The Revolu tion was designed for u se on h ard su rfaces only su ch as grou ted tile, stone, or
concrete as per the instru ction s an d recommendation s written in this m anu al. Any
deviation from its proper u se or pu rpose and the consequ ential damage that m ay occu r is
the sole responsibilit y of the end-u ser.
Repairs are only allowed by a qu alified service center. Do not attempt to disassemble or
repair the u nit if you are not qu alified to do so.

PREPARATI ON
Remove fu r nitu re fr om cleanin g area, an d sweep or vacu u m .
Protect from all types of overspr ay, any cabinet s, pain ted su rfaces, walls, carpets, an d
other delicate m aterials by mask ing, using painter’s tape, dr op cloth s, plastic, or spray
sh ields.
Iden t ify the type of floor you are going to clean to insu re that you are u sing the proper
ch emicals, bru shes and equ ipment an d will not damage th e floor.
After iden tifyin g the flooring, apply the appropr iate pre-spray to the floor . To avoid longer
dry t ime before sealing, u se only 5 minu te dwell time or less an d do not over wet the
su r face.
OPERATI ON
(Pressure range of 700-1500 psi and temperature up to 200°F)
Connect t he Revolu tion to t h e vacu u m and solu tion hose fr om t he extractor.
Tu rn on the extract or t o engage th e vacu u m.
Mak e su re the bot tom of t he Revolu tion is flush wit h the su rface to be cleaned to insu re
pr oper su ct ion .
Squ eeze the trigger to release the solu tion and move the Revolu tion at a m oderate r ate
overlappin g ju st enou gh to in su re complete coverage. Movin g too fast m ay create a spiral
pattern in the grou t or tile.
AFT ER USE
Discon n ect hoses and in spect them for an y damage.
Wipe the mach in e with a clean, soft damp cloth.
Store indoors, in a clean, dry place.
Do not st ore sitting on t he bru sh.
Do n ot st ore in freezing tem perat u res.
DAI LY M AI NT ENANCE
Clean and in spect h oses.
Check for loose h ardware.
Clean machine with a clean, soft, damp cloth .
WEEKLY M AI NT ENANCE
In spect an d clean if n ecessary the stain less steel mesh filter after the qu ick disconnect.
Inspect spray jets. Do not adju st t h e angle of the tips.

T ROUBLESH OOT I NG
Problem Cause
- Inspect the jets to make sure they are not clogged
- Inspect the stainless steel mesh filter after the quick
disconnect clean if necessary.
- Remove the Revolution from the solution hose and
check the extractor for a normal flow of solution.
- Try to spin the arm by hand. If it doesn’t move take
the revolution to a qualified service center to
replace or rebuild.
- Inspect the brush and manifold to make sure they
are balanced and flat.
- Adjust the vacuum suction adjustment.
Problem
Revolution doesn’t spin.
Revolution doesmove easily or
smoothly.
