GENERAL INFORMATION
When using the Air Circulator Fan, basic safety precautions should be observed.
PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE AIR
CIRCULATOR FAN.
1. Always turn the fan off before removing the plug from the outlet.
2. Always turn the fan off and unplug it immediately after using and before
cleaning.
3. To protect against electrical hazards, do not place the fan in water or other
liquids.
4. Do not allow the fan to become wet or damp.
5. Do not store the fan where it can fall into water or other liquids.
6. Do not store the fan unattended when it is plugged in. Turn the fan off when
leaving the fan for an extended period.
7. Use the fan only for its intended use as described in these operating
instructions.
8. Do not operate any appliance if its cord or plug is damaged, after the appliance
has malfunctioned, or after it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
Always follow the warranty instructions.
9. Place fan on a dry flat, level surface to avoid it overturning.
10. Avoid contact with moving parts.
11. Never drop or insert any object into any opening. Do not insert any objects
into the area protected by the guards.
12. Do not obstruct the airflow.
13. Do not operate the fan without the guard.
14. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is operated near children.
15. To maintain operating efficiency, user should not operate this fan 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
16. Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover with throw rugs, runners or
similar coverings, or under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from
traffic areas where it will not be tripped over.
17. This fan employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an
overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the fan from the
outlet. Replace the fuse (see instructions next page) and check the fan. If the
replacement fuse blows, a short circuit may be present and you should contact
customer service for instructions.
18. Warning! To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan with
any solid-state speed control device.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The
warnings, cautions, and instruction discussed in this instruction manual cannot
cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood
by the operator that common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be built
into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal
injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is
exercised in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is
necessary. Also the cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125V, and
at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape
over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped
over accidentally.
POLARIZED PLUG
NOTE: This fan has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended
to fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to
defeat this safety feature.
ELECTRIC POWER
If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliances may not
operate properly. The appliances should be operated on a separate electrical circuit
from other operating appliances.
SAFETY WARNING
Although your fan is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings below must be
followed:
1. Do not place the fan near a heat source.
2. Use the fan on a stable work surface away from water.
3. Do not unplug from the wall socket by pulling on the supply cord.
4. The fan must be unplugged:
A. If it appears to be faulty.
B. Before cleaning or maintenance.

USER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the fan on a level and dry surface. Plug the power cord into a polarized
120V AC wall outlet.
2. Select the desired speed 0 (Off), 1 (Low), 2 (Medium), 3 (High).
3. Adjust the angle of the fan to the desired air output direction.
4. To move the fan, turn fan OFF and use concealed carrying handle on back of
fan.
Wall Mounting (optional)
1. Locate and mark a suitable position on the wall to mount the fan (preferably at
a wall stud).
2. Hold the fan against the wall at the location you would like it to be installed.
3. Use a pencil to mark the location of the mount opening screw holes on the
base of the fan. Place fan aside and drill pilot holes through the marks you
have made on the wall.
4. Insert anchors (not included) into the holes.
5. Place mount screws (not included) through the holes in the wall mount
openings, and then place the fan into position on the wall.
6. Tighten the screws until the wall mount is flush against the wall.
7. Once securely attached to the wall, the fan can be plugged into an electrical
outlet.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the appliance is switched OFF before cleaning the appliance or
attempting to store the item. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID.
1. Before cleaning, turn the fan off and unplug from electrical outlet.
2. Wipe off excess dust with a lint free cloth.
3. A vacuum cleaner brush attachment can be used to clean the fan guards. This
will help remove lint and dirt from inside the fan. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE
THE FAN APART.
NOTE: A can of compressed air may also be used to help push any excess dirt
out of the fan and into the vacuum cleaner.
4. DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow the water to enter the
motor housing.
5. DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.
6. DO NOT use abrasive cleaner to clean the fan.

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
Al usar el ventilador circulador de aire, deben seguirse medidas básicas de seguridad. POR
FAVOR LEA Y CONSERVE TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE USAR EL
VENTILADOR CIRCULADOR DE AIRE.
1. Siempre apague el ventilador antes de quitar el enchufe del tomacorriente.
2. Siempre apague el ventilador y desconéctelo de inmediato antes y después de
limpiarlo.
3. Para protegerse contra riesgos eléctricos no coloque el ventilador en el agua ni en
otros líquidos.
4. No permita que el ventilador se moje o humedezca.
5. No guarde el ventilador en ningún lugar donde pueda caer al agua o a cualquier
otro líquido.
6. No deje desatendido el ventilador cuándo esté enchufado. Apague el ventilador
cuando no lo vaya a usar por períodos prolongados de tiempo.
7. Use el ventilador únicamente para lo que fue creado según lo descrito en este
manual de instrucciones.
8. Nunca opere este producto si el enchufe o el cable de alimentación eléctrica están
dañados, o después de que haya habido algún mal funcionamiento, o si se ha caído
o dañado de alguna forma. Siempre siga las instrucciones de garantía.
9. Coloque el ventilador sobre una superficie seca, plana y bien nivelada para evitar
que se caiga.
10. Evite hacer contacto con los componentes en movimiento.
11. Nunca inserte, ni deje caer NINGÚN objeto por ningún orificio. No inserte ningún
objeto dentro del área protegida por las rejillas protectoras.
12. No obstruya el flujo de aire.
13. No opere el ventilador sin las rejillas protectoras.
14. Es necesario supervisar de cerca este producto cuando se utilice cerca de donde
haya niños.
15. Para mantener la eficiencia operativa, el usuario no deberá operar este ventilador
veinticuatro (24) horas al día, siete (7) días la semana.
16. No coloque el cable de alimentación debajo de alfombras, ni lo cubra con tapetes,
alfombras de pasillo o cubiertas similares, ni debajo de muebles o
electrodomésticos. Acomode el cable de alimentación alejado de las áreas de paso
más transitadas donde no pueda dar lugar a tropiezos.
17. Este ventilador cuenta con un sistema de protección de sobrecarga (fusible). Un
fusible fundido indica que hay una situación de sobrecarga o corto circuito. Si el
fusible está fundido, desconecte el ventilador del tomacorriente. Reemplace el
fusible (vea las instrucciones en la siguiente página) y revise el ventilador. Si el
fusible de repuesto se funde, es posible que exista un corto circuito y usted deberá
contactar al centro de servicio al cliente para que le den instrucciones.
18. ¡Advertencia! Para reducir el riesgo de un incendio o de una descarga eléctrica, no
use este ventilador con ningún aparato de control de velocidad de estado sólido.

enchufe está diseñado para encajar en un tomacorriente polarizado en una sola posición.
Si el enchufe no encaja completamente en el tomacorriente, invierta la posición del enchufe.
Si aun así no encaja, comuníquese con un electricista calificado. No intente deshacer esta
característica de seguridad.
ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA
Si el circuito eléctrico se sobrecarga con otros aparatos electrodomésticos, es posible que

MODO DE EMPLEO
1. Coloque el ventilador sobre una superficie plana, seca y nivelada. Enchufe el
cable de alimentación en un tomacorriente de pared polarizado de 120 V CA.
2. Seleccione la velocidad deseada 0 (Apagado), 1 (Baja), 2 (Media), 3 (Alta).
3. Ajuste el ángulo del ventilador hacia la dirección de salida de aire deseada.
4. Para mover el ventilador, APAGUE el ventilador y use el mango oculto de
traslado que está detrás del ventilador.
Para montar en la pared (opcional)
1. Ubique y señale una posición adecuada en la pared para montar el ventilador
(de preferencia en un montante).
2. Sujete el ventilador contra la pared en el lugar en el que le gustaría instalarlo.
3. Use un lápiz para marcar la ubicación de los agujeros para atornillar los
orificios de la montura de la base del ventilador. Ponga el ventilador a un lado
y taladre agujeros pilotos a través de las marcas que ha hecho en la pared.
4. Inserte los taquetes (no incluidos) en los agujeros.
5. Coloque los tornillos de montaje (no incluidos) a través de los agujeros en los
orificios de montaje de la pared y después coloque el ventilador en posición en
la pared.
6. Ajuste los tornillos hasta que la montura quede pegada contra la pared.
7. Una vez que el ventilador esté bien montado a la pared, puede enchufarlo en
un tomacorriente eléctrico.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
PRECAUCIÓN:
Siempre asegúrese de que el aparato esté APAGADO (en OFF) y desconectado
antes de limpiarlo o de intentar guardarlo. NO LO SUMERJA EN AGUA NI EN
NIGÚN OTRO LÍQUIDO.
1. Antes de limpiar el ventilador, apáguelo y desconéctelo del tomacorriente.
2. Quite el exceso de polvo con un trapo que no deje pelusas.
3. Se puede utilizar el accesorio de cepillo de la aspiradora para limpiar los
protectores del ventilador. Esto ayudará a quitar la pelusa y la mugre que se
encuentre dentro del ventilador. NO INTENTE DESARMAR EL VENTILADOR.
NOTA: También puede utilizarse un bote de aire comprimido para expulsar el
exceso de suciedad del ventilador y succionarlo con la aspiradora.
4. NO sumerja el ventilador en agua y nunca permita que el agua se meta en la
carcasa del motor.
5. NO use gasolina, solvente de pintura, ni ningún otro químico para limpiar el
ventilador.
6. NO use limpiadores abrasivos para limpiar el ventilador.

In order to make a claim under the warranty, please send us:
