6. INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION
1、Warnings for Power Connection:
①The appliance must be connected in accordance with correct electrical regulations;
②The installation is to be done only by a qualified technician;
③THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED;
④Main connection can also be made by fitting a single phase 15 amp earthed switch with a
minimum gap between the contacts of 3mm;
⑤With earthed single phase socket, use the proportionate load and comply with the
regulations in force;
2、Before connecting to the mains, make sure that:
①Use 1.5mm² power cable and three-pin fused socket rated at 15A;
②The power supply must be earthed, according to the regulations in force;
③The isolation switch can easily be reached after the steam oven is installed;
④After connection to the mains, check that the supply cable does not overheat;
⑤Never use reductions, shunts, adaptors that can cause overheating or burning;
⑥The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by faulty
installation. The installer must ensure that the product installation and connection
complies with the local and general regulations in force.
3、Installation and Assembly:
①Fit the appliance into its built-in cave (beneath a work-top) and open the oven door. Fix
the screws into the 4 holes that can be seen in the door frame.
②The sides and the face surface where the steam oven is to be installed should be milled
to allow an adequate air intake and a free air circulation around the steam oven, thereby
allowing correct operation and avoiding damage to the cabinet.
③Ensure that the steam oven is secured firmly in place as prescribed above, and insulate
electrical connections in order to avoid contact with metallic parts.
Note: The adhesive on the laminated cabinet surrounding the oven (if any) has to withstand the
temperature not lower than 90°C to avoid deformation or instability.
