INTENDED USER PROFILE:
The intended user should be a licensed medical professional, the patient or the
patient‘s caregiver. The user should be able to read, understand and be physically
capable of performing the directions, warnings and cautions in the information for
use.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS: Postoperative rotator cuff repairs, Postoperative
Bankart procedures, Capsular shifts, Glenohumeral, dislocation/subluxation, Soft
tissue strains/repairs
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Providing immobilization or controlled
movement of the limb or body segment.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: None.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
• If you have skin disorders/injuries in the relevant part of the body, the product
should be fitted and worn only after consultation with a medical professional.
• Do not use over open wounds.
• If pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur while
using this product, you should contact your doctor immediately.
• Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or packaging has been opened.
NOTE: Contact manufacturer and competent authority in case of a serious
incident arising due to usage of this device.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
1. Detach shoulder strap and open front panel. Position elbow in the sling as far
back as possible. Loop the sling strap through the D-ring and secure. (Fig. 1)
2. Secure strap at the top of the sling. If the thumb strap is desired, attach strap at
the front of the sling. (Fig. 1)
3. Place shoulder strap over the opposite shoulder. Connect shoulder strap to the
sling using the quick release buckle. (Fig. 2)
4. Place pillow at the waistline of the affected side. Attach the sling to the outside
of the pillow, along the hook and loop strips. Buckle the waist strap to the pillow
and adjust the strap to fit. Position the arm for desired internal or external
rotation by sliding the pillow forward or back along the waistline. (Fig. 3)
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash in cold water using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
Note: If not rinsed thoroughly, residual soap may cause irritation and deteriorate
material.
The waist and shoulder strap may be trimmed by removing the Y-tab (Ultrasling
II/III only).
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its
accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from
the date of sale. To the extent the terms of this warranty are inconsistent with
local regulations, the provisions of such local regulations will apply.

CARACTERÍSTICAS DE RENDIMIENTO: Proporcionar inmovilización o

CONTRAINDICACIONES: Ninguna.
ADVERTENCIAS Y PRECAUCIONES:
• Si tiene trastornos o lesiones cutáneas en la parte relevante del cuerpo, el
producto debe colocarse y usarse solo después de consultar con un profesional
médico.
• No debe aplicarse sobre heridas abiertas.
• Si sufre algún dolor, inflamación, cambios de sensibilidad o cualquier otra
reacción poco frecuente al utilizar este producto, póngase en contacto con su
médico inmediatamente.
• No utilice el dispositivo si está dañado o el empaque está abierto.
NOTA: Comuníquese con el fabricante y la autoridad competente en caso de un
incidente grave que surja debido al uso de este dispositivo.
INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN:
. Retire la correa del hombro y abra el panel frontal Coloque el codo en el cabestrillo
lo más atrás posible. Pase la correa del cabestrillo por el anillo en “D” y fíjelo. (Fig. 

. Pase la correa del hombro sobre el hombro opuesto. Utilizando la hebilla de liberación
rápida, conecte la correa del hombro al cabestrillo. (Fig. 
. Coloque la almohadilla en la línea de la cintura del lado afectado. Fije el cabestrillo al
exteriordelaalmohadilla,alineandolastirasdelvelcro.Enganchelacorreadelacinturaala
almohadillayajustelacorrea.Coloqueelbrazoparalarotacióninternaoexternadeseada,
deslizando la almohadilla hacia delante o hacia atrás por la línea de la cintura. Fig. 
INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA:
El lavado se realiza a mano con jabón suave en agua fría, enjuague
exhaustivamente. SECADO AL AIRE.
Nota: Si no se enjuaga exhaustivamente, los restos de jabón pueden provocar
irritación y deteriorar el material.
Las correas del hombro y de la cintura pueden recortarse retirando la orejeta en
“Y” (sólo con el cabestrillo Ultrasling II/III).
GARANTÍA: DJO, LLC se compromete a reparar o sustituir la totalidad o parte
del producto y sus accesorios, por defectos del material o de la fabricación,
durante los seis meses siguientes a la fecha de venta. Si los términos de esta
garantía son incompatibles con la normativa local, se aplicarán las disposiciones
de la normativa local.

PROFILO DELL’UTENTE:
Il prodotto è destinato a essere utilizzato da medici professionisti, dal paziente o
dal caregiver del paziente. L’utente deve poter leggere, comprendere ed essere
fisicamente in grado di rispettare tutte le indicazioni, le avvertenze e le precauzioni
fornite nelle istruzioni per l’uso.
USO PREVISTO/INDICAZIONI: riparazioni postoperatorie della cuffia dei
rotatori, procedure di Bankart postoperatorie, spostamenti capsulari, dislocazioni/
sublussazioni gleno-omerali, strappi/riparazioni dei tessuti molli
CARATTERISTICHE PRESTAZIONALI: Fornisce immobilizzazione o movimento
controllato dell’arto o del segmento del corpo.
CONTROINDICAZIONI: nessuna.
AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI:
• Se si verificano disturbi/lesioni cutanee nella parte del corpo interessata, il
prodotto deve essere applicato e indossato solo dopo aver consultato un
medico.
• Non usare su ferite aperte.
• Qualora si avvertano dolore, gonfiori, modifiche nelle sensazioni o qualsiasi
reazione inconsueta nel corso dell’uso di questo prodotto, rivolgersi
immediatamente al medico curante.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo se risulta danneggiato e/o se la confezione è stata
aperta.
NOTA: contattare il produttore e l’autorità competente in caso di gravi incidenti
dovuti all’uso di questo dispositivo.
INFORMAZIONI SULL’APPLICAZIONE:
. Staccare lo strap della spalla e aprire la parte anteriore. Posizionare il gomito
nel supporto il più indietro possibile. Avvolgere lo strap del supporto passando
attraverso l’anello a D e fissarlo. (Fig. 
. Fissare lo strap in cima al supporto. Se si desidera uno strap per il pollice, fissarne
uno sulla parte anteriore del supporto. (Fig. 
. Posizionare lo strap della spalla sulla spalla opposta. Collegare lo strap della spalla
allo sling tramite la fibbia a rilascio rapido (Fig. .
. Posizionare il cuscino all’altezza della vita sul lato interessato. Fissare il supporto
alla parte esterna del cuscino, lungo i velcri. Fermare lo strap della vita sul
cuscino e regolarlo per un perfetto adattamento. Posizionare il braccio in base
alla rotazione interna ed esterna desiderate, facendo scorrere il cuscino avanti e
indietro lungo la vita. (Fig. 
ISTRUZIONI PER LA PULIZIA:
Lavare a mano in acqua fredda con sapone neutro. Risciacquare accuratamente.
ASCIUGARE ALL’ARIA.
Nota: se non risciacquato perfettamente, i residui di sapone potrebbero
provocare irritazioni cutanee o danneggiare il materiale.
E’ possibile tagliare gli strap della vita e della spalla dopo aver estratto la
linguetta a Y (solo per Ultrasling II/III).
GARANZIA: DJO, LLC s’impegna alla riparazione o alla sostituzione di tutti i
componenti del dispositivo e dei relativi accessori in caso di difetti di lavorazione
o materiali, rinvenuti entro sei mesi dalla data di acquisto. Nella misura in cui
i termini della presente garanzia non risultino conformi alle normative locali,
risulteranno applicabili le disposizioni di queste ultime.

Le produit s’adresse à un professionnel de santé agréé, au patient ou à
l’aide-soignant du patient. L’utilisateur doit être capable de lire et de comprendre
l’ensemble des instructions, avertissements et précautions qui figurent dans le
mode d’emploi, et être physiquement apte à les respecter.
UTILISATION/INDICATIONS: Réparations postopératoires de la coiffe des
rotateurs, interventions postopératoires de Bankart, déplacements capsulaires,
luxation/subluxation de la région gléno-humérale, foulures/réparations des tissus
mous
CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE PERFORMANCES: Procure une immobilisation ou un
mouvement contrôlé du membre ou du segment corporel.
CONTRE-INDICATIONS: Aucune.
AVERTISSEMENTS ET PRÉCAUTIONS:
• En cas de troubles/lésions cutanés dans la partie concernée du corps, le produit
ne doit être mis en place et porté qu’après consultation d’un professionnel de
santé.
• Ne pas utiliser sur une plaie ouverte.
• En cas de douleur, d’enflure, d’altération de la sensation ou d’autres réactions
anormales lors de l’utilisation de ce produit, contacter immédiatement un
médecin.
• Ne pas utiliser ce dispositif s’il a été endommagé et/ou si l’emballage a été
ouvert.
REMARQUE: Contacter le fabricant et l’autorité compétente en cas d’incident
grave découlant de l’utilisation de ce dispositif.
INFORMATIONS CONCERNANT L’APPLICATION:
. Détacher la sangle d’épaule et ouvrir le panneau avant. Placer le coude dans
l’écharpe le plus à l’arrière possible. Passer la sangle dans la boucle en “D” et
l’attacher (Fig. .
. Attacher la sangle en haut de l’écharpe. Si une sangle de pouce est nécessaire,
l’attacher à l’avant de la sangle(Fig. .
. Placer la sangle d’épaule sur l’épaule opposée. Raccorder la sangle d’épaule à
l’écharpe à l’aide de la boucle à décrochage rapide (Fig. .
. Placer le coussin sur la taille, sous la région affectée. Attacher la sangle à l’extérieur
du coussin, le long des bandes de fixation par contact. Boucler la sangle de ceinture
sur le coussin et en ajuster la longueur. Engendrer la rotation désirée du bras vers
l’intérieur ou l’extérieur en glissant le coussin vers l’avant ou vers l’arrière sur la
taille (Fig. .
INSTRUCTIONS DE NETTOYAGE:
Laver manuellement à l’eau froide, avec du savon doux, puis rincer
intégralement. LAISSER SÉCHER À L’AIR LIBRE.
Remarque: Si le rinçage est insuffisant, le savon résiduel risque d’irriter la peau
du patient et de détériorer le matériau.
On peut couper les sangles ceinture et bandoulière en enlevant l’attache en “Y”
(écharpe Ultrasling II/III uniquement).
GARANTIE: DJO, LLC réparera ou remplacera tout ou une partie de l’unité
et de ses accessoires en cas de vice de matériau ou de fabrication pendant
une période de sixmois à partir de la date d’achat.Si les conditions de cette
garantie sont incompatibles avec la réglementation locale, les dispositions des
réglementations locales s’appliquent.

Rotatorenmanschette und Bankhart-Verfahren, Kapselverschiebungen,
Schultergelenk-Dislokation/-Subluxation; Weichteilzerrungen/-reparaturen
LEISTUNGSMERKMALE: Zur Immobilisierung oder kontrollierten Bewegung der
Extremität oder des Körpersegments.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN: Keine.
WARNHINWEISE UND VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN:
• Bei Hauterkrankungen/-verletzungen an der betreffenden Körperstelle sollte das
Produkt nur nach Rücksprache mit einem Arzt angepasst und getragen werden.
• Nicht auf offenen Wunden verwenden.
• Wenn bei der Verwendung dieses Produkts Schmerzen, Schwellungen,
Empfindungsänderungen oder andere ungewöhnliche Reaktionen auftreten,
nehmen Sie bitte sofort Kontakt mit Ihrem Arzt auf.
• Dieses Produkt nicht verwenden, wenn es beschädigt ist und/oder die
Verpackung geöffnet wurde.
HINWEIS: Wenden Sie sich im Fall eines schwerwiegenden Vorfalls, der sich
aus der Verwendung dieses Produktes ergeben sollte, an den Hersteller und die
zuständige Behörde.
GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG:
. Den Schultergurt lösen und die Vorderseite öffnen. Den Ellenbogen soweit hinten
wie möglich in der Unterarmtasche positionieren. Den Gurt durch die Ösen ziehen
(Abb. .
. Den Verschlussgurt oben an der Unterarmtasche fixieren. Bei Verwendung des
Daumenbands das Band an der Vorderseite der Unterarmtasche fixieren (Abb. .
. Den Schultergurt über die gegenüberliegende Schulter führen. Den Schultergurt
mit der Schnellverschluss-Schnalle an der Unterarmtasche befestigen (Abb. .
. Das Kissen auf der betroffenen Seite in Taillenhöhe positionieren. Die
Unterarmtasche außen am Kissen am Fixationsstreifen fixieren. Den Bauchgurt
durch die am Kissen befindliche Öse ziehen und straffen. Den Arm entsprechend
der gewünschten Innen- oder Außenrotation positionieren, indem das Kissen
entlang der Taillenlinie vor- bzw. zurückgeschoben wird (Abb. .
REINIGUNGSHINWEISE:
In einer milden, °C warmen Seifenlauge von Hand waschen. Gründlich
ausspülen. LUFTTROCKNEN.
Hinweis: Seifenrückstände können Hautirritationen und Materialverschleiß
hervorrufen.
Bauch- und Schultergurte können gekürzt werden.
GARANTIE: DJO, LLC garantiert bei Material- oder Herstellungsdefekten die
Reparatur bzw. den Austausch des kompletten Produktes oder eines Teils des
Produktes und aller zugehörigen Zubehörteile für einen Zeitraum von sechs
Monaten ab dem Verkaufsdatum. Falls und insoweit die Bedingungen dieser
Gewährleistung nicht den örtlichen Bestimmungen entsprechen, gelten die
Vorschriften dieser örtlichen Bestimmungen.
