Step 1: Take a look at the strainer. If it is clogged clean it and
retest your Dosatron. If there is still no suction but the Dosatron is
clicking turn the water on.

Step 6: Press the air bleed button on the bell housing a few times
to release the pressure.
Step 5: After you reattach you should see the liquid begin
moving up the suction hose. If you don’t see liquid moving up the
hose or you don’t feel suction on your nger, turn the water off.
Step 4: If you feel suction, just cut a half inch off the top of the
hose and reattach. If the hose is cracked, ridged, or looks really
old just replace it.

Step 9: Unscrew the injection stem nut.
Step 8: Remove the suction hose. Set it aside.

Step 12: To change the plunger seal, pinch and roll it off
the plunger.
Step 11: Take a close look at the plunger seal for nicks, scratches,
or wear. If you see damage or don’t remember the last time you
changed the plunger seal, just replace it now (Part #: JDI121).

Step 10: Pull the injection stem straight out from the body of the
injector.

Step 15: Then, reinstall the injection stem nut, hand tight.
Step 14: To reinstall the injection stem, align the notches in the
lower part of the blue body with the teeth on the top of the injection
stem assembly.

Step 13: Install the new one into the groove on the plunger.

Step 18: Reinstall the nut hand tight.
Step 17: Pull the stem down slightly, rotate it and push it back up.

Step 16: If the scale you prefer is not facing out, just loosen the
stem nut and remove.

Step 3: Grab the barb and pull the check valve assembly
straight out.
Step 2: Unscrew and remove the check valve nut.
Step 1: Remove the hose nut and hose, set aside.

down into the concentrate tank.

Step 4: To inspect the check valve parts, hold the assembly
and twist the white top guide one quarter turn counter
clockwise to remove.

Step 5: Remove the spring and cone.
Step 6: Inspect all of the check valve parts. If they are dirty, you
may be able to soak, brush off, and re-install. If you see damage
or if you don’t remember the last time you changed these parts,
just replace them now (Part #: PJDI118).

Step 9: Position the top guide over the shaft.
Step 8: Then slide the spring over the shaft.
Step 7: Insert the cone into the top of the barb.
