GENERAL INFORMATION AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should be observed, including
the following.
PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE TOWER
FAN.
1. Always turn the Tower Fan off before removing the plug from the outlet.
2. This is NOT a toy. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on,
or near children or invalids.
3. Use only as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended
by the manufacturer. This unit is intended for household use only.
4. DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug grasp the plug, not the cord.
5. DO NOT handle plug or Tower Fan with wet hands.
6. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings
and moving parts.
7. Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if it is dropped in water. Call the
customer service number provided.
8. Always turn the Tower Fan off and unplug it immediately after using and before
cleaning.
9. To protect against electrical hazards, do not place the Tower Fan in water or any
other liquid. Do not allow the Tower Fan to become wet or damp.
10. Do not store the Tower Fan where it can fall into water or other liquids.
11. NO object(s) should ever be inserted or dropped into any opening on this product.
12. Do not leave the Tower Fan unattended when it is in use. Turn the fan off when
leaving it for an extended period of time.
13. Place the Tower Fan on a flat, level surface to avoid it overturning.
14. Do not obstruct the airflow.
15. Do not operate the Tower Fan without the front and rear guards in place.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan
with any solid-state speed control device.
THIS UNIT HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE PIN IS WIDER THAT THE OTHER)
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. THIS PLUG IS DESIGNED TO
FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT
FULLY INTO THE OUTLET, TRY THE PLUG THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IF THE
PLUG STILL DOES NOT FIT, CONTACT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO ALTER, DISMANTLE OR FIND ANOTHER WAY AROUND THIS

Warning! Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed

and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions

and caution are a factor which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by
the operator.
CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
ELECTRIC POWER
If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliances may not operate
properly. The appliances should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other
operating appliances.
SAFETY WARNING
Although your appliance is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings below must be
followed:
1. Do not place the appliance near a heat source.
2. Use the Tower Fan on a stable surface.
3. Do not unplug by pulling on the supply cord.
4. The appliance must be unplugged:
A. Before any cleaning or maintenance.
B. If it appears to be faulty.
TO REPLACE FUSE:
1. Grasp plug and remove from the outlet.
2. Open the fuse compartment cover on top of the plug by sliding it towards the
blades.
3. Use a small flat blade screwdriver and carefully pry the fuse up from the end
closest to the cord.
4. Replace the fuse with a 2.2amp, 125-volt fuse (not included).
5. Close the fuse compartment cover by sliding it away from the blades.

USER INSTRUCTIONS
Lay fan gently on floor, take rear base (2) and place power cord (5) in the cord
groove.
Take front base (3) and slide onto rear base (2) by lining up the pegs, pushing the
base pieces together slightly, then sliding the base pieces together.
Attach the fan body and the base by inserting and tightening the screws (4) using a
screwdriver.
Once assembled the Tower Fan must be placed on a firm, level surface.
Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
Turn the control knob to the left to LO, MED, or HI for fan use only.
Turn the control knob to LO , MED , or HI for using the fan in the
oscillation mode.
Turn the control knob to OFF to turn the fan off.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Always be sure that the Tower Fan is switched OFF and unplugged
before cleaning or attempting to store the Tower Fan.
1. Before cleaning, turn the Tower Fan off and unplug from electrical outlet.
2. Wipe off excess dust with a lint free cloth.
3. A vacuum cleaner brush attachment can be used to clean the fan guards. This will
help remove lint and dirt from inside the fan. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE THE FAN
APART.
4. Should the fan housing become soiled, it can be cleaned with a damp cloth using
warm (not hot) soapy water and a mild detergent solution. Wipe dry.
5. Do not submerse your fan in water or any other liquids. Do not allow any liquid to
get into the fan or motor
Please Note:
Take care not to stain the plastic parts with oil. Avoid using the fan in places where oil is
liable to spill on fan. Damage or deterioration can be caused by oil on the housing.

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL E INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Cuando se utilizan aparatos eléctricos, siempre deberá seguir las precauciones básicas de

POR FAVOR, LEA Y GUARDE TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE USAR EL
VENTILADOR DE TORRE.
1. Siempre apague el ventilador de torre antes de desconectarlo de la toma de
corriente eléctrica.
2. Esto NO es un juguete. Es necesario supervisar de cerca este producto cuando se
utilice junto a, con, o cerca de niños o personas inválidas.
3. Use este producto únicamente según lo descrito en este manual. NO utilice
aditamentos que no hayan sido recomendados por el fabricante. Esta unidad está
diseñada únicamente para su uso en interiores.
4. NO desconecte jalando del cable de alimentación eléctrica. Para desconectar,
