PRE-OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. BesurethehumidierisOFFanddisconnectedfromthe
electricaloutlet.
2. Placethehumidieronaatsurface,about24in.(60cm)awayfromthe
oorand4in.(10cm)awayfromthewall.Werecommendtonotplace
thehumidieronimportantfurniture.
3. Fillingthewatertankinstructions:
 -Removethewatertank.(SeeFig1)
 -Twistoffthetankcaplocatedonthebottomofthetankbyturning
counterclockwise
andllthewatertankwithcool,freshwater.DONOTFILLWITH
WARM WATER AS
THISMAYCAUSELEAKING.
 -Afterllingthetank,replacethetankcapbyrmlyturningclockwise
andthenreplacethewatertankonthebase.Thetankwillimmediately
begintoemptyintothebase.
4. Connectthepoweradaptertotheunitandplugintoarated
 electricaloutlet.

irritatednasalpassages,frequentcolds,sorethroatsandetc.
Humidiersproviderelativehumiditytoprotectourhealth.Togetthe
mostofthebenetfromthehumidierandavoidproductfailure,follow
allmaintenanceinstructionscarefully.Iftherecommendedcareand
maintenanceguidelinesarenotfollowed,micro-organismsmaybe
abletogrowinthewaterwithinthehumidier.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
1. Beforecleaning,turnthepowertoOFFandunplugtheunitfrom
theelectricaloutlet.
2. Liftoffthetankandthehousingofthehumidier.
3. Carrythewatertanktoasink,thendrainandrinsethewatertank
thoroughlytoremoveanysedimentanddirt.Wipecleananddry
withacleansoftclothorpapertowel.
4. Rellthewatertankwithcooltapwaterasinstructedinllingthe
watertankinstructions.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
•Repeattherstthreestepsabove.
•Fillonecupofwhitevinegar(about200ml)tothebasin,andsoakforfor
about15minutes,thenwipeoffthescaleinthebasin(especiallyinthe
transducer)withasoftbrush.
•Removethescaleandwhitevinegarsolutionwithacleansoftcloth.
