6. INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION
1、Warnings for Power Connection:
①The appliance must be connected in accordance with correct electrical regulations；
②The installation is to be done only by a qualified technician；
③THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED；
④Main connection can also be made by fitting a single phase 15 amp earthed switch with a
minimum gap between the contacts of 3mm；
⑤With earthed single phase socket, use the proportionate load and comply with the
regulations in force；
2、Before connecting to the mains, make sure that:
①Use 1.5mm² power cable and three-pin fused socket rated at 15A；
②The power supply must be earthed, according to the regulations in force；
③The isolation switch can easily be reached after the steam oven is installed；
④After connection to the mains, check that the supply cable does not overheat；
⑤Never use reductions, shunts, adaptors that can cause overheating or burning；
⑥The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by faulty
installation. The installer must ensure that the product installation and connection
complies with the local and general regulations in force.
3、Installation and Assembly:
①Fit the appliance into its built-in cave (beneath a work-top) and open the oven door. Fix
the screws into the 4 holes that can be seen in the door frame.
②The sides and the face surface where the steam oven is to be installed should be milled
to allow an adequate air intake and a free air circulation around the steam oven, thereby
allowing correct operation and avoiding damage to the cabinet.
③Ensure that the steam oven is secured firmly in place as prescribed above, and insulate
electrical connections in order to avoid contact with metallic parts.
Note: The adhesive on the laminated cabinet surrounding the oven (if any) has to withstand the
temperature not lower than 90°C to avoid deformation or instability.

④For the most efficient air circulation, the oven should be fitted according to the
dimensions shown.
⑤The rear of the steam oven must be empty so that air can circulate freely. The rear
panel to where the steam oven is fitted should have a gap of at least 70 mm away.
⑥Do not switch on the appliance before it is has been fully and correctly installed.
WARNING: The power socket must be connected to a switch with earth. If the power cable
is damaged, please contact a qualified electrician for replacement.
7. INSTRUCTION FOR COOKING
Step 1: Adding Water
*Before using the steam oven, it is recommended to flush the built in water tank. Refer to
Section 9: Cleaning and Maintenance.
1、Make sure the appliance is under normal operation mode.
2、Push and eject the knob ⑩to access water filling point, then fill water with a measurement
jug to the suitable amount of water depending on the cooking time required.
3、WARNING: Please use only purified water, mineral water or distilled water to avoid the
water system getting blocked or stained.
4、Note: The capacity of the water tank is 1.0litre, which can last for approx. 1.5hours. Alarm
beeps and will start flashing when the water added reaches maximum water level. To
avoid wasting water or possible spillage, please add only an appropriate amount of water
based on the cooking time, e.g. if the cooking time is 30 minutes, then you only need to pour
about 500ml of water into the water tank.
Step 2: Set the Time
1、Press and hold TIME button ⑦to set the time of day (for first time usage only);
2、Press TIME button ⑦once to program delay start, and symbol will flash, then press “+”
or “-”buttons to set the delay start timer;

3、Press TIME button ⑦again and symbol will flash to set working duration. Use “+”
or “-”buttons to set working duration (the time can be set from 5 minutes up to 2 hours)
4、Reset cooking temperature and time
①To reset the cooking temperature or working time when the appliance is operating,
press the PAUSE button ④;
②Press temperature “+” or “-“buttons to set the new temperature.
STEP 3: Set the Temperature
Press “+” and or “-”button below the temperature display to set the correct cooking temperature.
(can be set from 50℃to 100℃)
STEP 4: Starting the Oven
1、After setting the cooking duration and temperature, press the START/PAUSE button and the
light will change to BLUE and the cooking process will start.
2、The time will start to countdown only after the steam oven heats up to the selected
temperature. The steam oven only takes 4 - 5 minutes to heat up from 30⁰c to 100⁰C.
Note: Water will not pump to the element immediately on starting, so if the water tank is empty or
low it may take up to 1 minute before the „water empty alarm‟ beeps and flashes.
WARNING: Steam oven door surface temperature can go up to 55℃during cooking
process. The steam oven will allow partial steam to escape when the cooking process
nearly comes to an end.
When opening the oven door during the cooking cycle do so gradually and allow the
steam to escape to avoid risk of scalding. Please keep children away from the cooking
appliances.

STEP 5: Cooking Completion
1、When the cooking time finishes, the time display will turn to time of the day and sound an
alert.
2、The displayed temperature will gradually reduce.
WARNING: The fan motor will run for 15 minutes after cooking time finishes. The
condensed steam water may fall into the gutter under the oven door. Please wear
protective gloves when taking out the food after cooking.
STEP 6: Turn On/Off
After the cooking program has finished, press the POWER button to turn off the steam oven.
Alternatively the steam oven will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if it is not used. Press the
POWER button to turn on the steam oven again.
WARNING: The steam oven will automatically turn off when the steam oven door is
opened during operation and sound an alert. When the door is closed, the steam oven
will resume cooking.
WARNING: If the steam oven is still hot, steam will give off when the door is opened.
Please keep away from the appliance, until the steam vents completely. Please pay
attention to the hot water spilling out from the coagulation groove when the door is
opened. Do not touch the steam and the surrounding of the steam oven, so as to avoid
being scald.
8. WATER SHORTAGE ALERT
1、When the water level of the tank is low, the symbol beside the temperature display will
flash and sound a warning alert, press any button to stop the alert, and the steam oven will
stop heating.
2、Add the water and close the door, then press the START button to continue cooking and
the symbol will cease to flash.
Note: Water will not pump to the element immediately after starting, so if the water tank is empty
or low it may take up to 1 minute before the symbol beeps and flashes.

situation and individual preference.
* Cooking time display will start to countdown only after the steam oven heats up to the selected
temperature.
9. CLEANINGAND MAINTENANCE
1、Water Tank:
Before using the steam oven for the first time, we suggest to flush the built in water tank 3
times. Connect the appliance to power and turn on, pull out the water add tube and add water.
Keep the steam oven door open, press and hold the “-” button ⑥below the timer and the water
will discharge from water outlet on left hand side of the door frame. Use appropriate container to
collect the discharged water. Repeat this process 3 times to clean the water tank.
Note: After every use, empty the water tank by pressing and holding the “-” button ⑥
below the timer to avoid stain and odor.
2、Side Gasket:
Use hot soapy water and a sponge to clean and dry the side gasket of the steam oven
door every time after use. DO NOT USE CLEANING PRODUCTS. Replace the door gasket
with a new one if it becomes torn or damaged.
3、Inner Part of Steam Oven:
Clean the chamber of the steam oven using a soapy sponge and soft cloth to wipe off the
residue. Most cooking residue can be removed by cloth with soapy water or by using neutral
cleanser. In some areas where the water supply contains high levels of impurity, it will leave a
white deposit in the chamber. Use a cloth wetted with vinegar to wipe off this deposit; followed by
clean water wipe and then dry the chamber.
Make sure there is no cleaner pasting on the side seal of the steam oven door.
4、Shelves and Trays:
Wash and dry the shelves and trays after using.

5、Stainless Steel Panel & Casing:
Use a soft non abrasive cloth with warm soapy water to clean the control panel, door
panel and the casing of the steam oven. Dry the stainless steel surfaces with soft dry cloth.
Allowing a stain to stay on the stainless steel surfaces for long periods may damage the
stainless steel surface. It is recommended to use non scratched cleaning agents to clean the
stainless steel surface by following the direction of grain. Use appropriate glass cleanser to
clean the glass on the steam oven door.
Warning: Do not use harsh chemicals or harsh cleaning agents around this area or use
any abrasive material. Doing so may remove these indicator markings which will not
be covered by warranty.
6、Heating Element:
The heating element may build up of residues after a period of time using. Use hot water
with 5% citric acid cleanser to remove the residues from the heating element.
7、General Care:
- Clean the steam oven after its cool down then dry it thoroughly. Make sure the steam oven
interior is completely dry before closing the door.
- Do not use a steam cleaner on this product. The warranty will not cover the damage caused
by the steam cleaner.
- Do not use any cleaning agents which contain soda, acid or chlorine. Do not use cleaning
sprays, harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the steam oven. Harsh or
abrasive cleaners may scratch the surface.

10.TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: The maintenance and service must be carried out by a qualified service technician.
The manufacturer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by unqualified service
personnel or installer.
1、The steam oven will not function:
①、Turn the steam oven off and remove the plug from the power point.
②、Check if the fuse has blown and contact a qualified service technician to replace if
required.
③、Re-connect to the power and start the steam oven. If problem persists, contact the
service center.
2、If the steam oven fails to heat up after it starts:
①、Check whether the steam oven door has been closed properly.
②、Check that if there is adequate water in the water tank.
③、Check whether the fuse on heating element has blown.
3、If the steam oven is taking too long to heat up:
①、Check whether there is thick layer of residue on the heating element and clean the
heating element. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the service center.
②、Check whether the door gasket has been damaged. If so, contact the service center for
a replacement.
4、If symbol appears on the display:
①、Check whether there is enough water in the water tank.
