Product Features

DS630 is a high-performance steerable industrial endoscope with a 5-inch IPS HD display, equipped with a
camera to record video, a probe that can be turned 210°, and photos and videos that can be saved to a TF
memory card (Micro-SD card). The camera uses a high-performance CMOS chip and uses Bluart 3.0 technology
to support high frame rates to obtain clear images, and is widely used in industrial maintenance, equipment
maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and design fields.
• The camera probe is a high precision electronic device. Please do not touch the camera probe or pull the cable,
which it may lead to device failure.
• The camera probe has an IP67 waterproof layer, and the body is not waterproof. When using the probe, be
extra careful to prevent scratches!
• The camera probe is made of materials that are not resistant to high temperatures, so when checking any
internal combustion engine or other equipment with high internal temperatures, please ensure that the internal
temperature has cooled down, otherwise the equipment may be directly damaged!
• The exposed metal part of this product is made of conductive material. Please avoid contacting live circuits.
• If any equipment is damaged, please do not disassemble it by yourself. Please contact the seller or supplier for
professional repair service.
• Without adult guidance, children cannot use the device independently.
• The equipment should be operated at an ambient temperature of 32~113℉(0~45℃).
• The equipment should be stored in a dry, clean, oil-free, water-free, and free of any chemical liquid environment.
• This product is an industrial endoscope camera, not for medical or physical examination!
• To extend battery life, it is recommended that you charge the battery every 3 months whether you use it or not.
• Please do not replace the internal battery by yourself, because unprofessional operation may lead to overheating
of the battery causing personal injury.

Warning
• Before using this product, please read the instructions carefully and follow them to avoid injury.
• Disassembly of this product is strictly prohibited, and we shall not be liable for any damage caused by
unauthorized disassembly of this product.
• The main body of this product is not waterproof. Please avoid contact with liquids.
• Do not overbend the camera probe. The bending limit of the snake tube is one cycle.
• Do not twist or pull the camera probe at the front of the snake tube.
• Before pulling out the snake tube, make sure the steering wheel is back to the centered position, and do not
turn the steering wheel violently.

Press and hold for 2s to turn on/off the endoscope
(click to adjust the lens light after powering on).

a. Click to take a photo.
b. Hold for 2s to start recording video, and
click again to end recording video.
Charging indicator
The red LED flashes during charging and
remains on when fully charged.
Slide the steering wheel up and down, and
the camera angle changes accordingly.

Menu button
Short press to enter the menu, long press to
switch between the main/side camera.
Note: camera switch is only available on dual
lens model.
Image zoom-in button
Click on the image in the preview interface
to zoom in, and click in the menu interface
to move the cursor up.
OK button
Press and hold this button for 2s to enter
the album, and click in the menu interface
to confirm the selection.
Image zoom-out button
Click to rotate the live image 180° in the
preview interface and click to return to the
previous level in the menu interface.
Image rotation button
Click on the image in the preview interface
to zoom out, and click in the menu interface
to move the cursor down.
Type-C charging port
For charging (Type-C cable connected to
adapter)
For data transmission (Type-C cable
connected to PC client).
TF card slot
Support a TF card with 32 GB (Max.) of
memory. Please format the TF card before
using it for the first time.
Reset button
Press the reset button, the device will shut
down.

Attention:
Either the camera probe operating temperature or ambient temperature reaches 80℃, the device
will automatically shut down due to high temperature protection. And only the camera probe part
is waterproof.

2. Press and hold ( ) button to start recording,
and click again to end recording.

interface, select the language setting by the

button to select desired language.

desired language, click on ( ) button to
confirm the language.
3. Click ( ) button to return to the image
preview interface.

the album.

photo or video, click ( ) button
to view a photo or play a video.
3. Click ( ) button to return to the
previous level and exit the album.
The default language of this device is
English. To switch to another language,
please follow these steps.

1. In the preview interface, press
( ) button to enter the menu.
2. Click ( / ) button to select
the "Format" option and press
( ) button to enter the options
interface.
3. Select "OK" option and press
( ) button to confirm.
4. Just wait for the formatting to
complete and press ( ) button
to return to the preview interface.
Delete photos/videos
1. When viewing photos/videos,
press ( ) button to access the
photo/video details interface.
2. Click ( / ) button to delete
the current file or all files.
3. Click ( ) button to confirm
delete.
4. Click ( ) button to return to
the previous level or the preview
interface.
TF card formatting

(1) Connect the product to your computer with a Type-C cable.
(2) Select data transfer mode and press ( ) button to confirm, then you can copy
photos and videos to your computer for saving.
(3) When the Type-C cable is plugged off, the device will automatically exit data transfer
mode and return to the image preview interface.

Copy photos and videos to your computer
1. Copy files directly using a TF card.
Recharging
1. Connecting the device to a DC 5V adapter for charging.
2. When the device is charging, the red indicator light flashes, and when it is fully charged
the indicator light turns solid.
