Please read this instruction carefully. It is advisable to keep this instruction manual in
a safe place for future reference.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1.Keep electrical appliances out of reach from children. Do not let them to operate the
appliances without supervision.
2.To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the product, power cord or
plug into water or any other liquid.
3.This product is for household and indoor use only.
4.This product is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
5.If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the service centre or a
qualified service technician to avoid hazard.
6.Before installation, check if the mains supply voltage is matched with the voltage stated on
the rating label of the steam oven.
7.There must be adequate air ventilation of the room when the appliance is used with other
cooking appliances with burning gas or other fuels.
8.Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass.
This may scratch the surface, which may result damage the glass.
9.The steam cleaner is strictly prohibited.
10.There is a risk of fire if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with this instruction.
WARNING: Accessible parts may become hot during use. Young children should be kept
away. The drip tray and steam tray will get hot during using. Avoid touching the
heating elements.

INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION
1.Warnings for power connection:
-The appliance must be connected in accordance with local electrical regulations.
-The installation must to be carried out only by authorized technician.
-THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED.
-Main connection can also be made by fitting a single phase 15 amp earthed switch
with a minimum gap between the contacts of 3mm.
-With earth single phase socket, use the proportionate load complying with the
regulations in force.
2.Before connecting to the mains, make sure that:
-Use 1.5mm² power cable and three-pin fused socket rated at 15A.
-The electricity supply system must be earthed, according to the regulations in force.
-The isolation switch can easily be reached after the steam oven is installed.
-After connection to the electrical mains, check that the supply cable does not
overheat.
-Never use reductions, shunts, or adaptors that can cause overheating or burning.
-The manufacturer shall not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by faulty
installation. The installer must ensure that the product installation and connection
complies with the local and general regulations in force.
3.Installation and Assembly:
-Fit the appliance into its surround (beneath a work-top) by inserting screws into the
4 holes that can be seen in the frame of the oven when the door is opened.

-The steam oven needs a supporting surface underneath. The sides and the front
panel where the steam oven is to be installed should be in level.
-Ensure the steam oven is secured firmly in place as described above, and insulate
electrical connections in order to avoid contact with metallic parts.
Note: The surrounding of the cabinet has to withstand temperatures not lower than
90°C to avoid deformation or instability.
-For the most efficient air circulation, the oven should be fitted according to the
dimensions shown.
-The space to which the steam oven is fitted should have a gap of at least 70 mm
from the rear of the appliance.
-Do not switch on the appliance before it is has been fully and correctly installed.
-WARNING: The power socket must be connected to a switch with earth
protection. If the power cable is damaged, please contact a qualified
electrician for replacement.

STEP 1: Turn on the steam oven
The Panel display screen will be on by pressing
button. When the screen light on, the steam
oven is ready to operate, the temperature is the
ambient temperature in the cooking chamber.

STEP 2: Set the cooking duration
Press button, the will flash to set cooking
duration. Use and buttons to set working
duration (the time can be set from 5 minutes to
2 hours).
Warning: must follow the STEPS order to set the steam oven.

and set the current time by pressing and
buttons.

STEP 3: Set the Temperature
Press and buttons below the temperature
display to set the correct cooking temperature.
(can be set from 50℃ to 100℃).

After set the cooking duration and temperature,
press button, the light will change from RED
color to BLUE color and the steam oven start
working. indication light will be displayed.
The time will start to count down after steam
oven heats up to the selected temperature, for
the last 3 minutes it will count down by seconds.

Delay start setting for steam oven:
Press button to set cooking duration,
then press and to set the total time to
cook. Press button again to set the delay
start, then press and to set the time to
start the steam oven.
Delay start timer will start base on 24 hours
time zone.

When the door is not close properly during the
operation or the steam oven out of water,
will display, press the button to pause steam
oven operation. Close the door properly if the
door is not closing well, or add in water if the
steam oven out of water. Press button again
to resume the operation. ( will turn RED
color to BLUE color.)
Water Shortage Alert
When the water tank short of water, the
will flash and give a sound alert warning.
Press any button to stop the alert. The steam
oven will stop heating. Fill in the water, until
the water shortage alert disappear, and
then press button to resume the operation.
( will turn RED color to BLUE color. )

Water Tank Full:

When flash, it is mean the water tank full,
stop adding water. The symbol will disappear
when the water level reach safety line.
WATER SHORTAGE ALERT
-When the water tank out of water, the water shortage alert will flash and give a
sound alert as warning, press any button to stop the alert, and the steam oven will
stop operating.
-Add in water until the water shortage alert disappear and close the door.
Press button to continue cooking.
Caution: The steam oven fan will continue running although the cooking
process has been completed.

The above information is for reference only; the heating time* should varies on the actual
situation and individual preference.
* Time display will start to count down only after the steam oven heats up to the selected

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Water Tank
Before using the steam oven for the first time, we suggest to flush the built in water tank 3
times. Connect the appliance to electrical main and turn on the power. Push to access to the
water filling point and add water. Keep the steam oven door opened, press and hold the “-”
button (Reduce the Cooking Time) and the water will discharge from water outlet on the left
hand side of the door frame. Repeat this process 3 times to remove any unpleasant smell.
WARNING: Keep pressing the “-” button to drain the water tank. Use an appropriate
container to collect the discharged water from the water tank.
Please empty and flush the built in water tank after every use to avoid having coagulation or
odours.
Side Gasket
Use hot soapy water and a sponge and clean and dry the side gasket of the steam oven door
every time after use. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANING PRODUCTS.
Inner Cavity of Steam Oven
Clean the inner cavity of the steam oven after using with a soapy sponge or soft cloth to wipe
off the residue. Most cooking residue can be removed by cloth with hot soapy water. In some
areas where the water supply contains high levels of impurity, it will leave a white deposit in
the chamber. Use a soft cloth wetted with vinegar to wipe off this deposit, followed by clean
water, wipe and then dry the inner cavity.
* Make sure there is no cleaner remain on the side gasket of the steam oven door.
Shelves and Trays
Wash and dry the shelves and trays after use.
Stainless Steel Panel & Casing
Use a soft non abrasive cloth with warm soapy water to the clean control panel, door panel
and the casing of the steam oven. Dry the stainless steel surfaces with soft dry cloth.
Allowing a stain to stay on the stainless steel surfaces for long periods may damage the
stainless steel surface.
