser öffnen und Inbusschlüssel drehen, bis
der optimale Wasserstrahl erreicht ist.
- Danach die mittige Abdeckung  wieder aufschrauben.
• Bei den Dusch-Sets mit den Brauseköpfen ONIC-JE , ROUND oder GYM ist keine Regulierung
nötig, da der Durchfluss des Brausekopfs durch den integrierten Durchflussmengenregulierer auf 6 l/min
beschränkt ist.
MAXIMAL- EMPERA URBEGRENZUNG
Diese Mischbatterie wird in der Position "ohne Temperaturbegrenzung" geliefert. Wir empfehlen, die
Maximal-Temperatur für bestimmte Nutzergruppen zu begrenzen (Kinder, Ältere, …).
• Den Betätigungsknopf  in Richtung des Warmwasser-Anschlags drehen und Temperatur überprüfen
(maximal 50°C) (Abb. ).
• Abdeckung und Schraube abschrauben und den Betätigungsknopf  abnehmen, um an den
Einstellring mit dem Temperaturanschlag  zu gelangen (Abb. ).
• Die Positionierung des Rings ermöglicht die Begrenzung der Temperatur am Ausfluss: Einstellring
abziehen und neu positionieren (15°-Schritte), dabei die maximale Ausfluss-Temperatur des TEMPOMIX
überprüfen (Abb. ).
ACH UNG: Einstellring niemals entfernen.

HINWEIS
• Der Einbau muss von geschultem Fachpersonal unter Beachtung der anerkannten Regeln der
Technik vorgenommen werden.
• Angemessene Leitungsquerschnitte verhindern Wasserschläge oder Druck- / Durchflussverluste.
• Die Absicherung der Installation mit Vorfiltern, Wasserschlag- oder Druckminderern reduziert die
Wartungshäufigkeit (empfohlener Druck: 1 bis 5 bar).
• Vorgelagerte Absperrventile erleichtern die Wartung.
• Rohrleitungen, Vorabsperrungen, Auslaufventile und jeder sanitäre Apparat müssen so oft wie nötig
(mindestens einmal jährlich) überprüft werden.
INS ANDHAL UNG & REINIGUNG
• Reinigung der Chromteile:
Niemals scheuernde, chlor- oder säurehaltige Reinigungsprodukte verwenden: Mit Seifenlauge oder
einem weichen Tuch oder Schwamm reinigen.
• Frostschutz:
Rohrleitungen absperren und Mischbatterie zur Entleerung mehrmals betätigen.
WAR UNG
Demontage des Mechanismus (Abb. ):
• Abdeckung  mit einer Sicherungsringzange entfernen.
• Schraube mit einem Schraubendreher lösen und Betätigungsknopf  von Hand abziehen.
• Die 3 Schrauben mit einem Schraubendreher um 4 Umdrehungen herausdrehen. Der Wasserdruck
drückt den Mechanismus nach vorne.
• Wasser über die Vorabsperrungen schließen.
• Die 3 Schrauben ganz herausdrehen und Einsatz +von Hand entfernen.
• Mechanismus von Hand entfernen.
Schmutzpartikel aus den Leitungen können Funktionsstörungen hervorrufen:
Falsche Laufzeit oder Dauerbetrieb (Abb. ):
• Hülse von innen  mit einem trockenen weichen Tuch reinigen, die kalibrierte Nut  mit einem nicht-
metallischen spitzen egenstand.
• Lippendichtung JN29 des Kolbens und O-Ring JR2 der Druckentlastungsschraube überprüfen.
Tropfen oder Rinnsal (Abb. ):
• O-Ringe überprüfen JR2 und JR6 bis .
Probleme beim Erhalt der korrekten Mischwassertemperatur:
• Druckdifferenz TWW/TW überprüfen (∆P < 1 bar).
• Sicherstellen, dass sich keine Schmutzpartikel in den Rückflussverhinderern  befinden (Abb. , ).
• Die Rückflussverhinderer müssen mindestens einmal jährlich überprüft werden.
NB: Dichtungen zwischen Rosette / Edelstahlplatte und Wand sowie zwischen Rosette / Edelstahlplatte und
dem Armaturenkörper so oft wie nötig (mindestens einmal jährlich) überprüfen. Falls nötig, sind diese zu
ersetzen.

FUNKCJONOWANIE

INSTALACJA
• Nigdy nie wyciągać zaworów przeciwpowrotnych (rys. , ) osadzonych na wejściach wody(są
niezbędne).
• Umieścić dołączone filtry-uszczelki  (rys. , ), w kierunku wskazanym na rysunku. Chronią one
zawory przeciwpowrotne przed zanieczyszczeniami.
• Podłączyć wodę zimną i ciepłą maksymalnie 60°C, wyrównując ciśnienia (∆P < 1 bar). Ciśnienie
zasilające : 10 bar maksymalnie (zalecane : 1 do 5 bar dynamiczne). Uważać, aby nie uszkodzić
wężyków (rys. ).
Model ścienny do umywalki
• Użyć złączek kątowych DELABIE nr 836020 lub 838020, aby zainstalować na rozstawie 150 mm.
Model sztorcowy do umywalki
• Średnica otworu 34 mm.
• Zamontować korpus baterii na umywalce i zablokować nakrętkami  (rys. ) na kołnierzu
mocującym.
• Przewidzieć odpowiednie uszczelnienia między armaturą, a umywalką, w zależności od materiału , na
którym jest mocowana bateria.
Model podtynkowy do natrysku (rys. )
• Przewidzieć gniazdo w ścianie : 130 x 110 mm, głębokość 55 do 75 mm (regulacja).
• Przymocować złączki do skrzynki za pomocą przeciwnakrętek i wstępnie osadzić baterię na
wybranej głębokości.
• Wyciągnąć baterię, przyspawać dojścia wody ciepłej, zimnej i zmieszanej do miedzianych rurek Ø14
lub Ø15 w zależności od modelu.
• Zamknąć szczelnie całą skrzynkę  i przyspawane złączki.
• Przymocować baterię do złączek nakrętkami F3/4".
• Umieścić rozetę lub płytkę z Inoxu na ścianie, szczeliną do dołu, dociskając podkładkę z gąbki :
- Przykręcić i zablokować rozetę ø 195 śrubą za pomocą imbusa 2,5 mm ;
- Lub przykrącić płytę Inox 160x160 lub 300x300 dostarczonymi 4 śrubami 4x35.
• Modele z płytą Inox : uszczelnić silikonem tył płyty Inox, aby zapewnić szczelność między płytą, a
ścianą. Zostawić szczelinę na dole, aby ułatwić ewentualną ewakuację wody.

Model natynkowy do natrysku
• Umocować zestaw tak, aby wylewka się znajowała na wysokości 2,10 m nad posadzką.
• Zasilanie podtynkowe : użyć złączek kątowych DELABIE nr 836020 lub 838020 dla rozstawu 150 mm.
• Zasilanie natynkowe : użyć wzmocnioną rozetę ścienną DELABIE nr 824800 z 4 punktami mocującymi,
ochrona przed wyrwaniem.
Model natryskowy do płyty
• Wyciąć otwór Ø 56 (nr 790970) lub Ø 62 (nr 790975).
• Odkręcić rozetę.
• Zamocować baterię na płycie, przykręcić rozetę.
• Dokręcić 3 śruby za pomocą imbusa 3 mm.
REGULACJA WYPŁYWU
Wypływ jest nastawiony fabrycznie 3 l./min. (przy 3 bar) dla umywalek, 12 l./min. (przy 3 bar) dla
natrysków.
• Dla umywalek regulację wypływu wykonuje się bezpośrednio na
sitku wypływowym za pomocą imbusa 2,5 mm :
- Uskok nr 1 = 3 l./min. (przy 3 bar).
- Uskok nr 2 = 4 l./min. (przy 3 bar).
- Uskok nr 3 = 5 l./min. (przy 3 bar).
• Dla umywalek w przypadku wymiany sitka z regulacją wypływu na napowietrzacz lub zwykłe sitko
oraz dla natrysków, wypływ może być doregulowany bez zamykania wody, ani demontażu
mechanizmu (rys. ) :
- Odkręcić zaślepkę szczypcami punktowymi.
- Włożyć w otwór imbus 3 mm. Uruchomić wypływ i obracać imbusem, aby uzyskać wypływ optymalny.
- Wkręcić ponownie zaślepkę .
• Zestawy natryskowe wyposażone w wylewkę TONIC-JET, ROUND lub GYM nie wymagają żadnej
regulacji, odbywa się to automatycznie regulatorem wypływu 6l./min.
OGRANICZENIE TEMPERATURY
Bateria dostarczana jest "bez nastawu ograniczającego temperaturę". Wskazane jest ograniczenie
temperatury maksymalnej ze względu na rodzaj użytkowników (dzieci, osoby starsze, …).
• Przekręcić pokrętło  na wodę ciepłą i sprawdzić jej temperaturę (maksymalnie 50°C ) (rys. ).
• Odkręcić zaślepkę i śrubę wyciągnąć pokrętło-przycisk , aby dostać się do pierścienia
regulującego z blokadą temperatury  (rys. ).
• Pozycja pierścienia pozwala na ograniczenie temperatury na wyjściu baterii : wyciągnąć pierścień i
zmienić jego pozycję (uskok o 15°) sprawdzając maksymalną temeperaturę na wyjściu (rys. ).
UWAGA : Nie wolno usuwać pierścienia na stałe.
UWAGA
• Nasza armatura musi być instalowana przez pro esjonalnych instalatorów, przestrzegając
obowiązującego prawa, zapisów biur projektowych i dobrych praktyk.
• Przestrzeganie średnicy rur pozwala uniknąć uderzeń hydraulicznych lub utraty
ciśnienia/wielkości wypływu ( tabela z obliczeniami w katalogu ).
• Ochrona instalacji filtrami, amortyzatorami uderzeń hydraulicznych lub reduktorami ciśnienia,
zmniejsza częstotliwość konserwacji. (Zalecane ciśnienie : 1 do 5 bar).
• Instalacja zaworów odcinających w pobliżu baterii ułatwia konserwację.

• Instalacja, zawory odcinające i czerpalne oraz każde urządzenie sanitarne muszą być sprawdzane tyle
razy ile potrzeba, jednak nie mniej niż raz w roku.
OBSŁUGA I CZYSZCZENIE
• Czyszczenie chromu :
Nie należy używać środków żrących, na bazie chloru lub kwasu. Czyszczenie wodą z
mydłem, za pomocą miekkiej szmatki lub gąbki.
• Ochrona przed mrozem :
Opróżnić instalację, wielokrotnie nacisnąć przycisk celem ewakuacji wody. W przypadku narażenia na
długie nie używanie, należy głowice wykręcić i przechowywać z dala od światła, w ciepłym
pomieszczeniu.
KONSERWACJA
Aby zdjąć mechanizm (rys. ) :
• Odkręcić zaślepkę  szczypcami punktowymi
• Odkręcić śrubokrętem śrubę blokującą i wyciągnąć pokrętło-przycisk  pociągnięciem ręki.
• Poluzować 3 śruby 4 obrotami śrubokrętu. Ciśnienie wody wypchnie głowicę.
• Zamknąć dopływ wody na zaworach odcinających.
• Całkowicie odkręcić 3 śruby i zdjąć pokrywę blokującą +pociągnięciem ręki.
• Wyciągnąć mechanizm pociągnięciem ręki.
Zanieczyszczenia pochodzące z kanalizacji mogą powodować niesprawność mechanizmu :
Zmieniony czas wypływu lub ciągły wypływ (rys. ) :
• Przeczyścić cylinder
 za pomocą suchej szmatki i kalibrowany rowek  za pomocą niemetalowego
ostrza.
• Sprawdzić stan uszczelki wargowej N29
 , i uszczelki O-Ring R2  .
Kapanie lub cieknięcie (rys. ) :
• Sprawdzić stan uszczelek O-Ring R2
 i R6 bis  .
Problem prawidłowego mieszania :
• Wyrównać ciśnienia WC/WZ (∆P < 1 bar)
• Sprawdzić czy nie ma zanieczyszczeń na zaworach przeciwpowrotnych  (rys. , ).
• Zawory przeciwpowrotne muszą być sprawdzane przynajmniej raz do roku.
UWAGA : Sprawdzić uszczelnienia między rozetą / płytą Inox, a ścianą oraz między rozetą / płytą Inox, a
korpusem baterii. Muszą być sprawdzane przynajmniej raz na rok lub tyle razy ile potrzeba. W razie
potrzeby należy je wymienić.

WERKING
• De kraan begint te lopen bij het indrukken van de duwknop.
• Kiezen van de temperatuur door het verdraaien van de duwknop.
• Automatische zelfsluiting na ~20 seconden voor een wastafelkraan en na ~ 30 seconden voor een
douchekraan (+5/-10 bij 3 bar conform met de Europese norm EN-NF 816).

• Verwijder nooit de ingebouwde terugslagkleppen  (fig.  ,  ) in de voedingsbuizen van de kraan.
(deze zijn onontbeerlijk).
• Plaats de filterdichtingen
 (fig.  ,  ) in de richting zoals aangeduid op de tekening. Deze
dichtingen dienen ter bescherming van de terugslagkleppen.
• Sluit het warm en koud water en regel daarbij de drukverschillen (∆P < 1 bar). Druk: 10 bar maximum
(aanbevolen werkingsdruk: 1 tot 5 bar). Let erop dat de flexibele slangen niet gekneld worden (fig.
).
Muurmodel voor wastafel
• ebruik de haakse koppelingen van DELABIE ref. 836020 of 838020 voor het plaatsen met een
hartafstand van 150 mm.
Model voor bladmontage voor wastafel
• Diameter boring 34 mm.
• Plaats het kraanlichaam op de wastafel en bevestig de moeren
 (fig.  ) op de bevestigingsflens. Zorg
voor een geschikte afdichting tussen kraanwerk en werkblad, afhankelijk van het type ondergrond.
Inbouwmodel voor douche (fig.
)
• Voorzie een ruimte achter de muur van 130 x 110 mm, met een diepte van 55 tot 75 mm (regelbaar).
• Bevestig de koppelingen
 op de sturing  met behulp van de contramoeren  en plaats de
mengkraan op de gewenste diepte.
• Verwijder de mengkraan. Soldeer de koud- & warmwatertoevoer en de uitgang van de douche op een
koperen buis Ø 14 of 15, afhankelijk van het gekozen model.
• Zet het geheel van sturing
 en gesoldeerde koppelingen vast.
• Sluit de mengkraan aan op de koppelingen
 met behulp van de moeren F3/4".
• Plaats de rozet of de inox afdekplaat op de muur met daartussen de schuimdichting, met de gleuf naar
beneden:
- Bevestig de inox afdekplaat 160x160 met behulp van een schroe
 en een inbussleutel van 2,5 mm;
- of bevestig de inox afdekplaat 160x160 of 300x300 met de 4 meegeleverde schroeven 4 x 35
• Model met inox afdekplaat: plaats een siliconendichting aan de achterkant van de plaat om de
waterdichtheid tussen de rozet of inox plaat en de muur te verzekeren. Laat onderaan een gleuf zodat het
restwater gemakkelijk kan weglopen.

Opbouwmodel voor douche
• De kit zo plaatsen dat de hoofddouche zich op een afstand van 2,10 m van de vloer bevindt.
• Inbouwtoevoer: gebruik de haakse koppelingen van DELABIE ref. 836020 of 838020 voor het plaatsen op
een hartafstand van 150 mm.
• Opbouwtoevoer: gebruik de verstevigde muurrozet van DELABIE ref. 824800 voor onwrikbare
bevestiging, met 4 bevestigingspunten.
Model voor douchepaneel
• Maak een boorgat op paneel Ø 56 (ref. 790970) of Ø 62 (ref. 790975).
• Schroef de rozet los. Monteer de mengkraan op het paneel, en schroef de rozet opnieuw vast.
• Bevestig de 3 schroeven met behulp van een inbussleutel van 3 mm.
DEBIE REGELING
Het debiet is vooringesteld op 3 l/min. (bij 3 bar) voor wastafelkranen, 12 l/min. (bij 3 bar) voor
douchekranen.
• Voor wastafels kan het debiet kan rechtstreeks op de straalbreker
worden aangepast met behulp van een inbussleutel n°2,5:
- inkeping n°1 = 3 l./min.,
- inkeping n°2 = 4 l./min.,
- inkeping n°3 = 5 l./min.
• Voor wastafels, in het geval dat een straalbreker met regelbaar debiet wordt vervangen door
een beluchter of een standaard straalbreker en voor douches, kan het debiet op volgende wijze
worden aangepast, zonder dat het water dient te worden afgesloten of het mechanisme gedemonteerd
moet worden (fig.
) :
- Schroef het centrale knopje
 los met behulp van een clipstang.
- Plaats een inbussleutel van 3 mm in het midden van de duwknop. Laat het water lopen en verdraai de
inbussleutel tot de gewenste temperatuur wordt bekomen.
- Schroef het centrale knopje vervolgens terug vast
 .
• De douchegarnituren uitgerust met een hoofddouche ONIC-JE , ROUND of GYM kunnen niet
afgeregeld worden, het debiet van de hoofddouche is beperkt tot 6 l/min. d.m.v. een ingebouwde
debietregeling.
EMPERA UURSBEGRENZING
Deze mengkranen worden geleverd zonder vooringestelde temperatuursbegrenzing. Het is aanbevolen om
voor bepaalde types gebruikers (kinderen, senioren,…) een maximale temperatuur in te stellen.
• Draai de duwknop
 tot aan de maximumtemperatuur en controleer de temperatuur (maximum 50°C)
(fig.
).
• Maak de centrale knop  en schroef  los en til de duwknop  omhoog om zo toegang te krijgen tot
de begrenzingsring
 waarop de temperatuursbegrenzing staat aangeduid  (fig. ) .
• De positionering van de ring laat toe de temperatuur op de uitgang van de kraan te begrenzen: clips de
ring los en stel ze vervolgens opnieuw in (inkepingen van 15°). Controleer vervolgens de maximale
uitgangstemperatuur van de TEMPOMIX (fig.
) .
OPGELE : de temperatuursbegrenzingsring nooit verwijderen.

REINIGEN EN ONDERHOUD
• Ons kraanwerk moet door een vakman geplaatst worden volgens de voorschriften, de
beschrijving van het studiebureel en de regels der kunst.
• Respecteer de benodigde diameters van de leidingen om waterslagen of druk/debietverliezen
tegen te gaan.
• Bescherm de installatie met filters, waterslagdempers of drukregelaars en beperk zo het
onderhoud (Aanbevolen druk: 0,8 tot 5 Bar).
• Plaats stopkranen in de nabijheid van het kraanwerk om eventuele onderhoudswerken te
vergemakkelijken.
REINIGEN EN ONDERHOUD
• Reinigen van chroom:
ebruik nooit schuurmiddelen en chloorhoudende of andere chemische producten: reinig met
zeepwater en een zachte doek of spons.
• Vorstvrij stellen:
Spoel de leidingen en stel de kraan enkele keren na elkaar in werking zodat ze volledig geledigd wordt.
SERVICE
Om het mechanisme los te maken (fig. ) :
• Maak het knopje
 los met behulp van een clipstang.
• Maak de blokkeringsmoer
 los met een schroevendraaier en verwijder de duwknop  door eraan te
trekken.
• Zet de 3 schroeven
 4 toeren losser met een schroevendraaier. Door de waterdruk zal het mechanisme
naar boven komen.
• Sluit de watertoevoer op de stopkranen.
• Maak de 3 schroeven
 nu volledig los en verwijder nu met de hand de blokkeringsring + .
• Haal het mechanisme eruit door eraan te trekken.
Onzuiverheden komende uit de leidingen kunnen leiden tot een verstoorde werking:
Ontregelde zelfsluiting of continu uitloop (fig.
 ) :
• Reinig de binnenkant  van de kraag met een zachte doek en de gekalibreerde gleuf  met een niet-
metalen naald.
• Controleer de toestand van de lipdichting JN29 van de zuiger, en van de O-ring JR2 van de
ontluchtingsschroef.
De kraan drupt of geeft slechts een fijn waterstraaltje (fig.
 ):
• Controleer de toestand van de O-ringen JR2  en JR6bis .
een correcte menging van het water:
• Controleer de afregeling van de koud- en warm waterdruk (∆P<1 bar)
• Controleer of er geen vuilresten aanwezig zijn op de terugslagkleppen
 (fig.  ,  ).
• De terugslagkleppen moeten minstens 1x per jaar worden nagekeken.
NB: Controleer minstens 1x per jaar en zo vaak als nodig de waterdichtheid van de dichtingen tussen
de rozet of inox afdekplaat en de muur en tussen de rozet of inox afdekplaat en het kraanlichaam.
Indien nodig de dichtingen vervangen.

• Cierre automático ~ 20 segundos para la grifería de lavabo y ~ 30 segundos para la grifería de ducha
(+5/-10 a 3 bar según la norma europea EN-NF 816).
INS ALACIÓN
• Nunca quitar las válvulas antirretorno  (fig.  ,  ) colocadas en las entradas de agua.
• Poner los filtros
 (fig.  ,  ) en la dirección indicada en el dibujo. Sirven para proteger las válvulas
antirretorno.
• Alimentar con agua fría y agua caliente a 60°C máximo, equilibrando las presiones (∆P < 1 bar). Presión
alimentación: 10 bar máximo (recomendada: 1 a 5 bar dinámico). Cuidado, no doblar las conexiones
flexibles (fig.
).
Modelo mural para lavabo
• Utilizar los racores en escuadra DELABIE ref. 836020 o 838020 colocándolos a una distancia de 150 mm.
Modelo de repisa para lavabo
• Diámetro del taladro 34 mm.
• Montar el cuerpo del grifo mezclador sobre el lavabo y bloquear las fijaciones reforzadas por debajo

(fig.  ) con la brida de fijación.
• Comprobar que las juntas estén correctamente colocadas para asegurar la impermeabilidad y evitar
flitraciones de agua entre el grifo y el lavabo.
Modelo empotrado para ducha (fig. )
• Hacer un hueco en la pared con dimensiones: 130 x 110 mm y profundidad 55 a 75 mm (regulable).
• Fijar los racores
 sobre la caja  con la ayuda de las contratuercas  y situar el mezclador en la
profundidad deseada.
• Retirar el mezclador. Purgar las entradas de agua caliente, de agua fría y salida de ducha sobre el tubo de
cobre Ø14 o Ø15.
• Sellar el conjunto: la caja de empotramiento
 y los racores.
• Ajustar el mezclador sobre los racores
 con tuercas F3/4".
• Colocar el rosetón o la placa de acero inoxidable en la pared intercalando la junta, para que exista
estanqueidad, y la hendidura orientada hacia abajo:
- Atornillar y bloquear el rosetón Ø 195 con el tornillo
 y la ayuda de una llave Allen de 2,5 mm;
- O atornillar la placa acero inoxidable 160x160 o 300x300 con los 4 tornillos 4x35 suministrados.
• Modelo con placa acero inoxidable: colocar la junta de silicona en la parte de atrás de la placa para
asegurar la impermeabilidad entre la chapa de acero inoxidable y la pared. Dejar una hendidura debajo
con el fin de facilitar la evacuación del agua residual.
RESPONSABILIDAD DEL INSTALADOR:
• SELLAR LA CAJA DE EMPOTRAMIENTO CON EL FIN DE PREVENIR TODA ENTRADA DE A UA;
• ASE URARSE QUE NO ENTRA A UA EN LA CAJA DE EMPOTRAMIENTO (CONDENSACIÓN, FU A...)
PARA IMPEDIR CUALQUIER ESTANCAMIENTO Y ASE URAR LA EVACUACIÓN DEL A UA POR FUERA DE
LA CAJA DE EMPOTRAMIENTO;
• LA IMPERMEABILIDAD DE LAS JUNTAS ENTRE ROSETÓN O LA PLACA DE ACERO INOXIDABLE Y LA
PARED, Y ENTRE ROSETÓN O LA CHAPA ACERO INOXIDABLE Y EL CUERPO DEL RIFO MEZCLADOR SE
DEBE REVISAR POR LO MENOS UNA VEZ AL AÑO O CUANDO SEA NECESARIO. SI ES PRECISO,
CÁMBIELOS.

No seguir estos consejos genera peligro de filtraciones en la pared, y por tanto DELABIE
no se hace responsable de los posibles daños causados.

Modelo adosado para ducha
• Situar el kit de manera que el rociador de ducha se encuentre a 2,10 m de altura con respecto al suelo.
• Alimentación con tubería empotrada: utilizar los racores en escuadra DELABIE ref. 836020 o 838020
colocándolos a una distancia de 150 mm.
• Alimentación con tubería vista: utilizar el rosetón mural reforzado DELABIE ref. 824800 para un montaje
fijo (no se puede quitar o desmontar) con 4 puntos de fijación.
Modelo adosado sobre panel de ducha
• Perforar el panel según el modelo, Ø 56 (ref. 790970) o Ø 62 (ref. 790975).
• Desatornillar el rosetón.
• Montar el mezclador en el panel, reatornillar el rosetón.
• Apretar los 3 tornillos con la ayuda de una llave Allen de 3,5mm.
REGULACIÓN DEL CAUDAL
El caudal está prerregulado de fábrica a 3 l / mn (a 3 bar) para las griferías de lavabo, y a 12 l. / mn
(a 3 bar) para las griferías de ducha.
• La regulación en la grifería de lavabo se hace directamente sobre el rompechorros, regulable con la
ayuda de una llave Allen de 2,5 mm:
- Punto n°1 = 3 l. / mn (bajo 3 bar).
- Punto n°2 = 4 l. / mn (bajo 3 bar).
- Punto n°3 = 5 l. / mn (bajo 3 bar).
• En caso de tener que sustituir el reompechorros regulable por un aireador o un rompechorros
estándar en la grifería de lavabo, y para toda la grifería de ducha, el caudal se puede regular sin
cortar el agua ni desmontar la grifería (fig.
) :
- Desatornillar el embellecedor central
 con la ayuda de unas pinzas “circlips”.
- Insertar una llave Allen de 3 mm en el centro del pulsador. Abrir el caudal y girar la llave hasta obtener
el caudal óptimo de agua.
- Volver a poner en su posición el embellecedor central
 .
• El kit de ducha está equipado con un rociador de ducha ( ONIC-JE , ROUND o GYM), el caudal
del rociador está limitado a 6l / m, con el regulador caudal ya incorporado.
LIMI ACIÓN DE EMPERA URA MÁXIMA
El mezclador se suministra en posición " sin limitación de temperatura ". Es aconsejable limitar la
temperatura máxima para ciertos usuarios (niños, personas de la tercera edad, etc).
• irar el pulsador
 hasta el tope de agua caliente y verificar la temperatura (50°C máximo) (fig. ).
• Desatornillar el embellecedor central  y el tornillo  equitar el pulsador  para acceder al anillo 
con el que se regula el tope de temperatura  (fig. ) .
• La posición del anillo/tope permite limitar la temperatura a la salida del mezclador: sacar el anillo/tope y
reponerlo (puntos de 15°) verificando la temperatura de salida máxima del TEMPOMIX (fig.
) .
A ENCIÓN: Nunca retirar el tope de temperatura.

RECUERDE
• Nuestras griferías deben estar instaladas por instaladores profesionales respetando las
reglamentaciones vigentes, las prescripciones de las oficinas de proyectos fluidas.
•Respetar el diámetro de las tuberías permite evitar los golpes de ariete o pérdidas de
presión/caudal.
•Proteger la instalación con filtros, antiarietes o reductores de presión disminuye la frecuencia del
mantenimiento. (Presión aconsejada 1 a 5 bar).
•Colocar llaves de paso cerca de los grifos facilita su mantenimiento.
• Las tuberías, las llaves de paso, y todo aparato sanitario deben revisarse siempre que sea necesario y
por lo menos una vez al año.
MAN ENIMIEN O y LIMPIEZA
• Limpieza del cromo:
Nunca utilizar abrasivos u otros productos a base de cloro o ácido. Limpiar con agua ligeramente
jabonosa, usando un trapo o una esponja.
• En invierno:
Purgue las cañerías, accione muchas veces el mezclador para vaciarlo de agua y así evitar problemas de
congelación.
MAN ENIMIEN O
Para desmontar el mecanismo (fig. ) :
• Quite le embellecedor central
 con la ayuda de unas pinzas “circlips”.
• Quite el tornillo de ajuste
 con un destornillador y extraiga el pulsador  tirando con la mano.
• Afloje los 3 tornillos
 con 4 vueltas usando un destornillador. La presión del agua hace que el
mecanismo se levante.
• Saque completamente los 3 tornillos
 y quite el capuchón de bloqueo + tirando con la mano.
• Quite el mecanismo tirando con la mano.
Las impurezas que provienen de las canalizaciones pueden provocar disfunciones:
Temporización inadecuada o caudal continuo (fig.
 ) :
• Limpie el interior de la “camisa” con la ayuda de un trapo seco y la ranura de temporización  con
una aguja no metálica.
• Verificar la junta labial JN29 del pistón y la junta tórica JR2 del tornillo de descompresión.
oteo lento o rápido (fig.
 ):
• Verificar las juntas tóricas JR2 y JR6 bis .
Dificultades para obtener una mezcla correcta:
• Equilibrar las presiónes EC/EF (∆P < 1 bar)
• Verificar que no hubieran impurezas en las válvulas anti retorno
 (fig.  ,  ).
• Las válvulas antirretorno se deben revisar por lo menos una vez al año .
NB : verificar la impermeabilidad de las juntas entre el rosetón / chapa acero inoxidable y la pared y
entre el rosetón / placa acero inoxidable y el cuerpo del mezclador por lo menos una vez al año y tan
a menudo como sea necesario. En caso de necesidad, reemplazarlos .
