Before sending your camera for repair, checkthe following or contactour technical specialist.
No Video
Checkthe coaxial cableand make sure it is connected securely.
Checkthe lens’ iris adjustment at the menu setup of the camera.
Checkthe power supplyand make sure the camera has the proper voltage and current.
Out-of-Focus Video
Checkthe lens manual focal and zoom adjustment. Fieldtest monitor is recommended.

Camera Installation
Use the Mounting Templage (2) when mounting the camera.
Use the Security L-Key (3) to loosen the TwoScrews(6) that secure the dome cover. Removethe
dome cover to access the inner screw holes used to mount the camera.

INSTALLATION*
A.Loosen the Fixing Screws(A),using the L-Key.
B. Separate the Upper Case (B) from the Base (F).
C.Loosen the Inner Screws(C),using ascrew driver.
D.Detachthe Gimbal (D) from the Base (F).
E.Cut aholein the ceiling for routing the cables.
F.Placethe Base (F) horizontallyagainst the ceiling.
Drill the screw holes at the twomarked positions.
G.Pass the Power Cable(E) and Video Cable(G) from the
camera unit through the cableholein the ceiling.
H.Align the screw holes of the camera unit with the
holes in the ceiling. Secure the camera with
the twoInner Screws(C).
I.Fix the Gimbal (D) to the Base (F).
J.Install and adjust the camera unit.
K.Adjust the dome to show the lens through the
camera window.
L.. Attachthe Upper Case (B) and the Base (F).
M.Tighten the Fixing Screws(A) to fasten the Upper
Case(B) to the Base (F).
