pushing down on the Side Slat Caps firmly.

Care and Maintenance
Herearesomegood tipstokeep yournew ottomanbed framein tip-top condition.
Cleaning
Toclean yournew ottoman bed frame, we adviseusing adampclothif the fabricisdustyora
low suction vacuum. Do not useabrasivechemicalsorbleachasthismaydamage the
product.
CheckingandMoving
Periodically, we recommend you check that thescrewsand fixtureshaven't becomeloose
overtime. Tomoveyourbed frame, we recommend lifting it wherepossible, asdragging or
pushing it could causedamage tothe legsorflooring.
Fabric
Pleasenote, depending on the Iighting, positioning and surroundingsof yourroom, the shade
of the fabricwill appeardifferently. Overaperiod of time, the fabricmayalso
lighten orfade slightlydue tolight exposure.
Gasstrut/pistonbestuse:
Usecaution when operating-always usetwo hands.
Onlyattempt toclosethe ottoman frame, oncethe mattress hasbeen placed on the frame.
The thickerside of the cylindershould be abovethethinnerside -thiswill increaselongevity
ofthe part.
Onlyattempt toclosethe framewithtwo handsfromthe footboardside, slowlyincreasing
the pressureuntil the framestartsmoving downwards.
Closing the frameforthe first timemaybe difficult, asthe cylinderneedscycling and
lubricating. Afterclosing forthe first time, open and closeafurther5times.
Iftheframeisstuckopenandunabletobe closed,werecommendgettingassistancefrom
asecondperson,bothapplyingequalpressurefromeachsideofthefootboarduntilthe
framecloses, thismayrequiremoreforcethanexpected.Stopapplyingpressureifthemetal
framebeginstowarp contact customerservicesat thispoint.
Toptips:
Do not attempt toclosethe gasstrut/piston byhand, it can onlybe compressed once
added totheframe
Ensurethe framecan movefreelybeforeadding the gasstruts/pistons
Check the frameisfullysquare, being offset can causethe frametocatchon the side rail
